[name removed] was truly professional, compassionate and attentive to the urgency of our situation. She was diligent and communicative, too! Sadly, my dear friend passed away twenty minutes before [name removed](the caregiver) was scheduled to start her shift. Both [name removed]and [name removed]helped with all the necessary arrangements/Hospice/Funeral Home, etc., and provided such compassionate care to the family.. We want to start off by saying we 100% and more, recommend Endeavor Home Care. They came in very professional from the 1st day we meet them at our assessment for my sister. Since then the management team does in person visits weekly to ensure the care is at their highest standard. We honestly would not know where we would be if we did not find Endeavor. My parents loved the service from Castle. Nice people and very responsible. We would highly recommend them. My father received 3 days a week care for adls and they helped my mom shop for him.
