Arbors Hauppauge is an exceptional assisted living facility. I gave a 4 out of 5 rating for activity ONLY bc there is no gym/exercise equipment on site, of which my brother and probably other residents would benefit from, on-site, not, treadmills and stationery cycling. Benefit from ON SITE, NOT at another location and having to travel to it....gym equipment such as treadmills/stationery bikes...

Great place I made the right choice. I picked them because, I just had a good feeling. I have already recommend to others.

The Arbor's is very nice! they have been treating my mom well. What we like the most is the very friendly staff members, the cleanliness of the community, and the great food and activities they have for the residents. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. Our families experience : Caring /Friendly staff , great food, beautiful, clean facility, you feel at home when you go in there! My mom is well taken care off, lots of nice events for the residents and their families to attend

I would highly recommend the Arbors. The care is exemplary and friendly. It's feels like a family. Meals are great and lots of activities. Although it is expensive, it's all in and worth every dollar.

Every six months they do an evaluation as to how the resident is doing. I like that. My sister-in-law keeps telling me how nice the staff is and how good the food is. The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. The place is a little pricey, but the quality is worth it. Also, other places that I looked at were what I call ala carte, the price looked good but if you add the cost of the things that The Arbors includes, the price was the same or better than those other places.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Arbors at Hauppauge and most everything was great! This facility was amazing. All of the staff were kind, compassionate, empathetic and enthusiastic. Based on our experience, I would recommend The Arbors at Hauppauge to others.

I have no experience with the arbors my mother is there, she tells me she really likes it which makes me very happy. She's participating in events they have going on. She said the food is good and she's making friends so her day is more full than when she was living at home, but I have no first-hand experience. I haven't even seen it as I have been sick in the hospital and in rehab myself. My sister tells me it's a lovely place very clean, friendly and attentive staff, good PT. She really only complained about getting around everywhere in the wheelchair. Apparently the ramp leaving the dining room is steep and someone is needed to push up the ramp to leave dining room which isn't readily available all the time. Other than that she hasn't complained about anything.

I've never met one person who wasn't as helpful as they could be. Super friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my mother in their care

My family and I have been extremely satisfied with Arbors at Hauppauge. I can't say enough about the staff. They are caring, dedicated and professional. Everyone working there always has a smile and i believe they really care about the residents and their families. I'd like them to know how happy my mom and our family have been this past year.

Mom's happy. best decision we could've made. Great experience, staff is great very helpful could not asked for more. All one level makes it easy for mom to get around without an elevator or stairs, mom loves to walk around she is able to take advantage of all activities. Plus court yard to sit outside when weather permits.

The staff at The Arbors at Bohemia are excellent. I just wish they had a nurse on 24/7 to help with my loved one's medical needs.

All 5 stars! The staff at The Arbors are always there to help my mother anytime that she needs attention. The main reason we chose this facility over others was because it was recently refurbished.

Staff is friendly and attentive. The common areas and resident's rooms are always clean. Staff keeps family advised as to how resident is doing. Move in was fine and my family member tells me that the food is good. I would recommend The Arbors to others.

The care given to residents in the Safecare Unit at Arbors East Islandia NY is exceptional. The staff in this Unit are professional and caring. In the Wellness Center, Supervisor [name removed], [name removed],and [name removed] are very thorough with health related care of the residents. They take time to give an understandable explanation of any necessary treatment options. They work alongside the assigned Physicians to provide the best care.

The sales, case management and medical departments have been a pleasure to work with. My parents are very happy with the move. The meals have been excellent and the in room care has been all we could ask for.
