Great facility and programming. The housing options are varied and it's nice to have valet parking for both the residents and their guests. Nice to have flat, leveled streets surrounding the property.

My Mom, fortunately has had several visitors. Their responses have been the same. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE comments on the cleanliness and the friendly and caring staff. The cleanliness is evident from the moment you drive onto the property. The landscaping is impeccable. Once you enter the facility, the pristine condition of the front desk and seating area are only surpassed by the smiles and genuine, not fake, smiles and welcome you get from the front desk staff. We are so pleased with my Mom's care! My one reservation is about the activities. I am not in a position to accurately evaluate them now because I primarily visit at mealtimes. I will schedule more visits to observe the activities. I do wish that the Life Care residents could have more interaction with the Assisted Living residents.

We have been looking at assisted livings for our dear friend for the last couple weeks and have been highly disappointed by the communities and mainly the people we have come across. Atria Rancho Mirage Terrace totally changed our mind. We were greeted with welcome signs at the front door, offered drinks right away, and every single employee we walked by said hello. What really made the tour was the sales director Krista. after countless appointments with sales people at other facilities who felt like used car sales men it was so refreshing to finally talk to someone who actually listened to us. We were able to express our concerns with [name removed], and she had articulate answers to all of our questions. The tour was presented extremely well, the community was spotless, and most importantly the residents looked happy. We have to discuss details of the move with our friend, however, this is absolutely our number one pick moving forward. I felt extremely inclined to write this review and encourage anyone currently searching to stop by this place and ask for Krista. A terrific experience!!

I have visited as a guest of a resident . Very impressed. Dining room is magnificent - dining staff professional and courteous . Noticed in enclosed patio - dangerous drainage pipe sticking out - I walked into it. Overall , 5 stars

Very nice facility. Secured areas outside for residents in memory care. Activities scheduled, pet friendly for visitors. Plenty of areas for family to visit. Friendly staff. Community fee is around $3k but they will be willing to discount first couple months.

What a fabulous place! The staff unbelievable. The attentiveness and care and all the great activities. I cannot say enough. My mom was in memory care. Her dementia had progressed and they were fabulous. i had so much fun with the staff. I toured seven facilities before I chose Atria for my mom and what a great choice.

[Name removed] was very warm and welcoming, did a wonderful job showing us the facility and describing the life there for the residents. She answered all of our questions openly and honestly. The facility is beautiful, clean and spacious with beautiful gardens, dining area and common areas.

Staff and residents were super friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Love the golf cart service so mom could have a door that opens to the outside and not feel so claustrophobic. Their great balance of respect for privacy and yet support in avoiding isolation of residents is wonderful. There was a large, dead roach in the shower of the model unit, but I hope that was just an anomaly since they're trying to do some new work on the units. Andy, the lead manager, was fun, respectful, professional, and very kind -- didn't try to push or up-sell us. We had a free lunch and it was good even though they were down the chef that day. Very down to earth.

Great facility It was one of the top two we chose out of the four that were toured.

The staff and management at Atria North Point in Alpharetta are exceptional. The residents are warm and friendly. There are many amenities and daily activities to keep me social and active. Thanks [name removed]

Attractive facility with all the features & services we need, at a very reasonable price. It would be hard to find anything else approaching a better fit.

It is a very nice place. The cost is a little out of our budget. $8000 dollars.

We have signed a contract for residency as of 8/31. Mom-in-law will be transferred from her current rehab on 9/11. We were extremely satisfied with the facility and care level options.

Actually, it is one exit past where she used to live at Chapman Woods. Food Service availability at a cafe, low move in cost.

Professional, caring staff, nice facility, clean and gives peace of mind to family!
