I really liked my experience during my tour of this property. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give my loved one and I a detailed look at there community. They have various packages and well priced out apartments available to rent out that where very well maintained. The only thing was my mother needed a smaller facility and more one on one time from the staff.

We visited three Assisted Living facilities and chose Brookdale. The manager who gave us the tour (after 5 PM on a weekday) got the resident nurse to examine my mother on the spot and both the manager and the nurse were very caring and made the difference to us. Change is difficult for anyone and my mother needed a lot of help during the first few days, to understand what is available to her and how to access it all. That help was forthcoming.

They are taking good care of my mother in law here at this community. My mother in law is doing very well and I'am pleased. The community is very well maintained, they a very good job with keeping her room and the facility clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. She is trying a few activities. They serve nice meal, she pleased with the food. I'm comfortable with the type of care they are providing her with. I would recommend it.

My brother is doing well at this community and I am pleased. He is very happy here and they are treating him very nice. The community is clean and well-kept. The staff is caring for him very well. Overall it has been a good experience for us.

Brookdale is perfect for her. They have been fabulous, especially Melissa, she went above and beyond to help us get in and get her settled. I would give them a five at this point.

My Mom was at Brookdale Camarillo for a 30 day respite care. They were fantastic. We would put her back there if/when needed in the future. The staff, every single person there seems to be very well trained. Everyone talks to you and smiles. We have told other family members about Brookdale and recommend they place loved ones there when needed. We were very happy with this community.

I would rate the whole place a 5, it looks really good, very clean. So far I am very happy with Brookdale San Juan. I would recommend. My brother has adjusted, it's taken a little while. He has made a lot of frineds there. The grounds, building and food are quite good. 90 plus percent of the staff are great. They could do a little better cleaning his room, but that may just be my brother gets it messy again quickly.

Everyone we have met has been kind, patience and helpful. Knowing this is extremely stressing for my Mom and our family, Brookdale San Juan Capistrano has guided us along slowly and carefully. They have shown my Mom great respect and their wonderful positive attitude is reflected in my Mom's smile. This eases not only our heart but our thoughts, knowing we have made the right decision for her caring. We are all truly blessed.

Things are goin well since moving my Mom to Brookdale Christown. The community is always clean. The meals are always hot and very good, I would rate that a five as well. My mom does not partake in the activities that are available, but they do offer some great things for the residents to participate in if they choose. I am very pleased with Brookdale and would recommend them to others looking into senior living.

Brookdale is absolutely beautiful. My Mom couldn't be happier and she really loves the place. The staff is wonderful and the facility is so comfortable for her. Being at Brookdale has been a great experience for her.

Enjoy absolutely everything about the facility . The staff is amazing, I make a new friend there everytime i go because everyone is so wonderful.

The friendliness of the staff members have been the thing my loved one has commented on the most. The negative is the food service and the quality of the food. Occasionally it is good, but more often than not my loved one complains about it. Other than that she likes it.

So far good. Everything I have seen has been good. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Melissa the sales manager is wonderful. She was diligent about keeping in touch with us. She even had the flooring changed before we moved in, she really went above and beyond.

Brookdale Christown was a great asset in helping my grandmother adjust from skilled nursing to assisted living and finally into a long care facility and hospice. It's a great comfort knowing there is help with needs for your family.

There are a lot of very sick people at Brookdale San Juan Capistrano. I do wish they had more people that are older but alert and not as sick. The place doesn't smell which I appreciate. They keep a freshener there. They are very cheerful and very friendly at this facility. The staff has been very accommodating so far as far as finances. I think they need to pay the staff more and if they did they could have more employees which would make a real difference. Mom is independent but still needs some assistance and they are very attentive to that. I wish the building had more separate rooms. I know it's hard because then they cant keep track of residents as much. Overall I am extremely please here so far.

Mom has been here almost 2 weeks now. She was living independently prior to the strokes, so she's still adjusting to life in assisted living. The staff are wonderful - nursing and activities folks are very helpful and I think go above and beyond quite often. Maintenance and the business office are easy to deal with and things get resolved quickly. The few minor things I've had to get sorted out have been done quickly and easily. The facility is always clean and I have no concerns whatsoever.

I moved my parents into Christown in the Independent Living apartments one month ago. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. The facility is conveniently located, truly lovely, and well maintained inside and out. The front desk is very responsive, and maintenance issues in their apt. were addressed same-day. The dining room feels like a restaurant, and the food is very good! We searched for their new home for some time, as my parents are on a limited income. Christown offers the same amenities as other CCRCs we visited at half the cost. My parents are settling in nicely, and Mom is eager to join the painting class that just started. We are happy to know that the memory care unit is well maintained, cheery, and well staffed, as my Dad will likely need to move up to that unit in the future. I encourage others to tour the facility and see for yourselves. Our entire family is happy with my Mom's choice of CCRC.

So far everything is clean. When you walk in it smells good. The food is good as well. They give them a choice in what to eat which is good. I would recommend this facility.

The care service wasnt that good they didnt seem to care that much. The cleaning wasn't that good either. It was an exceptional place to stay.
