For my loved ones condition, they took him with open arms and gave him wonderful care staff was very helpful and informative. It was a great place they showed extremely good bedside manner and care for my loved one. I would highly recommend it from my families experience .

We really liked the community. It was further from family than we wanted.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Charter Senior Living of Glen Ellyn. We had nothing negative at all to say, we just felt another place fit our loved ones needs just a bit better and they also worked with us on the pricing. Charter was a beautiful, dedicated memory care facility.

We just knew that Cascade Creek was the place for our loved one - they were very happy there and really well taken care of. We would recommend this community based off the experience we had.

The were wonderful; they were like family, and that was probably one of the most important things to me at that time. I was there every single day for the entire day, up until husband passed. So I attended the activities with him and it made me feel at home. They have a program called SPARK - they had flower arranging, painting, taking care of the garden outside and feeding humming birds. There was a historical program every evening going over the history of different organizations, like the boy scouts etc., it was something to get them thinking. Every morning was started off with the pledge of allegiance, the star spangled banner, and lords prayer. Those were all intended to get them sparked up and moving. They had something different every week. Communication was fine, although I didn't need a lot, but they were always available. I would absolutely recommend Willow Springs to others - it would be my first recommendation.

This is an incredible place and gives you peace of mind for your loved one. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication is wonderful. They are responsive, helpful, and caring to make sure all the family's questions are answered. I couldn't have found a better place for my mom.

Charter senior living is staffed by individuals who really want to make residents feel cared for. Everyone calls the by name and shares updates. My husband is crazy about the activities director, who works so hard to up with new ideas.

I have toured this community three times. I learn a little more each time I visit. They are very knowledgeable and seem to be the experts in memory care. I have also attended one of their family support groups. It's great to learn more about my mom's memory care needs and to know that I am not the only one going through this. We plan on moving mom in this summer.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience, everyone was super nice and friendly but the only reason we did not choose it was because of location, it was just a little to far away

Our experience with Porter Place Memory Care has been really good so far, no big concerning complaint's whatsoever. The staff members have been really good towards our loved one and super friendly. The meals and dining service is sometimes a hit or miss so that could be improved. They do offer a lot of different activities for the residents, but we do wish they would encourage our loved one to get involved a little bit more. However we would still recommend this community to other families.

I have found the staff in general to be pretty helpful and accommodating. In our particular case the staff does a lot of hard work and I don't think they're paid very much. So I'm very appreciative of what they do for my mom. I did find the administrator to be very helpful in getting us in, and getting us information & help when we needed it. I would recommend Grace Point to others.

Vineyard Place is a good place to be in because they care for their patients. I really like the activities and the food. They offer exercise in the mornings, movies, and they even have karaoke. The food is mostly served in the dining room, but residents can request room service. The community is all on one floor and it is locked. I've noticed this past weekend staff was a bit less than normal, but its usually fully staffed. They offer 1 one 1 care if needed and they are very attentive to my loved ones needs. They're very alert about the amount of medication left and when a refill is needed. Out of all the communities we toured, this one was the best. I would recommend Vineyard Place to others.

We are very happy that we chose Charter for Mom's new home. The entire staff (Director, Managers, Nurses, Activities Coordinators, and Caregivers) are focused, capable, and actively working closely together to provide exceptional care of the residents. They listen closely and immediately respond to requests from our family and actively customize the care they provide for Mom's individual needs.

I really want you to know you have made a huge difference in our families lives for the better. My grammy loves her place. I can never repay you for everything you have done.

I never could imagine that I would no longer be able to care for my husband at home. This was the biggest decision I have ever had to make in my life. I am so glad we picked Grace Point Place. My husband is well cared for. The move in was smooth and I was guided along the way. Thank you for giving me peace of mind Grace Point.

Autumn Leaves is a good sized community, not too big and not too small. the staff engages well with the residents because of that size. it's an easy location to get to and find, as it's close to the freeway. I think anyone who has to go through this move or do this with a parent experiences the same concerns and knows there's going to be challenges; but I've had no problems since dropping my mom off there. the staff made sure I knew they were going to take care of her and I don't have to worry about anything. within 30 days of being there, my mom tells me how friendly and nice the people are, how good the food is, and that I did a good job finding this place - so the feedback from her has been great.

Our experience has been great with Willow Springs. I really like the way they treat my loved one and they are so loving towards them. The staff have been really good to work with. The community does share photos online for family to see what their loved ones are participating in for activities.. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

My loved one did not participate in a lot of activities but I was hoping that they would motivate him to do more activities around the community. I would recommend this community for your loved one. Everyone listened to me when I had something to say, they answered all of my questions and reached out if they needed to. Everyone was just really easy to work with.
