What we really like about Chisholm Place is that they have made our loved one feel at home and very welcomed. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families looking for a community for their loved one.

Porter Place pretty much saved my life. I couldn't handle my Mothers Altzheimers, cried for weeks after I decided to place her in a Memory Care Facilty. Turns out almost 10 months later it was the best decision for her and me. Porter Place is a Godsent. The administrative staff is exceptional and truly cares about your loved ones as their own. The understand the disease thoroughly and treat your loved ones with respect. I will remember for the rest of my life that I heard the couple days it was 30 below zero and the administrator of the facilty stayed over night! They are incredible people

Porter Place is a great place for a loved one. It has courtyards to enjoy outdoor space and the staff always communicates with family of any issue that is occuring with your loved one. The activities indoors and outdoors make a happy fun time for the residents! Visit to the Fire Dept. was a fun event for my brother! He enjoyed going to the Resale shop to pick out some cool clothes !! It is always clean and much sunlight coming in all over ! The new massage room will be very good for some residents to feel comfort.

Our family had an in person tour with Chelsea Place Memory Care and we felt that it was a good visit and the staff members were all very information and friendly.

I researched many memory care facilities for my Aunt, and I chose Porter Place because of the friendly staff and the smaller size of the facility. The building is secure and they provide so many activities for my aunt, and for family to come and be a part of the community. I attend the monthly support group that Porter Place hosts, the last Thursday of each month, which is ran by 2 wonderful hospice nurses. They are a godsend to us caregivers. I feel at ease knowing my Aunt is being well taken care of in a safe community.

Putting my husband in memory care has been the hardest thing I have ever done. Thankfully, the loving care at Porter Place is PHENOMENAL! The staff are quick to respond and extremely supportive! This applies to everyone from administration to receptionist to daily caretakers.

Porter Place is caring, resourceful and pro-active in maintaining my husband's safety while allowing him to be as independent as possible. The atmosphere is homey, the staff responsive and the activity programs are inclusive. He receives very good care there.

We moved my father from a prior facility and almost instantly could see a difference in staff engagement at Porter Place. I attribute that to good leadership within Porter Place. I would for sure recommend Porter Place to anyone trying to find caring and support for a loved one. The facilities and reception are very nice as well.

My partner had to move there from a less expensive place because his acuity increased (they are charging $[removed] a month). There have been no complaints since then so they can handle a lot. The medical staff (an RN) is excellent. I really feel supported.

Communication has been good and he is being well taken care of including providing good strategies to mange his incontinence as well as keeping him engaged during the day. I would definitely recommend it!

Our family and loved one have had a wonderful experience with Harvester Place. The staff are professional, friendly, and engaged with the residents and families. We would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The staff is much more attentive to the needs of the residents than I have seen at other facilities. The therapy staff are also friendly and helpful and visit those requesting therapy frequently. Also, the medical provider ([name removed]) gives me updates on patient status every two weeks. They keep track of how much the residents are eating so they keep them healthy. They also make daily exercise almost mandatory, which I like. The only down side seems to be the same everywhere I went. Most residents in memory care cannot carry a conversation, so not a lot of social interaction. Such is memory care.

In the four months that my mom has been at Willow Springs she has transformed. When she lived alone she was confused, scared, angry, lonely and delusional. Four months later and she is relaxed, friendly and at peace. She has made friends and loves the staff. She enjoys participating in as many activities as she can and I like that I can participate also. The staff has been so incredibly helpful with the transition for both mom and me. They went above and beyond in so many ways. Honestly, there is nothing I would change or criticize about Willow Springs. They take great care of my "spirited" mom and they do it with humor, love, patients and compassion. The peace of mind is priceless!

This facility is very warm and friendly. The meals are good, but could improve as far as variety. The staff that I've worked with are very helpful. What they do is super hard and I think they're doing a great job. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

I've been touring memory care homes recently and Charter is definitely one of the nicest places I have visited! It has a welcoming atmosphere and the director was very knowledgeable about how to care for people with dementia and Alzheimer's. We want the best for our loved one and Charter is at the top of our list for consideration.

The community is really nice and clean and the staff members are very friendly.

I would encourage others to look into the community for their loved ones. The staff are very caring towards my loved one and all the residents. They put the residents first which is wonderful to see. They reply quickly to my questions about my loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents. Some of the activities offered included balloon box, arts and crafts, music, games, and more for the residents to participate in.

The food is good and staff is great. If anything to improve on more memory improving activities. We picked this community because, the size of each house and setup.

This facility is very nice. It's very well managed and taken care of. The food is good, good quality and variety. Housekeeping seems to be pretty good. There have been a couple of times when I visited and noticed my brother's room was a bit messy. I brought it to their attention and they took care of it without issue. Communication with the family is very good. The staff is great. They're all very kind and caring. When I have questions during a visit or call with questions, they are good about getting answers for me. There's been some turnover with a couple of key staff players, but it seems to have settled down. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I can breathe again. This was such a hard decision to make, but I am glad we did it. My aunt is happy and safe. The staff is there to help us through this transition. I am thankful for everyone at Grace Point Place.
