Tour: 12/4/2017. Liked the building, neighborhood, staff and treatment structure. Library is very small; not sure menu is very diversified, but the layout of the rooms look like a good fit for us, and the many activities at the independent living level are also a good fit.

I toured here when looking for a place for my mom. The rooms were small but the place was nice. The person that took me on a tour was the most informative of all the places that I had checked out. And they gave me a pie when I left! The cleanliness was very nice and they had a separate building if you needed more care. I definitely considered this place but the rooms were just too small. They seemed to offer the standard activities that you can find at other places like bingo, cards, and things like that. Overall, the place was very nice, just not what I was looking for.

What really made this facility stand out was their Life Guidance Program. It’s their version of a memory care program but it has been amazing. They do a lot of things to keep my Father stimulated like exercise and a lot of memory games. The staff members are very friendly and treat him well. I like that they have made his adjustment to the facility easy. The other thing I like is their food. I have eaten it myself and I like it. It’s more of a restaurant-style dining and they have two separate options for each meal. This facility is excellent and I would recommend it to other families.

We went on an impressive tour here and the staff was helpful. And very forthcoming with information. We told them what we needed and they were honest about not being able to provide that. I was a nice community but just didn't have the kind of care that was needed.

Good help for a difficult time.

I chose this facility because of the knowledge of the staff there. The director is so knowledgable in fact, that she teaches classes on dementia and the elderly. The facility has received awards for excellence and some of the staff have also received "best of" awards of their own. The facility is clean and well kept, and has a very attractive yet very comfortable atmosphere throughout. The price is very reasonable, and the studio apartments, though smaller than some, are perfect for my mothers needs. Of course they have larger apartments as well. They have a Memory Care facility on the first floor if my mother needs that in the future. For now, she will be in Assisted living. She has a beautiful view of the hills surrounding San Jose. The area is a in very nice district in San Jose called Evergreen Valley. It is very near an upscale golf course called Silver Creek. It is very near a shopping center that includes a supermarket and many specialty shops. I love my mother very much, and wouldn't put her someplace that I wouldn't live in myself. I talked to several of the residents, all of whom were very pleased with the care that they were receiving. Definitely give this facility a tour. You will be pleased that you did!

We toured the facility and it is like checking in to a fine hotel. Very nice and clean. The apartment rooms are spacious with a lot of storage. We look forward to moving our father in.

Oh my !! Atria Seville is the best!!! [Removed] off enjoyed the last months of her life in this amazing place. [Removed] was particularly helpful, wise and wonderful. Both Tonys were so special – [Removed] who drives the bus, took such incredible care of mom. – going way beyond expectations. And [Removed], who does technology was always there to help, encourage and bless. Mom – even going beyond to help move furniture and bring ice cream to mom when she was unable to get out.

My loved one lives at Atria Chandler Villas, and I love the environment there, how it’s landscaped, how it is tucked away in a quiet, residential area. The staff is very helpful here, and everyone is so welcoming. The food is fine, and they have a lot of activities and healthy living things going on. Schedules are displayed everywhere and they’re delivered to all the residents’ doors so they know what is happening. This place is expensive, but it’s beautiful and comfortable, so I would definitely recommend it.

We toured this community and it was nice. The staff that did the tour was helpful and answered all of my questions. It was pretty and had lots of trees. It was just to far away from the downtown area.

My wife and I are happy here the community is clean they come weekly and do laundry for us also. The staff is extremely nice and wonderful people they call you by your name. The food tastes wonderful but the only thing is the portion of food is way to large. The activities are nice like bus rides and bingo. They have a bus to take you to doctors too. They have atriums through the whole building, they have a fountain there and people walk their dogs out there.

This facility would be my first choice if I was able to. After I toured, the administrator followed up with me quite frequently to see where we were at with our decision. She was absolutely wonderful. The facility had wonderful apartments and they looked great! The food from the cafeteria/restaurant looked a lot better than other places I had seen as well. I would love to have my Mother come here but unfortunately, they didn't seem to have the 24-hour nursing care that she needs. I would recommend, but it is a little on the expensive side.

I have been working with the engage life director, [Removed], as a volunteer for about two months. It has been a delightful experience. I have gained tremendous insight in working with the elderly from [Removed]. The environment at Atria is very welcoming and running intro residents big smiles is heartwarming! Everything is just great. What more can I ask for? Is immaculate and they do everything for me.

I was looking at a couple of places for my mother, but this location is a better fit for her. It’s in the upscale side of town close to me so it’s convenient. They have a very good staff; they are very professional, and knowledgeable. My mother is a very shy woman so it had taken a little bit of time for her to adjust, but because of everyone’s nice and welcoming personality it definitely made it easier for my mom to get use to her surroundings. The cleanliness is excellent. I am not sure how often they take care of laundry or take out trash, but my mother has not complained so I assume they’re on top of that. The other residents as well are great and very welcoming. My mother is doing more and more than she usual would every time I visit. She has met a couple of ladies and she enjoys hanging out with them as well with other staff. I have not tried the food that they serve yet, however my mother and my friend that also visits her says that the food is very good. It is easily comparable to restaurant food.

The nurse, [Removed], has helped me quite a bit. The engage life director sorta held my hand in the beginning and introduced me to good residents. I decided even though my daughters moved me here to be closer and I didn’t want to move, I ended up liking it here. The programs are good. The food is good too. I love how wonderful my ambassador is to me!!! That also made a big difference.
