Facility looks very nice from website. Cost is about $5,600/mo for 1 bedroom apartment. A few 1 bedroom options to choose from. Move in fee is 1x monthly cost - quite high. I visited on own and am taking my step mother on Friday. Very impressed with what I saw. They have availability and are willing to work with me.

Nice rooms inclusive of a full kitchen, well suited for independent living. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and orderly appearance.

[Name removed] was our tour guide. He did a great job. Friendly, informative and explained every aspect thoroughly. We met many of the staff and residents. All we very pleasant. The restored mill building was beautifully decorated and is very welcoming. All and all a beautiful community.

I have been looking at senior livings for my mother almost 6 months now, and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed by a building than Atria Hacienda. The sales coordinator was unavailable, however we were able to take a tour with the Activities manager [name removed] who made the experience easy, and answered all of the questions mom had. The community was spotless, there were roughly 10-12 activities going on throughout the day that were not the typical bingo, knitting, etc. [Name removed] knew the name of each resident we walked by, and you could tell there was a genuine relationship between the staff and the seniors who lived there. There were two restaurants that were absolutely gorgeous. The apartments were a bit small, but newly renovated and enough space for one person. The overall vibe did not feel likes nursing home.. it just felt like home. There is transportation five days a week, a beautiful pool, a movie theatre, and they even have happy hour! We won’t make a move for another few weeks or so, but this experience was one both myself, my brother, and my mom will remember.

This was a very nice facility on the luxurious side, kind of spendy at 8400 per month. [Name removed] was very nice and informative. Memory care center is beautiful, Mom would be very happy here but for how long could we sustain is the question.

My Mom lived at Atria (Sierra Pointe) for just over four years and recently passed away there. I can’t imagine a better place for her to live out her days. The people are caring, the facility is top notch (and I visited several in the area before we chose Atria), the food is quite reasonable and the services are great. She was in the independent living area when she first moved in and was able to make friends and participate in all types of activities. She loved living there. She was active and engaged…just what you would hope. As time went on, she had some medical issues and we needed to move her to the Assisted living space. The move was easy with the help of Atria management. The staff were great with my Mom, especially in her last days, they went out of their way to be there for her. When she was very sick in her last day or two, many stopped by to see her and comfort her. I don’t know how to thank them enough. My brother and I would certainly recommend Atria to others looking for this type of facility.

Wonderful looking facility and they seemed to really engage the Seniors. Cost was a bit out of our price range unfortunately.

Excellent facility! Amenities at Atria include three restaurants, large theater for movie watching, community gardening, and gorgeous surroundings. Current specials make it affordable. [name removed] was gracious and knowledgeable as we toured each of the living areas. Really top notch!

I have toured a few communities and by far felt the most comfortable with Atria Bay Shore. We have chosen to have my loved one move there. Staff is friendly, community is clean. They are very professional and are genuine with how they meet with families. With all the communities we have visited they by far made us feel the most comfortable, we didn't feel pushed or fed a line of you know what to get us to move in. They were genuine, understanding, listened to our needs and wants and didn't give s a sales pitch like some places. They told us what they could do for our loved one and there was no grey area. Very straight forward. This is why we chose to move forward with them.

I loved the facility. The residents were busy and friendly, even coming up and saying hello to us. The apartment was great. Anytime eating. Special yard area for animals. A little pricey but we could manage. Recently completely painted and all new carpeting.

Social worker [name removed] is always so helpful and pleasant.

Person (sales) who toured me and my family was very caring and informative. Everyone was friendly that we passed on tour. Very nice feeling.

Toured this community and I am impress with what I’ve seen. I was greeted by happy residents and staff. The bistro was busy with residents doing activities. The community is vibrant. They said the bistro food is free for the residents. They have fresh fruits, pastries and variety of refreshments. I am looking for a vibrant assisted living for my father and this community did not fail. The activity calendar is filled with activities and couple of residents told me that they are happy Living in the community because it’s like one big happy family. I observed the name tags of the staff and I’ve seen longevity which means management must be treating them well. I was invited to stay for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger and I must say it is one of the best. The 1 bedroom is huge and it has a walk in closet. It comes with microwave and refrigerator. The grounds are clean , the people are nice and the community gave me good feeling.

We Loved Atria Park! Very clean and professional. Everyone looked well cared for and happy. We were looking into Memory Care and were very impressed with the building, staff and program. Lovely grounds!

Great staff, food is good, it’s clean (and does not have any bad odors), very reasonably priced for room, food and all the services. Very safe environment, caring people and an excellent system for checking on residents. I am a nurse and this place passed my test for my dad.

Really nice place. Rooms/apts roomy and many great features and extras for residents. The residents look happy.
