We are currently using home care services through Essential Care Santa Clara for my loved one and everything has been great for us so far. It's been a great experience. The best part is my loved one's caregivers' friendly, reliable manner. My loved one has already grown to like her. I would absolutely recommend home care services through Essential Care Santa Clara to others!

We haven't had a caregiver we didn't like. The office works with you to meet your needs. Our loved one is always dressed appropriately. The staff and caregivers are friendly. The care is excellent. I Haven't had any meals cooked, but there very helpful in feeding my Mother. My mother doesn't care about activities, but the caregivers are willing to do them.

Our family really likes everything about Home Instead ! [name removed] is an exceptional person to deal with at Home Instead and has great concern for her clients and their experience and matching the right caregiver with the client.

I have nothing but positives to report. Her primary worker [name removed] is able to get her motivated to do things. Gets her moving and doing. Caring and understanding are two good adjectives. They have more patience than I do. They can focus fully on her at the time.

We cannot rate the meals and dining service as my husband fixes his own meals. However the activities gets a 5+++ rating as they have gotten him to do physical therapy. It is an excellent value for the money! We would absolutely recommend We Care Private Home Care to other families based on the experience we have had so far!

I use ComForCare Home Care services for my loved one. It has been easy to contact [name removed] if any issues or scheduling changes have arisen. I have not had to contact him for any reason other than a scheduling change, but when I did reach out to him he was very responsive, and reached out to me personally by phone when he thought there might have been a need that needed to be addressed. I can't speak for someone who may have more complicated issues or needs, but our needs are being met quite satisfactorily at this point. I have, and will continue to, recommend ComForCare Home Care services to others.

What our family likes the most about the HomeWell Care Services of Seabrook is the overall friendliness of their staff team, the quality of care they have shown our loved one and the overall value for cost. We would recommend this HomeCare service to other families.

We highly recommend Amada above all over agencies, as there are others that may be out of touch with the needs of their clients and family members caring for them! We have dealt with agencies for 8 yrs (past 3 w/Amada) and Amada caregivers has shown what personalized, caring supportive care really means. They are not afraid to let go of caregivers who are not a good fit and take thier clients seriously!

Not experienced as cleaners, but understandable that they were to handle light duty only. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend SYNERGY HomeCare of Greenfield to other families looking for a home care service for their loved ones.

My husband and I are both retired disabled professionals. [name removed], as a Navy Chief and retired also from the Dept. of Veteran Affairs; and myself, as a 34 year RN. We had needed help for at least 2 years and really did not know what to do. I could no longer care for the home; and yet, our daughter did live with us. She just is unaware of the need. These qualities are so very important when deciding on homecare that is centered in the need and desire of older individuals. One of the most important decisions we have ever made! The entire staff went above and beyond. I don't know what I would have done without them. When my Mom died they came and sat with me until hospice arrived. They have stayed in touch with me and check on me often. I would use them to take care of me

This is a good company if you’re looking for care for your loved ones. The owner is very detailed and works hard to send the caregivers that work well with our family. They are a punctual and responsible company. The caregivers are warm and capable. Love it!
