Stepfather has loved the service He would prefer the same person every time but that does not seem to be doable? If we could make that work, he would give 5 stars.

[name removed] was a very caring and conscientious caregiver for my mother. She was reliable and very helpful in doing anything I asked her to do. I would recommend her to anybody considering using her services.

[name removed] & his team helped out a lot until I could find an assisted care in Allen Park.

They made everything easy. At first there was a problem finding consistent help but [name removed] worked really hard to find aides that were able to work with us. Everyone was extremely caring and thoughtful. I truly appreciate the help and the effort that was put in every day.

Owner was quick in responding to my application that I placed with A Place for Mom and came over the same day. I really liked her and hired them. I only needed them for a short period of time and the caregivers did a good job.

We were happy but unfortunately our mom passed away within a month of us using Home Instead agency. The administrators we dealt with were excellent. We had two aides one was much better than the other. The good side was self motivated the other would do anything but you had to ask.

Easy to work with. Friendly and helpful

Reliable and punctual , easy to start , good communicators . My problem was how unhappy the caregivers were with their employers.

It's a new business and they are just getting started. Learning the process. Has room for improvement. They are on the right track.

Most of the caregivers were good but there were a few that Mom did not care for and requested to not return. Overall experience was positive. I wish that the caregivers were a bit more skilled. There were 3 or 4 that were phenomenal and we may have raised our expectations because of their excellent work.

They called me back. Provided the services I needed. [name removed] at CK HEB has been wonderful. She is attentive, responsive and cares about my mom.

I received several options from you. After looking at each website, I chose three to talk to over the phone. From those phone calls, two representatives came to the house to explain their plans of care. The one we selected was a good fit.

The people she has are very professional. They need more people for when someone cannot show up

Initially, there were issuues with scheduling the first day of care. Once resolved, the home health care Aid was very helpful with showering and dressing. The Nurse was very friendly, organized, knew her job well and had excellent communication via phone call and text.

HomeWell is typical of other agencies of its type based on our experience. The office staff is personable and seemed to be as helpful as they could be given their small number. It was difficult to find a care provider that fit well with our loved one, but once one was found we were quite pleased. HomeWell met our needs at the time and we would likely use them again if the need arose.

They’ve been very caring and accommodating with my specific requests, flexible with my special needs children and my dog. Communication has been our greatest challenge. Kindness and a positive, happy attitude has been a consistent strength for all care givers.

I needed a ride to a doctors appointment and Seniors Helping Seniors was able to provide the services needed.. I have only used them once but I plan to use them again. I have nothing more to say.

Staff were very helpful and he was comfortable with them.
