Atria

We really liked Atria. The main building is beautiful, and there are lots of activities. Our lunch was very good, and we liked that a main meal (with wine, if we choose to have that) is provided every day. We really wouldn't need many additional groceries. The drawback is that even their largest two-bedroom unit is rather small (800 sq ft). It is located on River, which is a busy road, but there are many stores and restaurants nearby. Their court yard is lovely, and it has a small swimming pool. It has a memory care facility, so we would never have to leave no matter what our health situation would be like. The cost is reasonable and well within our means.

This is a nice community. The staff is very nice and attentive to his needs. They offer a nice menu to choose from. They do offer activities for those who can participate. The community is very clean and maintained. We would recommend this community to the families for good care and value.

I have no complaints about my new apartment and have been very pleased with how kind all of the staff have been to me. I have a full kitchen and a cozy living and bedroom with lots of natural light throughout the studio. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking into retirement.

Our family feels blessed to have the Atria family in our lives and to have them caring for our mom. It feels like a family there. The staff is cheerful and attentive, and the facility and it's amenities are wonderful. Mom is happy and our family feels secure.

So far I am absolutely in Love with Atria! I was 4 years ago when I toured this little jewel. The staff and residents are amazing and my father is alreay thriving and improving. My mother will take some more work, she is not thriving yet, but I firmly believe she will. I'm hoping we got her in there early enough for that to happen.

Thanks to the initial Tour with [Removed], I really fell at easy that this was the place I would like my father to live ! I was impressed In every aspect checking all the boxes and more. Furthermore I would like to thank [Removed] who gave my brother, myself and my wife an impromptu tour so they could see for themselves why I was so adamant about my choice. Expensive and the nicest

I had tour at this community and saw that is was somewhat high-end. Everything was great from the staff to activities but it was even pricier. They people were nice here but this was not going to work out for us.

So far what I experience, the workers are friendly, people behind the desk friendly, maintenance is on top of things. The workers that work in the kitchen are very friendly and outstanding and ready to help . For Christmas I had a dinner there for my sister-in-law and I felt very comfortable going in warming things up there on the side of the kitchen. As for my sister in law she is very happy there. Over all rating I would give it a five *

All is well since my parents move to this community. My mother is adjusting well to it, and my father is still taking some time to adjust. Overall I can not say enough good things about this community. All the staff is great, everyone is very helpful. It is a smaller community compared to others, but its a good fit for my parents. They really care about their residents at this community. I would highly recommend it.

Atria has the most professional, kind staff that really care about their elderly Residents. The Executive Director met me at the deplorable facility my Gram was staying in. We moved my Gram the next week into Atria and my Gram is a new woman. She is happy again, she is gaining weight, and she loves her apartment the staff and the delicious food. I honestly could not be happier!!! The overall feel is more like a family and not a facility. It's an amazing place. [Removed].

After my grandfather passed away, my grandmother wanted to move back to New York (from Florida). She didn't want to be "a burden" on anyone and decided that assisted living would be the right type of environment for her. She chose Atria. You get what you pay for!!! The staff are stellar. They truly treat every resident as if they were family. My grandmother always told her friends- it was like living in a 5 star hotel. My family is extremely appreciative for everything Atria Tanglewood did to ensure that my grandmother's last 4 years with us were amazing for her! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind and a wonderful way to live.

My mother is in her 90's and did not want to move into assisted living. We checked out a number of places and felt that this was one that ticked all the boxes. The staff knows all of the residents names and acknowledges them every time they see them. The rooms are clean and adequate with a patio for plants and seating. The food is delicious and is ordered off a menu and beautifully presented. The activities offered are varied and very interesting - stimulating as well. The other residents are welcoming and helpful. There is a cafe to visit during the date for coffee and cakes or snacks. It is a safe and secure environment. She doesn't have one negative thing to say (which I must say is rare). I can't say she's happy about having to move but it is total peace of mind for the family and her health and welfare. No worries. Each day gets better!

This community is very clean and well maintained. There are always fresh flowers. They offer lectures on various topics and if you tried to participate in the daily activities you would be exhausted. The residents at this community are from very diverse backgrounds and there is a lot of laughter in the community. The staff are extremely anxious to accommodate. They have a high level of vetting for the employees so the encounters with the staff are above average. The staff are cheerful. The food is superior and they are very accommodating. There is a diverse menu as well as you can order items not on the menu.

This facility is clean and welcoming, the food is good and the dining service is 7a-7p with open seating not on a set schedule. Additional food and snacks available. Cocktails served. Room shape is very accommodating. The grounds are very pleasant. The location is on a hill and the nearest stores & restaurants are walking distance up a hill. The price is very comparable to [Removed].

You will not find a nicer facility or a more professional, outgoing, sociable staff anywhere. Ask my mother and she will tell you, "My kids went out of town and left we here for two weeks. When they got home, I decided to stay."

Being involved with older folks for years and having the opportunity to visit many communities and understanding the different levels of care as well as state guidelines for holding a license, Atria Park of Sierra Pointe would be my top pick for a community. Here is why--it is the only community in the East Valley which offers all three licensed levels of care which is not a buy in community. I also learned the team has been there for years which speaks volumes and I met several residents who have lived there since it opened almost 17 years ago. Yes, there were a few changes when Atria bought this property but all the changes were a plus for the community. Who wants to live in a community that doesn't do the upkeep making it a forever more wonderful place for folks to be engaged in over 200 activities. I was further impressed with the fact my mom could move into this community independent of care and not need to move again when and if she transitioned to needing care. What I saw was a dedicated staff and happy residents.

The Atria Hacienda is an excellent community, they are great on every level! I have zero complaints about them. They have been very helpful and take very good care of my loved one. I definitely recommend this community.

The Atria was such a warm and enriching environment. We would like to commend and applaud the employees we met at the Atria. [Removed] is such a wonderful person. We worked with her from our very first meeting and beyond. She is a very kind, generous and patient person. Whatever our issues were,[Removed] was available and eager to assist. We worked very close with [Removed] from the nursing office. She made it easy to transition our father to what was to be his beautiful new home. She listened to our concerns regarding our father's care and help put into place an exceptional care plan. Our father had caring and compassionate care givers that did an incredible job . [Removed] is truly a gem. She was simply fabulous in EVERY way. Also [Removed] and [Removed] were wonderful. I know there are big changes occurring at the Atria. I would give them the highest score. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The activities are well organized, and the food is good. My loved one hasn't had any complaints.
