The care from this service. They are able to send us a nice care taker who is always willing to help. Her personal care and household responsibilities. She has been a big help in are home. We would recommend this service for care in home. We found a good value for the nice care that is being received.

Com For Care provided personal care services for my Mom, who was in a memory care assisted living facility. [Removed] and his staff were amazing! [Removed] was very responsive from the very beginning. They provided care for Mom for almost one year. He and his staff initially started providing Mom with minimal care. As her needs increased, the staff at Com For Care stepped up in every way. Every care provider she had was great- kind, compassionate, professional, experienced. They quickly became part of our family. Near the end of Mom's life, they were with us 24 hours a day and were an endless source of comfort for us, and peace knowing that Mom passed surrounded by love. I am so grateful for all the loving care they provided to my Mom.

Home Matters is doing a terrific job with my loved one! This could not be a better service! The staff was very clean and seem to be very engaged and thoughtful when it comes to the care for my loved one. I have no complaints about this care service!

The care that my loved one is receiving from Home Companion services is great! The staff is very friendly and they make sure to keep everything clean. What really stands out to me is the head of the company. She went above and beyond to make sure that my loved one was taken care of! She was wonderful!

I strongly recommend EZRA for home care if you're in a situation where you need home care for your loved one. This was quite an experience for me as I am a physician and this was really my first time being on the other side. My husband/partner Bob of 33 years and I were faced with a devastating illness. After 5 mos in the hospital, he came home with hospice. I knew I needed help caring for him. I was very afraid of strangers in the home. I was an emotional wreck after watching the only person I’ve ever loved go thru 5 months of continued decline. First of all everyone at Ezra is empathetic, understanding, and patient. They really took the time to get know us in what we might need. [Removed] interviewed us and I’m sure he put a lot of thought into which providers would be a good match. [Removed] visited a couple of times a week to make sure everything was going smoothly. The other days he frequently called asking for feedback. Fortunately everything was great, but it was reassuring to know there was ample opportunity to voice any concerns. We had nearly around the clock care. Three different providers - [Removed]. Each was different but all were caring and [Removed] and I immediately bonded with all of them. The personal care aspects were meticulous but they went above and beyond that. They knew he liked massages and whenever he felt anxious or in anyway not right, they knew how to make him feel better. When I got anxious or nervous they also took the time to reassure me. Our family and friends were often there and the Ezra people helped make them feel better as well. In fact one of them prepared a plate of hor'dreves for everyone. All of them helped with housework so we could all be free to enjoy [Removed] last days. Because of Ezra, [Removed] got all the comfort and care he needed and after 2 weeks, died comfortably, with dignity, surrounded by friends and family - including Ezra employees. I can truly say [Removed] had the type of death most of us can only wish for. I am not sure this would have been the case had not been for [Removed]. There are a lot of agencies and individuals who do this type of work. I highly doubt any of them could give the level of care and security that I felt I was provided.

Choice is family owned and operated and it's small enough to receive personal attention from an owner that knows all of her Care Givers. I have two ladies that come to our home and care for my Dad. Both have been great and to my surprise Dad actually looks forward to seeing them. The owner has been excellent with her communication and follow up to our questions. We interviewed other in home care providers and we are very happy with our decision to trust Choice with our Dad's care.

I like Comfort Keepers and I use them because of [Removed]. She has helped us out so much and she is very friendly. The only thing I wish they could change is the fact that we do not have a steady caregiver. At our age, we like consistency. Other than that, the caregiver are great and I highly recommend them, because of [Removed], she is a good person.

There was a fantastic aide that took care of my dad ( [Removed]) yrs ago.i was so pleased with the agency in sending this wonderful workers. I have referred this agency to others. Might I add I couldn't ask for more honest ,reliable worker. Thanks again

The experience with the agency itself was a 5. We only had one caregiver sent to the home.The person they sent didn't do what we asked of her. We decided to take some time from home care until my mother moves. I would recommend ALLCare associates to anyone who is looking for options in the area.

Mom really likes the staff that come in and help her. They are always on time and they are not just sitting around. They always are able to complete everything that we need to be done. We have no complaints about them.

Comforcare Strongsville has a strong teamwork approach, that is evidence in their caring and sharp observational skills. [Removed], RN is your advocate in everyway. I am in healthcare, and know what standards are, and theirs are high quality every day. We had an aide 5 days/week and it went as asked. Giving them a list of what we wanted done everyday, such as making sure water is provided near a chair, showers with assistance at regular intervals, opening curtains, laundry, general cleaning, etc. was helpful to them and was accomplished as needed. They background check their staff and it shows by the quality provided with our aide Rita. Give Comforcare Strongsville a try, you won’t regret it.

We only used the A Hopeful Home for a day and I think the lady did a very good job. I did not notice anything that they could have improved on.

They were very nice and very good at giving us answers to all of our questions. What they provided was not meeting our needs for the care we were looking for.

A Place For Mom gave us several names of home care agencies. We called a few and decided to go with Options because they gave us more options and because of their availability. The care provider [Removed] whom they assigned to care for my father is great.

I liked this service for the help for my husband. I was able to get a good caretaker that come to our home and help with the needs and being a companion. We were happy to see that she was reliable and on time when I need help she was always there for me. I would always recommend this service for good help with a good value.

I am very happy with the care that my mother is receiving from the caregiver at Synergy. They are very flexible with the days and times that we chose. The caregiver is always on time and friendly. We are very happy with the way that things are going so far.

I like this service. They are friendly and very helpful. We have them in our home 24/7 . She is very trustworthy and is making sure that my mom has everything that she is needing. I am very happy that she is so caring and helps some of the household responsibilities. We would recommend this service for the great help we have in taking care of my mom.

Both home helpers were excellent takin care of my Dad. This is a very professional organization and I will use them in the future as my needs arise.
