Anthem Memory Care

My dad is currently a resident at Cascade Creek Memory care and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The staff is wonderful. My dad did not adjust to his first facility after a year. This place only took him three to four weeks to adjust to. He loves it now. He loves the food. He loves the outings that they have. I highly recommend Cascade Creek Memory Care to others!

They went out their way to make my friend and I feel comfortable right from the start. As we toured the chef, activities director and nurse greeted us. They got my friend in right away. They threw a birthday party for her 2 weeks later and have kept me in the loop on her care and when she had had a fall. They listen to my concerns. They also have a monthly caregiver support group that meets there that I find helpful.

There are no words that can do justice to the praise I have for Porter Place in Tinley Park. I placed my 100-year-old grandmother into their care approximately 16 months ago. I can state with complete conviction that my grandmother is blessed to have the best care I have ever seen. The staff are so kind, thoughtful, understanding, and compassionate. Without question, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for exceptional care for their loved one.

My loved one has been a resident for a year and a half. I feel comfortable having her there knowing she is being well cared for. An acquaintance from church mentioned it was where her mom lived and she only had good things to say about it. So a friend and I went together to tour. I wanted to have a second opinion with someone else and get additional information I may not have thought of. The information you provide about your loved one is essential to getting the best possible care for your loved one, from medication to allergies, to history, to food preferences, everything pertaining to them is crucial. The staff is caring and knowledgeable about the residents. The nurses and aides answer questions when you call and when friends visit, send me pictures if she participates in the activities. Receptionists, [name removed]& [name removed], are fantastic! Maintenance Director, [name removed], and Life Engagement Director, [name removed], are fabulous! Family & friends feel welcome. This is a top quality facility.

My dad is higher functioning then many there and I feel he is bored many times I visit. I feel like the people that are in leadership positions do care and try to help when there is a concern or issue. [name removed] especially, the night nurse, is a great problem solver. Follows up as soon as she sees me. And 95% of the staff is friendly. I would recommend for the right person.

I was greeted by a very friendly person with so much compassion. The only one that asked me how I was doing, then proceeded to tell me about my husband. No other place asked me about me or my husband. I thank god every day for this place an everyone in it

Our experience with Grace Point Place has been very good so far. My wife is adjusting well. I like that I can join in watching live entertainment, playing bingo, doing puzzles and I even stay for lunch with her.

5 for all eight items. My mother comments all the time she is happy there and the staff is good to her. The facility is great because it is fairly new (less than 2 years old). Our family is very happy our mother is a resident at Cascade Creek. My mother comments that she loves the staff. The staff listens and tells my mother that they love her too. They truly seem to care about the individual. The facility is new and the rooms appear bright and clean.

I toured 12 communities looking for a place for dad. This was by far the best. They are full of knowledge of Dementia. We are happy, we made this dads new home.

We are pleased with all experiences we have had with Morningside Place. The staff and hospice staff have been very attentive to our family member and respond to our concerns when we have questions. My loved ones room is adequate for her needs, but I have no knowledge of others to compare.

Clean and spacious. A lot to offer. Food is very good. Close to my home to visit my wife daily.

It was my mom who stayed here, not me, so some questions are hard to answer. Everyone was very kind and seemed to care about making my mom feel safe and welcome.

When it comes to the value for cost it is a trickier question for me to answer. Emerald Place is a private facility that we cannot afford. We are waiting for Medicaid to approve us, and then we have to move my husband, which will be hard for us. These nicer places are only available to the wealthy. That is the drawback.

ALL STAFF exceed on caregiving. There is always plenty of staff to accommodate the needs of the residents. Chisholm Place has family cookouts and functions to make a family-friendly atmosphere. It's a special place for your special family member to live. There is plenty of space in the rooms. There is room for some personal belongings and furniture, within reason. It makes residents comfortable.

My sister moved in a few months back. She loves it. She has so much fun doing gardening, taking bus trips, and staying very active.

My family and I had a good experience with Grace Point Place. The staff are very caring and do their best to help the residents. Everyone is friendly here. There are meals and activities to assist the residents with socialization. Overall this is a community we would recommend.

They have a lot of activities, and try to get all the residents involved. There is music playing all the time, and my husband dances with several different ladies. On Cool April Nights there was a car show, and lots of great food. Also, memory care is all they do, where many places have Senior Living too. I feel that Willow Springs is superior to other care homes. My husband was at Oakmont also, and I witnessed the difference first hand. I also think when the only focus is on memory, there are not other distractions. It could be that memory care is an after thought.

I work in the healthcare industry and have had the pleasure of coming into this community to work with residents both before and after the recent change in ownership which occurred in April 2023. I always enjoy coming to this community - the facility is beautiful, well-kept by the staff, and the residents are always friendly and participative in the variety of offered activities. The change in ownership has been VERY positive, and the new management team is highly skilled, easy to work with, kind, and compassionate - you can tell they genuinely care about the residents, families, and services they provide. Overall, I just really enjoy visiting this community, especially compared to others I've worked in over the years and I wanted to take a little time to share my wonderful experience with others who may be looking into finding a new home for their loved ones!

I would definitely rate Chisholm Place a 5 in all 7 areas. I have been so impressed with each and every interaction with staff at all levels. I knew instinctually that my dear friend would receive loving and caring memory care at Chisholm. It always feels like home each time I visit. Based on the experience we have had so we would without a doubt recommend Chisholm Place to other families.

We picked this community, because they had very engaging staff, activities and a bright colorful facility. [name removed] the Director is amazing very knowledgeable and accommodating. She knows all the residents and makes herself present in the community.[name removed] the Head Nurse is also very present and on top of the communities needs. It's an easy location right off the highway with a mall area close by .The facility is very clean and has a lot to offer.
