Everyone at Home Instead has been responsive, respectful, and flexible with my mom’s evolving care needs. Over the years they have listened and provided the care that my mom has needed and appreciated. I would recommend Home Instead to others who need care in their home for themselves and their loved ones.

We were truly pleased and blessed to have Snug and Comfortable Home Care take care of my dad. They reply quickly and their care people were wonderful. Billing was reliable, clear, and perfectly done.

Our caregiver [name removed], is the most caring, empathic nice person to have. He was there for everything and knew exactly what to do for my brother. We've learned a lot from each other that I trust [name removed] to work on my brother and my brother feels the same way. Though letting him go wasn't the easiest thing to do, my brother still continues where Richard and him left off at which is praying. I used Right at Home to take care of my mom for a couple of months before her passing and they did a really great job. The office was so supportive in knowing who to send to my mom due to her condition. The caregiver they sent connected really well with my mom and it was nice to be able to leave for a couple of hours knowing she was cared for. When my mom went into the hospital, Right at Home kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay. Even after she passed suddenly, they sent a card and let me cry on the phone. They made me feel like I was apart of their family and I couldn't be anymore thankful. They have a great team there and their caregivers are well trained.

Right at Home was able to help give me respite as my wife's dementia progressed. I was able to attend my weekly church gatherings knowing the two caregivers they assigned to my wife took great care of her. They always showed up on time, stayed longer if I was late coming back and made sure to provide her personal care and companionship while I could get away. Even in the last month before [name removed] had to move into a memory care unit, Right at Home was able to staff the extra shifts I needed. Right at Home is a great place to have take care of anyone's spouses especially with dementia. The office and caregivers knew how to handle [name removed] with care, compassion and empathy.

There are not enough superlatives to express how much I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy from the staff at Senior Helpers. Finding a caregiver is a daunting experience but Senior Helpers made it easy and valuable. Our loved one looks forward to his caregiver’s arrival. We have confidence that it is a joyful and safe experience. I do not hesitate to recommend using Senior Helpers for your caregiving needs.

My Mom has had a series of falls recently due to her Parkinson's. Her most recent fall resulted in a fractured vertebra, and she was in need of care after being released from the hospital. [name removed] responded right away, and he and [name removed] came to visit with us in the hospital so my mom could be present for the discussion on her care. The caregivers who have come to help have all been great and attentive to my mom and her needs. [name removed] is easy to work with and is always willing to accommodate any schedule changes we might have. He has quickly become a friend to our family. We are very grateful to have the ACASA Team in our home.
