This community has 2 different phases and my husband is in the memory phase. He is doing a lot better than he was previously. He is enjoying the food to the point where he has actually gained a little weight. The staff is wonderful very nice and accommodating. However, I think it would be more beneficial for someone to be in the common room when the residents are there to monitor them a little better. In the memory care unit, they don't offer a lot of activities however on the other sides there may be more activities that are offered. I must say I do find this place to be expensive but no more than any other larger community I looked at.

This is a very nice community, and the staff did a great job showing us around and answering all our questions. The grounds are beautiful, there's a nice patio and everything was clean. Price wise it compared to others that we looked at as well.

Atria Bethlehem was a well-kept nice community. The staff at the community seemed friendly and helpful. The person who came out to our house was a little too pushy for my mom. She did not present the community in a way that my mom felt comfortable.

This is a nice looking community with sitting areas outside. The people we met were nice. They seem to offer some nice amenities. This community would not accept our loved one at the time we visited.

Mom seems to be doing okay since she moved here. She is still trying to adjust but making progress. She tends to keep to herself so she is not joining any of the activities that the community offers. Most of the time she likes the food there are times that it could be better. The staff is friendly and kind very interactive with the residents. The community is always clean looks very good.

The experience was fine when my mom had her memory. Once she had the issue we had to move her to a different community. For the assisted care with no real problems they were great.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far things are going well for her. The staff have been friendly and I am comfortable with the care she has been receiving. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities they have to offer the residents. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

This community definitely has followed through with what they promised with the level of care being provided. When we placed my mom here she wasn't in the best health but since moving here her health has improved They are taking very good care of her and the staff is right on top of things when they notice a problem. The communication is very good between staff and family. The community is very clean and well maintained. We are very impressed on the whole community

My husband was impressed when he first looked at this community. They had fresh flowers in the common areas. The community is extremely clean and the grounds are well taken care of. They have snacks available all day and my mother in law loves the food. They offer generous portions and will bring the food to your apartment if needed. They help coordinate grocery deliveries within the complex. She is enjoying the activities including movie night.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and she is always saying how much she is loving it so far. The staff have been attentive to her needs and I am very comfortable with the care she has been receiving. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys the dinning experience with the other residents. I am pleased to see her getting involved in many of the different activities and the events they have going on throughout the week. Overall it has been the perfect fit and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

I have recently been staying at this community for a short respite stay and I have no complaints of how things are going. I have been improving each day from my surgery and am looking to return home shortly. I thought the staff have done a great job with meeting my needs and making sure I am comfortable. They do have a great activity program and i have had no problems with the meals they have been serving me three times a day.

I really thought my mom would have chosen this location than where she ended up but this was too far away from the family and where she still has a house. I thought this community would have been a good fit because they had so much to do she would have been busy all the time. The community was very clean really maintained well. The staff was nice very friendly everyone seemed to be happy .

I had a nice tour of this community, and everything went well. It was a community I was considering for my father, and his needs. The community looked nice, and clean. The staff I met was kind, and polite. The experience went well, but I did find a community that suited our needs better.

This whole ordeal has been overwhelming to not just my aunt but for me as well. I am so grateful that we found this community and they were able to have space for my aunt who had just lost everything due to a fire in her apartment building. The staff has been overwhelmingly nice and kind very accepting of us. The community is beautifully clean and well maintained.

We are trying to work out some miscommunication on the sales persons part telling me that there were three registered nurses available for the residents and in reality that is not the case. My mother was having trouble with her breathing and they stated that by law they could only look at her and assess whether to call an ambulance or not. They would not check her blood pressure or take her temperature. They had me lift her by myself into a wheelchair and wheel her to her room. I and other residents witnessed an upsetting event where a man fell and they did not attempt to help him and just waited for the ambulance to arrive. Overall I rate it a four. The community is very clean and the food is good and the staff is very friendly. We chose this community based on the proximity to my family and it was cost effective, now I'm questioning my decision. This is a community for able bodied residents who need very little assistance and are well all of the time.

Very nice community and staff, just a little pricey for us to afford.

I had a list of communities to visit. I was looking for a very good assisted living with a one bedroom available. It looked very nice and suitable but we did not connect with them.

I liked this community when we toured it. The people we met were friendly. This community seems to be active and has a lot of nice amenities available. The grounds are well maintained and they have a nice sitting area outside. This community has churches and retail shopping close by. This community was just a little more expensive than what we were looking for.

Mom is settling in nicely at Atria Willow Glen. It is a beautiful well-kept community with a homey feel to it. The staff is friendly and caring but they could be a little quicker in responding to the needs of the residents. I've dined with my mom and to me the food is good, my mom thinks it's really good. They deserve a high rating on the activities they provide, my mom's favorite so far is the swimming. One of the best things I really like about my mom's room is the view of Dry Creek with all of the foliage and trees, she loves the view. I would recommend this community to friends and family.
