All are friendly, concerned, and helpful. Sometimes, the response is very slow, for example, when [name removed]needs to go to the bathroom .I would recommend it to others, but would inform them of the slow...

I thought the staff was kind and caring. I do think like most faculties they were short staff. My mom did have quite a few falls while being there. She did end up in the hospital from one of the falls and...

Everything has been pretty good. Except the food is not always good. So I'm having to bring in frozen dinners to have in his freezer just in case he just can't eat what they're serving because it's not prepared well. That being said, for the price, you can't even rent just a room in the area. In addition to the room, he's getting care, transportation, food, and activities. So it's a good value. The staff have been very helpful. And the room is comfortable and seems to be well maintained.

We chose Truewood by Merrill because when we met with [name removed] we felt comfortable with her and with putting mom here. Their adherence to the Covid protocols are great and they are doing their best to keep the residents as safe as possible. I would recommend this facility to other families looking.

I would say to check out this community first. It may not be the most upscale but it is clean, safe and everything that I was looking for to place my loved one. l I am very confident in them taking care of my loved one.

Overall we have been pleased with Escalante at Draper. It is open, clean, bright, and most staff are friendly. The value for what you get here is great compared to other places that we were looking into. Communication is their biggest downfall and what they could use the most improvement on. Also the access to get in and out of the facility after 7PM as well is very difficult. They just got bought out, so we are hoping for some improvements. Overall it has been a good fit for my mom.

The staff is friendly and open. I've been going there every day, and they have been very open to me being there and asking questions. At the moment, they're in transition with employee turnover in many departments. So there have been some bumps, but I think given some time they will be back to the level they were when we first moved in. I picked The Wentworth of Willow Creek because of how friendly everyone is. They staff definitely try, and that makes a big difference. The food is good. They try to give variety, and it has flavor, which is helpful. It's not the typical cafeteria food. Activities is one of the areas affected by staffing. They've lost their activities director, so there have been practically no activities because they're' short-staffed. But I would say the cost is just about what everybody else is charging in the area.

There are better places out there but depending on your budget. We do like this facility it is close to us. Room sizes are good and my loved one likes the food. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

My father is staying at The Wentworth. I find that overall, the people that work there are very nice, and they do make an effort to address concerns and questions that anyone has. I do wish that they communicated better amongst themselves. The staff tends not to work very well together because they have communication issues. My father says he doesn’t like to food, but it seems find to me, and I’ve never had an issue with the cleanliness of the community. They do have activities in the community, and they’re posted each day on a board so the residents can see. They have things like games, puzzles, and live music, and my dad really enjoys the excursions they take. Overall, The Wentworth has been a good experience for my father.

This was a very nice community very clean and well maintained. We had visited some of the staff and the residents and everyone seemed very happy and nice. The residents that we met seemed to enjoy living here. The community offered more care than what dad was needing at this point so we didn't feel it would have been the right choice for him.

The place was nice. Rooms nice. Distance from room to to dining and activities seemed a bit far for my liking. I was also concerned about how quickly she would get assistance if needed since the facility was so large. I felt like she would need to be in much better condition and needing very little assistance to stay here.

Canyon Creek was a very well-kept and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We liked all the amenities that they had to offer. We were looking for a smaller community that offered a more intimate setting.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and overall I was pleased with what I had seen. The property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. I liked the activity list they had as well as meal plan for everyone throughout the week. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

I'am pretty pleased with this community. Everyone is very kind and friendly. The community looks great, and very well maintained. The staff is wonderful, they are always willing to help. They have many activities available. The meals are decent, they could use some improvement in that area. Overall so far I'am doing very here.

I toured this community with my family and found that they provide limited care like level 1 care. They would not be able to do any lifting. The price would also increase if needing assitance in the future. The studio was available and it was too small for my mom. It was a great place to see but not for us.

Wentworth at Draper is a clean and nice community. The food is ok and mom liked to participate in some of the activities offered. My mom and I did not have a good experience in this place. I found out they were not giving her medication and did not notify anyone that she ran out of one of them over a weekend. They acted like it was not big deal that she did not receive it. I do not think there is a good CNA to patient ratio. My mom had to go into the hospital and she will not be returning to this community.

We have chosen to go with Canyon Creek because we feel like the community there is the best fit for Myrna. There are several other residents who are a lot like Myrna and at the same stage as her and I think she will connect well with them. We liked that the rooms were in a circle so she could walk around the circle and witnessed them redirecting and helping seniors get back to there room or where they needed to be. And we just felt it was the right place for Myrna. We also liked the Bridges program that they offer.

Our experience with Wentworth was a short one but it was an okay. The community did look really nice and the up keep of everything was well kept very clean. Food here was bland, but with the different diets they have to cook for that understandable. The staff wasn't to bad to deal with they was pretty good. The community was kind like a assembly line place, I wasn't to happy with the fact we had to supply a lot of her things she was gonna need such as towels and bath aid's I would think they would had supplied those things. So there was some good thing and bad things about this community.
