It was a wonderful and professional experience I will recommend the service to friends and family it really was a pleasure. The staff was very kind helpful and patient. Any thing I had questions on was answered I didn’t have to leave multiple voice messages if they missed a call I was contacted as soon as possible.

[Name removed] was a blessing to our family. She did more than was expected of her and was a great inspiration to our mother. There was a couple that had no training which couldn’t do anything without help or didn’t know what to do.

I just called [name removed] and he was on the ball. The caregivers he has sent me have all been very good. They cook for me and even take care of my dog. I'd be hard pressed without them; this is something I need.

I am using Esperanza Plus Inc. They take care of me, pretty much get me up in the morning, and give me a sponge bath. They help me get dressed. I have some problems with my legs, so I get up out of bed, stand up on the walker, then take a couple of laps around the house, and he follows me with the wheelchair. They make me breakfast and then help me sit on the commode. They take off around one in the afternoon and they come back at night to help me get back into bed. I have two gentlemen because they have to help me with my legs and to bed. So they have strength in their hands, but they've been very good to me. I appreciate it.

WHC sent a fantastic aide who is very patient and caring for my Mom and now she even seems to be feeling better. I know I don't have to worry during the daytime when the aide is there. I highly recommend Whitaker. They are reliable and give me the flexibility we need.

Home Matters has been an absolute lifesaver helping me care for a very troubled, dementia mother. We are newbies at this and it’s been incredibly frustrating and difficult and heartbreaking. I feel so much better and so grateful for the care team that is helping us get her stable. Home Matters is a wonderful company filling with very loving and supportive people. In conjunction with the Courtyard at Mt. Tabor, I know that she is safe and well cared for.

[name removed] did an excellent job taking care of our 5-year-old child. Homewatch quickly found a caregiver for us on short notice, and we were extremely pleased with the services and care provided. [name removed] engaged our child with chess and other games, keeping him entertained and happy. She even recognized his favorite Avatar character, Zuko, and connected with his interests wonderfully. Her positive reinforcement and experience in handling young children were evident, managing various situations with ease. Thanks to [name removed] and Homewatch, my wife and I were able to have a very productive workday from home, which would not have been possible otherwise. Thank you again!

They were recommended to us. The owner, [name removed], was very helpful with what we wanted. I like that they sent us two good candidates to interview that fit our needs. The caretaker has helped the most with caring for my wife and doing some of the daily tasks such as showering and bathing.

[name removed] and all the care givers were excellent but we can’t say enough about one individual. She engaged my Mom in conversation and it never seemed forced. You could tell she enjoys what she does. All were very accommodating and flexible with my changing schedule. Each person treated my Mom (and my over protective dog) with kindness. Will be using the agency again at the end of the summer.

They work with me a lot and are always trying to meet my needs. They have helped the most with taking me to the grocery store and to doctor's appointments. The office has helped with getting replacements when needed.

Activities - not sure what this means. My sister was very sick so she was bedridden. She was well cared for and kept company. Activity was primarily bathing her. Value for cost - I believe I got great service

I am a present consumer with holistic Homecare services, the service is outstanding the way how they treat me and respect my wishes. It’s really amazing working with holistic homecare services. They’re very patient and they’re always seeking how best they can help me when it comes to my medication, cleaning my home, cooking my meals. I take great pleasure and recommend holistic homecare services to anyone who is looking for an organization that really wants someone to take care of your family members and will do a great job taking care of them.

The owners were very responsive. I had assistance/help set up quickly. My caregiver was fabulous. My services were of a home health aid. She assisted me with bathing/ dressing, laundry, light housekeeping and some meal preparation. Initially, I was pretty limited in what I could do. As time went on my limitations diminished. The help was invaluable while I was recovering.

I was so happy to have learned of Homewatch CareGivers of South Tampa. This was my first time using their services. I spoke with [name removed], whom informed me of all the details and put me at ease about everything. I was assigned a wonderful caregiver. She was patient, gentle, and kind. I’m very pleased with Homewatch Caregivers’ service and would highly recommend to everyone.

Preferred Care at Home was recommended to me from a friend. They bathe and look after my husband. I like that the caregivers are personable, and work very well with him. The office was great and was always flexible with our needs.

I would definitely recommend it to others. If I ever have the need for home care in the future, I will call Talem. We were extremely happy with the caregivers that we had for my father and there were all areas of care were excellent.

I have to say that it has been an amazing experience. [name removed] and her caregivers have provided care for my dad for 2 years. All of the caregivers were great. Of course we had our favorites but they were are AMAZING! While this is bitter sweet we will miss them. From the beginning to the end [name removed] has been there for us. If it was questions, concerns or just needing the support, it didn't matter she was there. We know no one is perfect and every company has their flaws but I can honestly say they did their best and it was a breath of fresh air.. Thank you [name removed] & thank your team as well.
