I have lived at Canvas for almost a year now - this is a stunning building with absolutely gorgeous apartments. But the amenities are excellent. There is a "community" culture here and our Event Coordinator and management aim to please everyone. We have a beautiful fitness center with personal trainers, a beautiful library, Great Room where daily breakfast is served, pool, 4 outdoor kitchens that are top of the line, a game room with pool table and casino game table, I could go on and on. Bozzuto Management is extremely interested in what the residents want to do for activities and they will arrange special events and they spare no expense. I couldn't imagine a better place to live for a young (62 yrs) woman like myself - and I can walk across to Town Center for entertainment, happy hour, or shopping. Everyone, including Maintenance staff and Concierge are friendly and are always happy to help.

This community is by far one of the best we have evaluated. Great management, excellent service staff, food outstanding. Three meals a day part of the monthly fee. A full menu with daily specials. Excellent housekeeping. Lots of activities. But by far the best part is the residents who live here at this facility. They are friendly and proud to be a part of this community. They have become family.

Vancouver Pointe had the right "feel" that my mother was hoping for. We had visited other Senior Retirement Communities in the area, and Mom remained luke warm. She didn't find them compelling enough to go through the sale of a big home and tough downsizing decisions. When she walked into the Pointe, she immediately stated, "Oh, I like the openness and the friendliness. I think this might work." The more she learned, the better she felt. Good value, seemingly happy residents, and excellent management. Within three months, she had sold her home and moved into the Pointe. Nine months later she continues to be very pleased with her decision.

Really liked this place. The atmosphere was warm. Staff greeted residents by name. Seemed that residents were high functioning, involved with each other, card games and other activities going on during the day. Liked their offerings to residents. Includes all amenities except personal phone. Felt welcoming, like even i'd like living there.

We visited ten different senior living communities before making a decision on Lakeview for my Mom. The kind and caring response we received on the three visits before making our decision is completely authentic. The staff, from the Executive Director, to the Community Relations Coordinator, to the wait staff in the dining room, are all enormously patient, helpful, and positive. This is a community that truly cares about their residents, our number one deciding factor. The residents are very happy to live here and the vibe of Lakeview is a true community where people are enjoying their lives. Additionally, the food, which is provided three times per day, is excellent! Delicious, and beautifully prepared, with a wide variety of choice, make it easy for residents to enjoy meals in a social setting. There are daily varied activities, religious services, transportation within a ten mile radius, and maintenance assistance. The apartments are updated, clean, and inviting, with much natural light. My Mom has gone from fearful, to excited and comfortable, in a relatively short period of time. The residents are happy here and it shows. Thank you Lakeview Senior Living.

CanvasValleyForge is beautiful and I love it here. I love everything about it. Great apartments, different layout choices, and beautifully designed. The best parts are the staff, who are very kind and accommodating, and the great sense of community. There are many activities throughout the week. Something for everyone. Close to many restaurants, valley forge park, movie theaters, and tons of retail stores. So happy to be here.

My mom was very reluctant to move out of her home of over 40 years. After only one visit to Lakeview Senior Living, however, she was ready to pack her bags! We toured the beautiful facility, ate a delicious dinner in the lovely dining room, met several of the personable staff members, and signed on the dotted line! We were pleased to learn that a one bedroom unit would be opening in only a few weeks. Mom moved in 3 weeks ago and could't be happier. She loves the food and is especially fond of the hot chocolate served in the bistro. She is enjoying all the fun activities such as a fashion show and a performance of "Cinderella." I love that the staff members all know her (and me!) and call us by name. They have been patient and helpful with all of our questions. I can't imagine a friendlier place for Mom to live.

My wife and I live here and we like it very much. Everyone is friendly, we like our apartment, and everything works well. The staff is very cooperative, efficient, and answers all of our questions if we have them. They offer a ton of activities for everyone and have something going on all the time like bible studies, bingo, and a social hour almost every afternoon. They offer continental breakfasts in the mornings as well. The facility is kept very clean and they’re even remodeling a new open space. The landscaping is nice and is kept up with every week. The other residents seem to enjoy being here as well and a few of them have lived here for several years. One resident we know has been here for 18 years! I would be glad to recommend this place to anybody that’s interested in living in a 55+ community.

I really liked the cottage and [Removed] was a joy to be around. The staff here were all welcoming and friendly. We will go back and take some pictures. Their willingness to be involved in the relocation and options available make it worth keeping at the top of my list.

I chose this community because there was a 3 to 5 year wait list at other places. When I toured the community it was very nice. I haven’t moved in yet but I will be moving in this weekend! The place is beautiful and has been recently remodeled. The rooms are spacious, have hardwood floors throughout, brand new plumbing fixtures, and granite counter tops. The grounds are well maintained with a pool area. They do have a lot of social time including dance lessons and afternoon socials where they serve drinks, cookies, and cake. And they’re only at ¾ capacity. I would definitely recommend this community.

I'm so happy I found this place, the community is so nice lots of places to sit outside. They keep it spotless and maintained inside. Their food is excellent great dining room. I love to participate in activities such as bowling, Art, We take bus rides to places. I would definitely recommend Lakeview Senior Living.

We like the care at this community. We really do like she can cook her own meals. She likes that she is able to make friends in this community. The community is very clean. This community clean and you can see that the other residents seem to be happy and like being here. We would recommend this community to other families.

I like this community for the excellent care from the nice staff. The community is very clean and maintained. I like knowing that she is happy with the menu. She is always happy when she is participating in the activiites with the other residents. This community is nice and we would highly recommend the care and the value to other families.

This apartment complex is very nice! The grounds are lovely and the community is very clean. The staff has remained very helpful since the time that we took our tour. They were sure to answer any questions we had.

This community offered many amenities. We decided another option because the size was a better fit for my sister.

Mom seems to be adjusting well here. I know they recently changed owners, they are working on improving the food, that is probably my mom's biggest complaint. My mother has trouble breathing and the new manager accommodated her by giving her a dedicated parking space close to her apartment in the back. I thought that was very nice of them to accommodate her.

Choosing Lakeview Senior Living was the best choice we could have made! My mother thrived there! The staff are amazing. They are truly friendly, helpful, responsive, kind, and interested in the lives and families of their residents. They supported us in every way they could. We knew them all on a first name basis - the same staff over 2+ years we were there. Mom made several friends while there. The food was very good - as well as the meal service set up/flexibility, the activities, and amenities, It was always clean, refreshed, and nicely appointed. There was a wonderful energy and creativity of the staff. They also seemed to really enjoy their work and the residents. They were there for us while mom was doing well, when she needed extra help, and then finally when she needed Palliative and Hospice care. They were there for my mom and us. I do not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation!

I can't say enough positive things about Lakeview Senior Living! There is a feeling of optimism, energy and caring throughout. The staff is AMAZING. They take really good care of the residents, and make sure that they are feeling at home and included in all the activities and programs that are offered. Moving is always difficult, especially for a senior. I'm grateful that we found Lakeview - they made the transition smoother that we could have ever hoped. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making it possible!
