I know without a doubt that my Loved One is receiving the best possible care and support at Willow Springs Memory Care and would highly recommend checking them out should the need arise. The facility is homelike. Clean, bright and secure. The staff is patient, kind and attentive. I would choose Willow Springs Memory Care over and over again.

My mom has been in the facility twice, both with different levels of care needed. Willow Springs took her in during the times understanding our situation and more than willing to work with us and supportive of our desires and provided the care for my mom when she had more mental capabilities. They were always so kind and understanding when my mom would get confused and at times angry from the confusion. We finally were able to move her in with us for a few years until her needs were beyond what my husband and I could provide, and welcomed her back with open arms, the staff was mostly all the same. The staff continue to bring up their memories they have with my mom, and it makes me so happy that she is treated as family. The facility itself is incredible and holds itself to high standards. And all the employees are the best I have seen. I couldn’t have asked for a better facility or group of employees to care for my mom. Communication is incredible. So grateful for Willow Springs!

My husband’s mom has been struggling with Alzheimer’s for years. Over two years ago she fell and broke her arm and hip. Her reconstructive surgeries went great, but with her Alzheimer’s she was unable to remember what she learned in rehab. I spent 12 hours a day with her at a rehabilitation hospital in Southern California. Eventually we decided to move her to Willow Springs here in our home town of Redding. The loving staff at Willow Springs had her up and out of the wheelchair using a nifty walker and participating in activities within a week of her moving in. Fast forward to this year, her husband of fifty years, aged 100, joined her for the last few months of his life. The staff have been nothing short of “miracle workers.” Grandpa passed just last week, a week shy of 101. We are eternally grateful for the wonderful staff of Willow Springs.

As a health care professional and the spouse of a person with memory issues I have pretty high standards for memory care units. I was impressed and pleased immediately with Concord Place. All of the staff members we encountered were friendly, smiling and engaged in the care of the residents. You can tell they cared about the patients under their care. I am confident we made the correct choice for our mother.

Everything is fine, some bumps to smooth out initially but cleanliness, friendliness, food, and quality of care are all 5. Of '5' is perfection- nothing is perfect, but given the monumental needs and organization and dedication a place like this requires I would not hesitate to recommend it to others

We are very happy with everything [name removed] and would give them all a 5. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful to us and I especially appreciate them engaging my mom in activities since she tends to be a loner. We moved her there because she was living in a residential home community and there were zero activities, which was very bad for her brain

The staff is very caring of my Mother. Activities are great and happening every day...all of a sudden Mom is engaged with the things going on around her. I like that the other residents are friendly. Food is just average in my experience, but my mother cannot taste any more, so she is happy. She is in a single room, it's a decent size and has a nice large window. I am so happy that took the time to check out the many Senior Care facilities in this area. Vineyard Place is solely memory care, and it is excellent. It seems to be filled with love and affection for the residents. They have a device in each room that detects when someone falls, so that they can monitor the residents for safety when they are in their room. It was invented by a nurse. Only one other place that I visited had anything like it!

My Dad has been a resident for two months. [name removed], the director is very approachable and responds quickly to any needs or concerns. The facility smells clean, the food is excellent and easy for residents to eat. The staff are very kind, and the residents are treated with respect. I highly recommend Chelsea Place.

Our experience has been amazing. We were so unsure about how our mom would adjust to her new living environment at Vineyard Place. Once we met their amazing staff and management we felt such relief as we watched our mom blossom, which we didn't think was possible. The staff is vey compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. There are various daily activities such as dancing, miscellaneous games, themed parties and Karaoke for families to be involved with their loved one. Also the food is good. My mom has gained some badly needed weight and she's more active. Families can eat meals with their loved ones.

Anyone who has a family member living with Dementia knows that the disease is not linear or monotonous. It presents in each person differently and Vineyards low turn over staff and team has really taken the time to get to know my mother’s ever changing attitudes and behaviors to give truly personalized customized care. Thanks to her care team, my mother is living with not suffering from dementia. She is in a loving supportive environment with plenty of activities to keep her engaged and active. My grandmother and the family looooves Greenridge Place it's such a nice community and everyone is sooo nice there [names removed]have been amazing to say the least

Concord Place was so accommodating as we moved my father into his room. It's a really nice place with more room, lighting, and windows than the prior place my father stayed in. The workers have been very kind and patient as we learned the protocols and they learned about his needs. My father tells me he likes it there. That's a huge vote of confidence for me!

Staff attentive to the needs of residents and families. Communication is frequent and clear. Questions are addressed in timely manner. Upper management heavily involved.

We chose another community after visiting many places, including Green Ridge. While we were impressed with [name removed] and the tour, we opted for the lower priced facility. We quickly felt we made a mistake, so we ended up transferring mom to Greenridge. It is a much better experience from the workers to the managers to mom's care. We should have gone with our heart and chosen Green Ridge first.

The staff is wonderful and so carrying in making sure the resident is well cared for. They have great activities that encourage participation. I have tasted the food and everything is well prepared and served hot.

Facility itself if great! Perfect layout for my aunts needs and easy floor plan for her. It's secure and accommodating. My aunts needs loves the activities and has adapted to it well.

I have been very pleased with all aspects of my dad's care. The people really care about their patients and I feel confident leaving him at Concord place, that he is well taken care of.

Chelsea Place Memory Care is without a doubt the best facility or home one could hope for to place a loved one for dementia care. The house is immaculate, the attention paid to each resident is constant, every resident is clean, well dressed, hair combed, sitting in large living room with large tv on. Bedrooms are private with bathrooms attached. There is a routine for meals but water, Boost, and other hydration is always available to the residents on their trays. A large patio is also available with sun coverage and comfortable chairs. I bring my dog who loves my partner, and she runs around the yard freely. The cost has remained the same, and is reasonable compared to other facilities. I am very grateful to have this home taking care of my partner.

Hello came to visit friend of the family. The facility is beautiful. I met [name removed] from housekeeping, as she was in the lobby. She greeted us with such compassion and grace. When we went to visit our family we noticed she was missing some items in her room such as toilet paper kleenex, [name removed] immediately went and got the supplies for us. Also I want to say, hands up and applause to [name removed], as he is the activity aide and made everybody smiled while we were there.
