Our family had a really good experience with Katrix Home Care. They were all very good and very attentive to our loved one. The communication with management and the care givers were were, everything we asked for worked out well.

I live far from my mom who is in assisted living in Bradenton. The staff have gone way above and beyond to help make things work. Kind and patient with my mom who has dementia, excellent working with me. When I call them I know that they will take care of business, no screw ups. Its such a relief knowing there is help for my mom when i can't be there to take care of things. They are responsive to phone calls even after hours, and reliable solving problems. I can't say enough good about Home Helpers.

I was hired as a caregiver and I enjoyed the experience with the clients and the manager/staff. The clients are all so sweet and caring. I felt welcome to help them with anything they needed to do. They became a family to me. The staff is also very kind and make sure you have everything you need to provide for the clients.

Great service! The caregivers genuinely care about their patients. They make sure the house is clean 24/7, and do chores that are needed to be done. They lay the bed, run errands, and help with anything else needed to be done.

My mother had a stroke and I knew nothing. I didn't know how to care for her. I was provided the best fast care service I have experienced in not only my 30 Years of Military Service but also in my 60 years of life have been treated for many illnesses these are the most professional medical personnel I have experienced.

I would tell others that FirstLight will do their best that they can to fulfill what you need. They offer in-home health, baths, and whatever you need for your loved one. The staff are cooperative to work with.

They're helpful, reliable, on time, and caring. The caregiver I have is great. She's very nice and so reliable. She really cares about my loved one and always makes sure she's okay. Administration has some hiccups. Sometimes they mess up the poor girl's paycheck and I have to verify services utilized. But they always fix it.

We have had a great experience with Superior Senior Care of Texarkana. It is nice to know that I can always get someone if we need someone and we are in a bind. I would recommend to others who are looking.

It was extremely overwhelming because I was bombarded with calls following our conversation; however, after speaking to several other services, it was something different with Sarah's that immediately put my mind at ease. It was the best decision we could make. She is very patient, and she and her staff GENUINELY care. Our home-care aid, [name removed], has basically become a part of our family. She is ALWAYS there when we really need her. She helps to change my mom, bathe her, offer companionship when my dad has his own PT appointments. She has been an angel!
