The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good with good variety.

They do quite a bit of stuff, they were a little more expensive than a couple of other places. I liked that they offered services at no charge to help move in. They offer a pretty good variety of activities. I think they could improve by offering like an ice cream social, maybe being a little more creative with the activity choices. My parents seem to love the food, and I've eaten there myself and I thought it was very good. They have cameras in limited areas, and they have a gated entrance.

This is a beautiful place. They constantly clean the community areas, it always looks so nice. The staff is friendly and always so ready to help. The food in the dining room is wonderful, will be great to join mom for a meal there. Everyone has gone out of their way to make her comfortable, and feel at home. Really pleased with moving her there, and she is happy too.

Everyone at the facility was welcoming and made my uncle very comfortable. Also Gentle Transitions have been wonderful from start to finish!!

Visited several properties but Donna French was the most genuine, honest and took the time with us on several occasions to answer all our questions. All the staff is very attentive and caring. Donna French is a God Send to our family ! Fabulous human being !

It's very clean and the staff is friendly. I have not heard one complaint about food, I would say that is a five. I can't think of anything I would like to see done better, or improved. We are overall satisfied with Atria.

They seem to be happy there. I would say it’s definitely worth checking out. They’ve been very accomadating. The food was pretty good. There is most definitely enough parking. It’s clean and the people are friendly. They’re caring people.

This is a lovely facility with all the bells and whistles, if you can afford them.

My in laws moved into Atria at Northpoint one month ago. They were very hesitant to make the move. They absolutely live it. They have jumped right in! Their apartment is lovely. More room than the need. They are going to exercise class. Have gone to many of the programs they offer. I don't think they realized how isolated they had become in their own home. They are socializing everyday. Live the restaurant. Have even gone to the hair salon. The staff at Atria are wonderful. Helpful, entertaining, knowledgeable, fritndly and welcoming. Great move!

Of the four we visited with mom this was the close number two if we had not decided on the Abbey at Westminster.

My loved one has been living here for about two months, and we have been very happy with it so far. It is a smaller community, based on what else we saw. The food seems pretty good overall. It is very open and inviting, which we really liked. Definitely worth checking out.

Very close to me and my sister. Offers most of the same amenities other units provide. Lots of open spaces. Studio perfect size with kitchenette. All rooms have balcony or patio. Comfortable. Clean. Staff is easy to talk to, welcoming. Mom could start out in independent living. Assistant living is pricey. But, mom does not need that level of care at this time. Small concern of mom needing to walk more, but I think that would be good for her. Has a pool. She could do water aerobics! Bingo. Ice cream every afternoon! She would love it.

It’s an exceptional community. There were a few things that they didn’t not respond as quickly as I had expected to, but they’re really very good. It’s such a great value for the environment. It’s such a great building.

My mother-in-law and step-father-in-law were scheduled to move into the Atria and because this was a second and third marriage, their finances were organized separately - a huge relief for the two families. Unfortunately my mother-in-law passed away before moving in. Atria is a beautiful place - very clean - and everyone there seems happy. We were so sorry that my mother-in-law never got to enjoy it - she would have loved living there.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought that this place looked VERY nice! Unfortunately it was also very expensive, and outside of the price range we were looking in.

Unfortunately my loved one was only here for a brief time, but I thought they did an amazing job during her short time here. It's a lovely community, and the staff were amazingly friendly and caring. She also had very good things to say about the food! I'd definitely recommend it to others looking into senior care.

this was a hard decision for our family to make but we have found Atria Bethlehem has filled our needs very nicely. the living arrangement is very nice and convenient and mom is now participating in activities she did not have access to at home. the people are very helpful and informative. I would recommend Atria Bethlehem. i would rate it 5 stars

They’re a fantastic community. Everything at the community is very clean. The staff has always been reasonably nice to our loved one. It was easy to give them the highest ratings. They have enough activities and we’re happy with the level of care services that are available to our loved one. The cost of service to services provided is okay.

We have been so pleased with Atria Willow Park, we love it! The staff have just been outstanding. They're incredibly friendly and professional, and they know all of the residents and even their family members by name! And the residents themselves were a big draw, everyone is so lively and friendly, it's a great atmosphere. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the services and amenities they provide are all excellent.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. I thought everything here looked very nice. It was a beautiful, clean, well kept community, and the staff all seemed very friend and caring. However, we didn't feel it would be a good match for our loved one in terms of her specific needs. She has trouble with mobility, and this facility was very large.
