Our loved one has passed away recently, but what we liked the most about the Wisdom Senior Care, NC were the staff. The staff members were amazing and made her time home amazing, comfortable and at peace. I would refer anyone to Wisdom Senior Care, NC based on the experience we had with them.

I called Choice Senior Home Care when my mom needed home care after a hospitalization. I spoke directly to [name removed] throughout and she was very informative, helpful, and even met my mom for an evaluation directly at the hospital before her discharge. [name removed] was always incredibly responsive and flexible. My mom loved [name removed] and was very happy with the service and oversight she provided of the caregivers that were sent to her home. You can tell [name removed] and [name removed] have built a truly patient/person-centered business as their dedication to clients comes through in every interaction. Choice Senior Home Care specializes in long term care and getting consistent caregivers in the home that make your loved one feel safe and comfortable. Ultimately, my mom didn't need long term care but I would always consider going back to them if she ever does, and I would recommend them to my Michigan friends and family.

I love the way the caregivers make my grandparents smile everyday! From playing games with them to creating memories and watching them every step of the way to make sure they are safe. This company has exceeded my expectations in what a caregiver does because they treat my grandparents like family!

I needed someone to take care of my uncle last minute I was referred by a friend to caring angels and she was wonderful she took care of all the needs I wanted for my uncle. She’s very professional and caring. She was on top of everything really would recommend to others. And very responsible priced

My elderly mother lived in a retirement community and had Alzheimer’s. Our family was supporting her needs and bringing joy to her world 7 days a week. But we needed respite and more help as her needs increased. Help included meal prep, med management, enrichment activities, light housekeeping and companionship. Home Matters exec and office staff were responsive in listening to my mom’s needs and adapting as we went. The care providers were thoughtful and savvy about Alzheimer’s. In addition to addressing her core needs, they really brought joy to my mom’s life. [name removed] was an especially amazing care provider that was creative in engaging with our mom so she laughed and smiled. When our mom had a catastrophic fall she went into hospice. Home Matters was able to respond with 1 day of our request for 24 hour care with hospice-experienced care providers. They were compassionate and helpful in my mom’s final days. I highly recommend Home Matters in-home care.

Caregivers were great. Provides great care for my loved ones. I am very satisfied with the service and the staff. Overall experience was great and I recommend this place 100%. Staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean.

I had an elderly father that needed overnight care after a hospitalization release, and I needed to find the right person for the job immediately. I got referred to Home Instead - they came by the same day, and set us up with [name removed], who was exactly what we needed. There's not too much more to say, I was taken care of the same day I needed someone, and I couldn't have asked for anyone any better then who they sent. [name removed] was kind, helpful, compassionate and overall excellent. The office staff was kind and always helpful. I am so glad I called Home Instead. I highly recommend Advantage and had the best experience with them. We were overwhelmed trying to take care of our family member in need. Their caregivers came in and took that challenge off of us and we could not have done this without them.

The sitters provided to help us watch and care for our 82 year old Parkinsons father have been life savers! They listen and communicate and have given my family the assistance we need that allows us to know he’s cared for when we can’t be with him. They’re knowledgeable and very helpful with his care. We are so glad we found them to help us during his difficult recovery away from home.

Home Matters entered our lives with kindness, professionalism, and understanding as my Dad was on hospice. Although it was only a few days we needed them, we couldn't have done it without them. We are grateful we choose Home Matters.

When my Dad entered Hospice care, I wanted to find a caregiver to provide companionship and oversight for him on the weekends, as the facility where he lives is often understaffed and I live out of state. I called six agencies and only Home Matters was able to find a caregiver for us. And what a gem! She provided an invaluable service to to our family by easing my Dad’s loneliness (he very enjoyed the time she spent with him) and she was able to keep an eye on things for me in my absence. I am very grateful to her for really making a positive difference in the last several weeks of his life.

Ezra Home care provided caregivers for my mother for several years and then for my dad for over a year. Their caregivers were kind, patient, and helpful. They were also reliable. They performed personal care, light housekeeping, and provided rides or accompanied my parents for shopping and doctor appointments. The administrative office was responsive and efficient. When my mom moved into long-term care, my dad felt he did not need as much care, but in hindsight, [name removed] said that [name removed] would have been flexible in arranging fewer hours. I would recommend [name removed]home care highly.

[name removed]has been a wonderful help to the family, he’s been amazing with helping around the house and being here for us. He stays a little extra when needed, very flexible, always on time, and overall he’s become like a son to me. He just fit into the family.

We have had the honor of having the best caregiver for over 2 years now and he has been a true blessing to us. We think of him as a part of our family now. He has a wonderful demeanor and has been instrumental in helping to keep my husband at home during a difficult time in our lives. Without him, I would have a much harder life, so I am so grateful for his calm and helpful presence in our home. Thanks to Home Matters for finding him for us!
