Our family was able to have an in person tour and the lady who gave us the tour was grand. She took us around the entire facility and you could obviously tell she had experience working with seniors and communities. We were able to eat lunch there and it was great, but the community was just in unfamiliar territory and we wanted to stay closer to home.

I liked this community but what we were looking for was a two bedroom two bath that we could afford. We had to go with another community due to our preferences.

We chose Lakeview because of the location of the facility and the value for what she gets for the price. The apartments are decent size, she has studio and it is still pretty spacious. They do offer transportation for residents to doctors appointments and stores. The staff make it a great place, there is someone there 24/7 which gives us peace of mind in case mom needs something. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Right away Lakeview Senior Living gave our loved one such a comfortable welcoming feeling. [name removed[ who gave us our first tour was so knowledgeable, friendly and inviting. It just had a real sense of home.

This community was great but the location was not as good. Also the floor plans were not what I was looking for.

Hanover Place community is just beautiful, from the minute we walked in our loved one knew this was the place for her. We just got such a good vibe right off the bat, and she has been extremely happy since moving in and we would recommend to anybody. The cleanliness of the community is a 5++++, we cannot say enough good things about how clean it is. Our loved one seems very happy with the meals, she does not eat the breakfast, but she absolutely loves the dinners. She is a little picky, but we know she is getting plenty of food. She does not always participate in the activities, but from there list it looks to be pretty good. They have bingo and card games, and they are in the process of hiring for someone to take them out on day trips.

Everyone from top to bottom has just been wonderful. The ladies on the same floor as our loved one have been so kind and fantastic. They will take our loved one out on the patio, weather permitted, and have a ladies evening. There are still a few Covid restrictions, but based off the activities calendar we can see, they seem to be pretty good. For the amenities they offer, the value for cost is better then other communities we had looked at.

This community has been wonderful since we moved in. The property recently switch management companies and you can tell they really care about the residents and are great to chat with! I would recommend haven to anyone searching for not just a pace to live but a HOME.

[name removed] was extremely knowledgeable having a degree in geriatrics! [name removed] & I are asking more pertinent questions.. [name removed] answered all. Affordable! Fantastic interior spaces and decor. Updated apartments were like new. And they have garages.

Vancouver Pointe has been a very good experience so far. Our loved one absolutely loves the meals and dining service. The activities are coming back, she is doing the exercises classes. This community just works well for her.

We chose Hanover Place at the time because of the proximity to family, they had availability, and it is still giving him independence but they have nurses on staff if necessary. The apartment sizes here are decent, for him it is perfect for what he needs. At the time we moved him in it was absolutely wonderful, but I do know they are under new management now. I know that they have a social bus but it is not running right now due to covid. It takes you grocery shopping and to doctors appointments. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

I visited this community for the first time last week and was very impressed by the staff hospitality, cleanliness and most importantly -- the very welcoming residents! I enjoyed a sample meal and the grilled salmon was cooked to perfection. Top notch independent living location!

They keep the facility very clean, i have only been here for a couple months and I have had no problems so far. The activities are still pretty minimal, they do offer a bus transportation if you need to go grocery shopping. The value is so far so good, and when I have had to use the maintenance service they are always on the ball.

Starting with management - great! Employees are shown much appreciation and therefore are very loyal. So important.

I am so grateful that [name removed] is a Resident at your facility, I feel so comfortable that he is safe and cared for by a full staff of loving people, receiving three great meals each day and enjoying the comforts of his room, with the help of people who clean up his enormous messes and keep his filthy laundry clean and put away. I am also so grateful Lakeside Manor is one of the few, if not the only one that has checked totally negative in CoronaVirus cases, due to the strict leadership of Executive Director [name removed]. I highly recommend Lakeside Manor!

Every time I go see my grandpa the staff is always friendly and very caring. My grandpa is very happy and that’s the most important!

Lakeside Manor, is, for sure, an older facility, but the friendly staff and the lower cost versus the "five star classic residences" is tremendous. Having had my mother at Life Care and Alta after a series of falls, and at Alta as the COVID situation spread with no visitation and a complete shutdown, I appreciate the efforts Lakeside Manor made to ensure the safety of their residents during the onset and currently, to monitor the tenants, guests and staff with daily temperature checks, affadavits of absence of symptoms and other hourly sanitizing measures, I have great confidence in Lakeside Manor. Senior diets, with no salt and spices is a dicey measure, but, I believe the Manor does the best they can in that area as well as social events in spite of the covid. It's a tough time for everyone, but the staff at Lakeside has done a great job of keeping the tenants covid free.

My uncle moved there prior to the pandemic and is really enjoying himself. He feels protected with the safety precautions that are in place. Thank you for taking car of him.
