I'm just starting to explore assisted living options. I don't usually write reviews, but my visit happened to be when Atria Newport Beach was holding its Christmas tree lighting celebration. The staff was so nice! The carolers in costume were great, and the appetizers and drinks were delicious! I was also super impressed with how bright, clean, and modern the whole community looked. I was made to feel welcome and got to chat with a couple residents. Very positive visit.

I visited this gorgeous facility. The food was delicious, there were interesting activities and, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Coterie San Francisco is the best community I visited that truly felt more like a luxury resort hotel

It was a great experience all around

Just like most families, I’ve done my fair share of research looking at retirement living options. Their memory care community is truly one of a kind. It looks nothing like your typical nursing facility. Besides the beautiful design that looks like a luxury hotel, they have a 24/7 nursing care trained through Caringkind, they partner with Mayo clinic also. What was unique is that they even have circadian lightning which helps elevate the residents moods AND an on-site urgent care. Inside the memory care neighborhood, they have their own salon, activity room, beautiful dining room with their own kitchen! My mom is extremely high functioning, just like the other residents in the memory care section, they go to excursions, they enjoy live entertainment on-site, fitness classes. Wait until you see the rest of the community. I’m so glad we found Coterie and will continue to recommend it to friends and family.

I have recently toured the community with my 78yr mother. The building is obviously new and luxury senior living is the way the are branding themselves. As you enter in the building you will feel the right off the bat that you have not just entered into any old senior care facility but almost like a 4 season's hotel with top quality equipment staff and care. The rooms are light, bright and airy. Designed well and modern. My mom provided us with nothing but the best and its only in return that we provide her with nothing but the best. I want her to taken care of in the best way possible and have her live the rest of her life fulfill with engagement and quality.. I choose Coterie because we can entrust that best intentions is to ensure my mom is well taken care. They provide programming that are engaging and stimulating and all of the residents there looks happy and welcoming. It's important for us to know our mom will be well cared for.

Atria retirement community in Newport Beach was my home until a few months back. I love my family and moved to Florida to be closer to the grandkids. Good thing I love them, because living at this Atria properties was one of the best decisions I ever made. It was like living in a dream, disguised as an amazing 5-star luxury hotel. The building, the food, and the staff were all top notch. And a fella named Nathan, was a technology wizard. Could fix computers, printers, and even iPad issues. I might move back one day, but until then I'll just have to share my experience so others can also enjoy.

This community truly feels like living in a luxury condominium with the amenities of a hotel. They have beautifully designed spaces including a rooftop garden, pool, and three options for dining on property (plus valet parking for residents and visitors). They also have genuinely fun/interesting programming and activities throughout the day, and I was able to take part in their lovely happy hour at the bar with a great live pianist playing. I love that you can move in and upgrade your level of care as your needs change and they have independent, unassisted living an option too. Many of the residents who I met there seemed very active as well and all had great compliments to share about the staff. If you are thinking about looking into this community for you or a loved one then it should be at the top of your list!

I work in hospitality and have a mother that will need assisted living in the near future. I have been told about Coterie and am amazed at how GREAT this property is. From the front desk to the restaurant to the rooms, I was deeply impressed! More, I love the interactions that I witnessed with the staff and how much emphasis they place in making sure there is always something for residents to do. Definitely will be touring again when my mother comes out to visit :)

I had the pleasure to visit Coterie and enjoy lunch in one of their beautiful restaurants. As I had recently toured several communities in the Bay Area I was getting discouraged and then had the most pleasantly unexpected experience at Coterie. From the time I arrived I felt very special. It was easy to visit as they provide complimentary valet parking and the staff was warm and inviting. Clearly a luxurious community with a sophisticated feel that looks like something out of a design magazine but it was my interaction with the people that made the most impact. From the genuine care and connection I felt with the sales person who took time to really understand and address my concerns about moving from my home to the friendly interactions I had with residents and staff members, Coterie is the only community that I can really see myself moving to when I am ready. They even have a dog park on the beautiful rooftop for my little Yorkie!

I was visiting my Uncle to my surprise they had a tree lighting celebration in Memory Care . The Leadership team and staff surprised us all. They had Carolers, hot chocolate, really yummy desserts. My Uncle and I really felt like we were in a Christmas movie! They sang with us and really spent a good amount of time with all the residents . It’s really heart warming to know my Uncle is so cared for and you can feel the joy and spirit the Coterie Team brings to all the residents lives.

I have been looking for my Mom for a year now... the longer a procrastinated this decision, it put my Moms health in safety at risk. I deposited on a one bedroom and my Mom moved in last month. This community is one of a kind - not only is the level of care unlike anything I have come across in another community, their hospitality and social events are incredible! Mom has never been happier. I didn't realize how little my Mom wasn't socializing, since moving into Coterie, she is thriving! This is a 5 star community with service and hospitality to match.

I’ve been here for about 7 years and I absolutely love this place! I can’t imagine a more wonderful place that this community. The staff and other residents are wonderful!!! I’m happy to be a part of the Atria Family.

Even though it was during the pandemic when I moved in. I heard so much about this community and have visited in the past and I knew that after the pandemic things will get back to normal and I have not been disappointed. They have lived up to the great expectations and I couldn’t be happier to have moved in. And I would make this decision over and over again.

This company is obviously flying under the radar. The quality of the food is excellent, attention to service is exceptional, verity of activities to stimulate the residents. They are very receptive to address any concerns of the residents. The apartments are very spacious. I have absolutely zero complaints.

Toured this community and was amazed at the professionalism by the employees and all the great amenities offered to the residents. If you’re looking for a luxury senior living community this is the place to be!

Atria Willow Glen is a highly recommended place for Seniors. The community is nestled in the Willow Glen area, it has a heated pool, very nice walk ways, well appointed apartments, near a Starbucks, USPS, restaurants, churches, etc. The most important thing about this community why we highly recommend it - is its staff, from the Care Staff, all the way to its Directors. They are very approachable, helpful and TRULY CARE about the community residents’ well being. It will give anyone a sense of belonging and peace of mind. Knowing that it is a community that one can actually THRIVE AND BELONG.

This community is in a beautiful setting with giant redwood trees. It has a solid staff, with longevity and commitments to the Residents that live here. There are a lot of fun activities and good food that the residents enjoy

This is absolutely a top-notch place to call home! They have valet parking for visitors and residents, 24/7 security, staff befitting of a luxury hotel, and fabulous amenities and daily activities for residents. On my tour, I saw the beautiful rooftop garden & pool, onsite salon, 2 restaurants, and a lounge/bar (plus they have room service!) I also noticed one of the residents having a small social gathering that was set up in their private dining room which looked lovely, and I definitely got the impression that many of the residents are very active and friendly. The apartments are very luxurious and modern, and it really feels like they've thought of every little detail throughout the property. I love that the community caters to every level of care needed as well, so there is a great deal of comfort in knowing that you wouldn't need to find a new home if your needs change.

My mom raised my siblings and I by herself, and we made a sibling-pact to provide the best care we could find when the time came. That care was provided by Atria Newport Beach, and we cannot thank them enough. The entire care team, and especially [name removed], the director of memory care, were a gift from God. Mom stayed fiercely independent until the end because of the outstanding support she received. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
