Staff attentive to the needs of residents and families. Communication is frequent and clear. Questions are addressed in timely manner. Upper management heavily involved.

We chose another community after visiting many places, including Green Ridge. While we were impressed with [name removed] and the tour, we opted for the lower priced facility. We quickly felt we made a mistake, so we ended up transferring mom to Greenridge. It is a much better experience from the workers to the managers to mom's care. We should have gone with our heart and chosen Green Ridge first.

I have been very pleased with all aspects of my dad's care. The people really care about their patients and I feel confident leaving him at Concord place, that he is well taken care of.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this facility, the clients are kept busy and seem happy.

Chelsea Place Memory Care is without a doubt the best facility or home one could hope for to place a loved one for dementia care. The house is immaculate, the attention paid to each resident is constant, every resident is clean, well dressed, hair combed, sitting in large living room with large tv on. Bedrooms are private with bathrooms attached. There is a routine for meals but water, Boost, and other hydration is always available to the residents on their trays. A large patio is also available with sun coverage and comfortable chairs. I bring my dog who loves my partner, and she runs around the yard freely. The cost has remained the same, and is reasonable compared to other facilities. I am very grateful to have this home taking care of my partner.

Hello came to visit friend of the family. The facility is beautiful. I met [name removed] from housekeeping, as she was in the lobby. She greeted us with such compassion and grace. When we went to visit our family we noticed she was missing some items in her room such as toilet paper kleenex, [name removed] immediately went and got the supplies for us. Also I want to say, hands up and applause to [name removed], as he is the activity aide and made everybody smiled while we were there. And thank you to [name removed], for assisting our family member for her personal needs. While we were visiting. Thank k you

I would give them all a 5. It's been a good choice. Plus she was able to bring her dog with her, which made all of the difference in the world to her. The housekeeper is very cheerful and nice. The med techs are great at communicating with me. The front desk workers are always friendly. The caregivers are responsive. The administrators are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My mom likes the food. The activities are great. The activities director is awesome. They also have events that family are invited to attend. They had a really nice Mother's Day event. A car show. And they're having a bbq for the 4th.

The staff is very communicative with the family members. [name removed], the social director., is exceptional at her job. I would definitely recommend to others! The director, [name removed], gave us such personal attention. She cared about my MIL's interests & got her engaged so quickly with other women

I was so very happy with the facility, they took such wonderful care of my husband. I should have moved him there long before I did. Someone was always available to help. I also had the wonderful help of Dignity Hospice. Willowbrook place was so accommodating and caring and had many resources for the residents. Their craft activities were really great for those residents that could participate. Their craft activities QMAPS were wonderful as well. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Harvester Place provided exceptional care for my mom. Led by an involved and compassionate management team staff was cheerful, respectful and treated my mom and the other residents as treasured individual. They were kind, listened and attentive. Above and beyond what we experienced at another local facility.

My mom loved all the activities and the staff was so kind to her and yes, we would recommend the community to other families.

Executive Director [name removed] runs and oversees everyone and everything with professional expertise, warm empathy, and valued experience. Her memory care staff are exceptional and enables the residents to feel well cared for.

I am giving a "Shout Out" to another positive experience I had with Savoy Place Memory Care this past Monday, [date removed]. My brother has been a resident of Savoy Place for about 2 years, and I'm very satisfied with the overall care he receives. An example is this past Monday, [date removed] my brother and I returned to Savoy Place around 6:30 pm from the emergency room at the hospital. The hospital visit was necessary, but not much fun for my brother. The Savoy Place Staff were wonderful. My brother was not feeling very well but, the staff "made it all better"! By the time I left he was all smiles. Thank you so much.

We chose Porter Place because it was close to my house. But it was also brand new, very clean, staff was very friendly, and it catered to my father's needs. It is an absolutely amazing place. I was skeptical about assisted living, but I was completely blown away by how good Porter Place was.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the care that our mother/mother in law is receiving at Willow Springs Memory Care. The staff is a tight team well tuned into the residents as well as each other. This creates a safe and warm atmosphere with plenty of humor and nurturing energy. We are so grateful to feel so trusting that our loved one is being so well cared for.

The care teams really do protect, engage, and love the Harvester Place residents. My husband is happy, well fed, and safe. He’s made friends, and I feel confident he’s getting the best care available.

The staff is very attentive. Mom loves the activities and the Activity Director . They really make the residence feel special. I know that my mom is safe and taken care of.
