Good care givers, but two things can cause problems. Promptness and failure to show up. But, they do have emergency aids that help when that happens. Most follow your directions. But, too many times, food was not returned to the refrigerator after meal preperation. Periodically, dirty dishes were left in the sink. Failure to lock the door upon exit happened a couple of times. Somr aids did not know how to support a client through positional transfers.

We used caregivers for a short period of time -just did not work with my dad's dementia but they were wonderful to work with -very accommodating. They were also very easy to get a hold of and spoke with us for a long time trying to find the right match.

Quick response when I called They got me caregivers fast Everyone is comes on time It very easy to contact the supervisor and they get back to me quickly The only thing I would recommend is if the want a new or fill in caregiver they should have the visit so they will no your routine And location

We needed short term help after my wife's surgery. They were able to have a great candidate to help us within a few days. The care giver was always on time and very knowledgeable on ways to make things easier on my wife.

What we liked the most about Home Matter was the simple explanations and their eagerness to help. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience we have had.

Home Instead has been great for my husband's care. Our caregiver is kind, smart, and thorough. I couldn't ask for more from her. Starting care was easy. Office follow up is excellent. I am always informed if there is a change. Very pleased.

Just like finding a doctor or a dentist, you have to find a fit for the person that you're caring for and your service gave me the opportunity to make changes as needed, and the service owners are very flexible and are easy to contact for feedback.

[name removed], the owner, is great, and we LOVE [name removed], who became my mom's regular caregiver, but we had some issues with scheduling and communication when [name removed] had to be out of town for several weeks because of a family emergency.

They have been helpful however, it seems that some of the caregivers are not been totally reliant. Agency and services have been very good in responding to questions and general communication. The scheduler has been exceptionally good.

My mother has the same caregiver for 2 years, she is very efficient and my mother likes her very much. They have had trouble to find Spanish speaking substitutes if the caregiver is sick or on vacation. I would recommend

The only "problem" was the inconsistency of caretakers. My Mom needed someone to check in on her hourly and not stay with her the whole time, that made her feel uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was good.

They were very reliable. They manager introduced us to the caregivers the caregivers herself. The only reason for the rating of 4, was that one of the caregivers, while very nice, needed to be given ideas and tasks, and was not as proactive as the other. But overall it was a good experience, especially when my husband doesn't want to do much of anything. It takes some creativity to come up with ways to engage him.

This was my first experience with having a caregiver and they seemed fine. Yes, I would recommend Ridge Homecare to other families based on the experience so far.

It was easy to start or cancel service. When we had issues or scheduling issues we were just a phone/text away. Always were fast to respond.

I like when [name removed] came out with each new aide test my mother had. It was easy to start care for my mom. I thought they provided great care with my mom. It's a little pricey but I know it's comparable.

The woman I first met with was pleasant and informative. Attendant was always on time. Went very smoothly. For the most part they were very responsive. They were very polite and friendly. The caregiver was excellent, selfless and punctual. Value for the cost - This was very problematic. The cost, although competitive was outrageous especially given the amount I was being charged versus what the attendant was paid. I had to cancel getting a caregiver altogether due to the high cost. This left a very bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience

Felt comfortable leaving my wife with the caregivers provided.

The owner, [name removed], is a wonderful caring person. Both times my father was hospitalized, she visited him and brought food. The first care giver wasn't a good match and [name removed] found us another capable person. She worked around needs and would provide additional support when needed.
