Atria

Everything is great: food, service, amenities. However, the room size is small. I would highly recommend it to others who are currently searching for a place. They've been wonderful and so welcoming to my mom.

My opinion of Atria has been very positive, so I would say a 4 plus. Your staff is great ! Only a few not good as I would expect of the waitressing servers. However most are commendable.

Try it out like I did. It is our home town. I would recommend it

My mother in law is very happy but she is also completely independent. I am not sure how the quality of care is as of now. Also, she likes the food but I think it is just okay.

I love the staff and their attentiveness and care for my mom. I also appreciate feeling like I'm part of the community when I come to visit. I also found that they were the most affordable of the handful of communities we looked at. Lastly it has beautiful landscaping that feels more like a resort. It's a lovely place to be. I will leave off a star because my mom who actually lives there, is not a fan of the food. But she appreciates everything else. However, I should say, the food I have tasted is pretty good.

Dinning room service need some help for serving food on time. The food is cold sometimes when it comes to my table. I’m raising my hand for to long for the food server to knowledge my service on my tabLe.

It had the accommodations we were looking for, a furnished room on the ground floor for my dad to finish his rehabbing. I would recommend it, they were very welcoming and accommodating

I like how sweet the caregivers are to my 95-year-old father. He also really enjoys the food and Bingo there.

Everyone is very nice. My parents are very happy there. Lots of activities and yes, we would recommend Atria Stamford to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff is all very nice and helpful.. The food is pretty good, my Mom has no complaints. The only thing lacking is the social activities. I believe they just hired a new activities person, but up till now the activities are a little bit lacking. That is the only thing my Mom has any complaints about.

My step mom is very happy there and loves it. She loves the food and all the different activities they do. It's never boring and they're always changing up the activities.

If anyone ask me about this place I will recommend it using my 9 months experience working with people in all areas of serving. Especially l like people who work with help to keep my room in order and Activity room engagements in art, travels, social events.

I like that my loved one has a clean, safe place with activities. There is room for improvement around scheduling services like medication administration and showers. Overall, I'm satisfied with the placement, and they are adjusting well.

The community is small, the facility is small and not overwhelming for the elderly. I know they try to keep the facility clean as possible, I've seen the maintenance guy shampooing the carpet. The furniture looks dusted.

My mother has been an Atria Life Guidance (memory care) resident for [time frame removed] I'd rate the facility at 4 out of 5 thus far. My overall experience is very positive. The staff is friendly and caring, and the residence and facilities are always clean and tidy. The regular assisted living residents I encounter all seem quite happy, and there are activities available during the week and wonderful live music for the residents on Sunday afternoons. I’ve found all of the floor staff as well as the front desk attendants to be gracious and reliable. Communication with the Life Guidance Director is good, my notes are responded to quickly. There were issues of non-responsiveness from the Resident Services Director whose responsibilities include supervision of the medical techs. However, shortly after I was having those issues, that person was let go, so it’s clear that Atria was aware of problems and took action. My mother acclimated to living at Atria after a couple of months and seems happy. I have also witnessed a few other new residents on her floor transition from being very resistant towards being there to quite content and happy. I feel confident my mother is being well taken care of and can recommend Atria Life Guidance living to those families that have the need for memory care.

When I first came to the facility I needed a lot of help to keep me safe while recovering from an illness. As I have progressed the level of care has appropriately wound down. The staff has been understanding and extremely supportive. The various activities have given me the opportunity to participate in a wide range of things supporting my recovery.

I enjoy that I don’t have to cook, clean, do laundry. I like that everything is done for me. I like the meals here and the good variety I can pick if I don’t want a big meal. Activities are good, I especially like going to bingo, happy hour and the different entertainment that comes every week. I like music and reading.

Atria is an active independent living residence community with a variety of social activities to choose from. Our transition was very easy and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The dining room and service is very organized and smoothly run. With a food selection that is varied and well balanced.

They seem to care about the residents and build relationships with them. Yes, we would recommend Atria Covina to other families based on the experience so far.
