Anthem Memory Care

We were very pleased with Chisholm Place and would highly recommend it. My mom passed a year ago in [date removed]. Our mom enjoyed the activities, I think especially the ones when they brought in animals to hold. The head chef, I don't remember his name, always looked out for her as she was a slow eater and seemed to be one of the last to leave the dining room. He always checked on her to see if she needed any help or anything else. The facility was well maintained and clean. Very important to us. We felt like mom was well monitored. Chisholm was a great recommendation

My mother was in a diaper and was always kept clean no bed sores everyone was very caring for her needs.

Everybody at Willowbrook Place is wonderful. The staff is very compassionate and the food is really good. Your service made picking the right place easy. I have already referred several other people to you site. Thank you for the referral.

This is a great place! Overall my mom is very happy there. Safety was an issue for me. Since Mom has dementia I wanted to be sure there was a system in place to make sure she couldn't just walk out of facility. Northridge is excellent in this area. They have a check in/out for ever visitor. An attendant is always at the front station and doors are locked and monitored .

The friendliness of the staff is a 5+++. It was the only place out of the 8 I visited that gave me a good feeling when I left. The rest were fine, but for my mom's needs, I felt Harvester would give her the best care. I also liked that it was exclusively for memory care and not a "combo."

What we like the most about Harvester Place is the trust we have in the leadership and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Chelsea Place Memory Care has been a great fit for our Mother who has Alzheimer's. Making the decision to move her into memory care was difficult, but after seeing the improvement in her health and mood in just a few weeks, we knew we made the right choice. Our Mom enjoys the variety of activities, the great food, and constantly tells me how nice everyone is there. As family members, everyone who works there has been friendly, patient, and helpful. They have given us peace of mind that our Mom is safe and being well taken care of.

The staff is so exceptional from the front desk, nursing, food service, laundry, aids, cleaning,and maintenance. I've witnessed an aid dealing with a difficult patient,who likes dancing, waltzing down the hall together redirecting behavior in a masterful way. This is only one example of many.

Our father has been at a different memory care facility for seven months, and we were not happy with the lack of training for the staff and the fact that he sat in his room alone all day. We made the difficult decision to move him and after touring several places, chose Churchill Place, he is engaging with staff and residents, participating in activities, and seems comfortable in his new surrounding! We could not be happier with the care he is receiving, the way everyone interacts with both him and us, and the friendliness and competency of the staff. What has made Churchhill Place such a great experience is the staff! Dad passed away in [date removed] but for the few months he was there the staff was outstanding! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had with Churchill Place.

My husband came from another well known facility due to poor patient care. Willowbrook Place was excellent and went above and beyond to care for him. His care was great. He was always clean and well kept and the food was amazing. The staff was caring, attentative and all so compassionate. Willowbrook Place is the best.

The staff at Porter Place Memory Care are angels, truly angels. They are so patient, so nice, so respectful and so understanding. The meals are excellent. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Porter Place Memory Care to others.

It's a Great facility and the staff is great with the patients. If you're a diabetic there really is no diabetic foods for the diabetic patients. Other than that Grace Point is terrific for my husband's needs.

We chose Highline Place and seemed very caring and qualified to care for my father-in-law after a difficult experience with another facility. Very kind and compassionate staff!

I would rate all seven categories a 5. My mother tells us often that she is very happy at Cascade Creek and she likes the staff. As a family that makes all the difference in the world. The facility is about 3 years old. The facility still looks clean and fresh. Thank-you A Place For Mom for finding this place for my Mom and her family.

Their activities director [name removed] was outstanding, as well as their custodial and support staff team. Truly, but the cost at the time seemed high

I wish I would have found Chelsea Place sooner. They are very well staffed per resident. I believe they had at least two to three staff members per resident. They all could speak English and were extremely happy to work there and make the residents as happy and engaged in activities as possible. The food that was served was always hot when it had to be and very fresh and flavorful. I say this because the other places she was at did not meet any of these standards. Most of the staff at the other facilities could literally not speak English. How can this be possible when these elderly people struggle with hearing and vision already. I can't say enough about Chelsea Place. They were all very professional and extremely kind to my Mom.

They were wonderful to my mom, she was so loved here. The staff at Chelsea prioritizes service to others more than other facilities. She had been in a different home earlier that was terrible. They didn't care for her. Her hygiene was awful. She wasn't eating as she deteriorated rapidly the first place. After a short time in Chelsea, her condition improved. She was much more involved and engaged in a good spirits. She was always clean and well fed. They helped her with her hygiene, dressing - All of her basic needs were met and exceeded .

Based on our experience I would recommend. So far everything has been very good no problems and everyone has been great and easy to work with.

Chisholm Place has awesome staff and the love they show for each client is stellar! I always leave feeling grateful that my dear friend is well cared for and never lonely!

It's really a great place and [name removed] has become quite comfortable here. I'm really grateful for the staff and organization's care of him.I would strongly recommend PP. They've addressed my concerns about his care in a timely and professional manner. And they've allowed me to participate in his care. I feel comfortable that they will take care of him and socialize with him if I'm not available to see him on a given day. [name removed]transition to PP from home has not always been easy but after a year I can say it's working out and he's content.
