Atria is a wonderful independent living facility. super friendly staff - from the maintenance staff to the front desk and management. lots of fun activities planned for the residents and very nice holiday celebrations. the only reason we moved my mom was her need for a higher level of care. (memory care).

We're very happy with Atria Carrollton. Everyone is so nice and so pleasant. They keep me posted and let me know if anything changes with my mother's health. And she loves it there. It's like home, like a group of friends living together.

Love this community and staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Love the food! I love the fact that I do not have to cook. I enjoy the activities; and loves how Atria takes suggestions and are very open. Always so much to do! No complaints.

My mother loves it here at Atria Park. All of the commons areas are very clean and they clean the residents apartments once a week and they clean the sheets and make the bed as well. If you want things dry cleaned you can let them know and they will take it and pick it up for you. She has a one bedroom dent hat is about 870 square feet and it is beautiful and she has her own private patio. The meals are pretty good, they are able to order off of another menu if they are not serving anything you want. If you have visitors it is $17 per guest to eat. The dining room has white tablecloths and a beautiful chandelier so it just feels more classy. The staff is amazingly friendly and the maintenance guys especially are buff and darling. They make you feel very comfortable and welcome. There is a nurse on staff and residents get a watch that they have to wear so they can sort of keep an eye on them and they can press a button if they need any sort of help. They seem to have a lot of activities to keep residents busy and they exercise everyday at 10 and 11, the classes vary. They also do things like crafts, book clubs, concerts, bible study, educational lectures, games, etc. There is a beautiful outdoor area and a pool as well. It is a pet friendly facility and there is plenty of space to walk around. It is a great value for the money especially for all of the services that they provide. We are very happy with the experience.

We really liked Atria Marina Place, it was our second choice when looking. The rooms here were absolutely beautiful and the service was excellent. The downfall was that it was more expensive and we were looking for a place where he could have his own private balcony and they did not offer that here.

My mother in law is very happy with her move to Atria Glen Cove. It was a very hard decision and she is very difficult to please. The staff warned the family it will take mom time to acclimate. The wellness and engaged life department made mom feel special, safe, and provided support. Mom has made numerous friends. She is very happy with the move. We are all very excited for her knew journey.

The meals have been good but they can be inconsistent sometimes they are good and sometimes they are not. There are two options everyday and sometimes it can just be limiting, but I know its hard to satisfy everyone in the community but this is the one complaint I have heard. My loved one has not done all of the activities yet but is getting more involved and they seem to be very welcoming. This is a friendly place, and when my loved one first went here they took the time to learn her background and hooked her up to meet people like her and it worked out well, she has many people now that she can link up with. This community is reasonable for a pretty high level of care in my opinion.

I had a lovely tour experience with Atria. I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. I was impressed with the facility overall.

If you have an question or concerns, they get back to you really quickly, at most by the next day. One of the best parts is a couple girls at the front desk - they are amazing. They know all your needs and will take care of anything for you. My dad is a stickler about food, and he thinks it's really good here. It does take a long time to get the food out, sometimes up to 45 minutes, but if you're patient, it's served fresh, and it's cooked well. Most of the caregivers are really great. I just wish sometimes they could get there a little quicker to help.

Overall, I think it has been a very good experience. They were very helpful with getting my mother into the facility. Their caregiving has been excellent. They make the right decisions for the long term well being of my mother. They are a group of people that care. The overall attitude and focus is in the right direction which has been a positive experience for my Mom and myself. The staff is willing to listen with any concerns.

The staff and the care services are just absolutely wonderful. They keep in touch via email with our family constantly, they are always there to answer any and all questions or concerns we may have. Our loved one is so happy here which is a big difference from her experience at a previous community. She is really enjoying the meals and dining service. The activities are constant, she is participating in anything and everything.

My mother is a new resident at Atria Westchase and we are extremely impressed with all they provide, and the staff there is absolutely fabulous! My brothers and I couldn’t be happier that we chose this facility for our mother. There are countless activities provided for the residents. The food is very good with lots of choices.

When we visited the community, we were welcomed at the reception desk and many were residents mingling. The community was recently renovated and looks warm, bright and immaculate. The staff was very attentive to my grandfather. He enjoys playing cards with the other men. He seems happy and well fed. It was a hard decision but the best for him. He is active in the community.

I visited the community with my fiancé, to visit her grandmother. I was so surprised with the feeling of home. The new renovations are beautiful, warm and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk too. We hung out with other residents. We were all laughing and having fun in the back room, playing cards. We will visit again and hopes it outside in the warmer weather.

My loved one loves the community, the new renovations are spectacular. Everyone gathers on the first floor plays games and socialize. The entertainment and guest speakers are enjoyable. The staff goes above and beyond. The building is spotless. Enjoying eating in the new dining room. My loved one is very happy. Atria Glen Cove is a great place.

[name removed] always, always, always had nothing but high praises for the Atria staff and the tireless efforts during challenging times. Thank you for all you do and have done.

after much research and visiting of independent living locations in the area, nothing beat Atria at Hometown. clean and well maintained and the staff and services are excellent. mom has lived there just about a year and we are very pleased. she is too.

we toured Atria and immediately fell in love with the facility: immaculate, high-end, very welcoming, very upbeat atmosphere and everyone was SO professional and friendly! I, especially was VERY impressed!! [name removed] at Atria Kennebunk, ME is an asset to the facility!

[name removed] is a wonderful caring person who always gives me my medication on time. she knows the medications I take and their side effects.
