My parents chose The Palazzo because of the proximity to where they previously lived, the proximity to their medical appointments, and they had good first impressions. I would recommend this facility to others.

We picked becasue it was the only community that agreed to a ten day stay. It was acessible, cloes to home, and it was a nice area, with nice rooms. They did a good job of taking care of my loved one. I would take my loved one back here, if I needed to.

We had a very good experience with The Palazzo. What sticks out most about the facility is all of the social events they have to offer for the residents and also the friendly staff. I would definitely recommend The Palazzo to others looking.

This is a really good option both financially and the care needs of your loved one. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I believe the community provides a lot of services to the residents. The staff communication with the family and friends is excellent.

They are on top of any and all issues that my parents have. We love all the activities. And everyone is nice and attentive.

They work with our family when our loved one is difficult at times, and they seem to be very patient. Our move-in went very smoothly. Our loved one doesn't care particularly care for the food. But they offer a lot of great activities if you choose to participate. It is very expensive though.

Capistrano Sr. Living has it all - amenities within your budget. Concerned competent staff, activities director [name removed] like no other sings, plays guitar - holiday parties. New chef. No need to look any further.

What a wonderful atmosphere & environment for US. This place is AMAZING!! The staff & group activity leaders include everyone with such JOY!!! Professionalism as well as cleanliness shines above all others. My BFF is so well cared for it’s a pleasure to visit her & her pet … Thank you thank you

They kind of went a different direction with Covid. When we were touring, it was the height of the restrictions, with no vaccines or anything yet. They were allowing in-person dining and in-person activities. But in exchange, if the person left the facility for any reason, then they had to be quarantined for 14 days in their room. We wanted our loved one to be able to come over for dinner and spend the day with us. So we thought that was a little much. Under the situation, I understand why they had to make those choices. But we decided that wasn’t he option for us. Other than that, we had a good tour experience. Everyone seemed very nice and friendly. They did the best I think anyone can do on a virtual tour, and I’m sure their in-person tours are even better.

The community is very clean, everything has been A+ perfect, except for the food. Sometimes our loved one says it is really good and other times not so good, which could be because the dining room is closed. Sometimes our loved one has to go down and ask for bigger portions. From our understanding the library, chapel and activities room is open, but with the covid restrictions the activities are very limited.

We chose Brookdale San Juan Capistrano because it was definitely more cost friendly and I really liked the introduction, we met with the sales guy and he was very helpful and I connected with him and liked him a lot. The room sizes here are great, definitely big enough. I have not eaten here but heard that the food is fantastic. I would definitely recommend to others.

The caregivers in the Memory Care are attentive, friendly, and kind. Great communication and , since COVID, they send out photos by email to us . We chose this community because when they walked us around,they were really upfront about everything and they mentioned full financial disclosure and that costs could increase. I would recommend this community to other families.

Renovations done in Oct. Has pool with shade over it. $3300 for larger studio plus $1900 top tier care. May require additional companion care for first few months until Mom gets comfy and meets friends etc. This is my 2nd fav! Accepts Medicaid, pool. 3 P.M. Wed Sep 25. Meeting with head of Health and Wellness dept at 4 pm.

Excellent friendly staff, marketing rep [name removed] is extremely helpful. New renovations will make facility 1st class.

My aunt moved into The Palazzo last January and she really loves it. The management is making vast improvements. It will soon be a gated community, Improvements have started for the common areas and will be completed by March. Apartments are a good size and renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are so many activities. I am very happy we found this property!

We went on a tour here for dad. The staff was nice and answered all of my questions. It was a nice place, clean and welcoming. I like the fact it had a rehab center located there. They had high recommendations. I liked the memory center here as well. They just didn't have a 1 bdr at the time I was looking. I would recommend this for families to tour.

My loved one is doing very well since her move to Brookdale. It has been as a positive experience and we have no complaints. The staff there are taking good care of her and tending to her needs.

Friendly residents and happy staff. Decor is Fresh, areas are well lit with natural light whenever possible. Sales staff very helpful and interested in your needs.
