Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria was very helpful to me by arranging very qualified helpers for my mother. The helpers kept my mother out of trouble, helped feed her, helped with making sure she took her pills, assisted in bathing her and helping her get dressed. They were attentive to all my concerns, suggestions, preferences & needs. Every one who came was professional & well trained. Some were outstanding!! I always trusted that my husband was well cared for. I recommend them highly. After we found a person who seemed to especially fit our needs & got along well with my husband, they tried to have that same person come as much as possible.

Overall, it has been a good experience. The speed and efficiency of getting back to us with information and such was welcomed. What we really needed was a more consistent caretaker for my mother in law. Having several different caretakers, made her nervous, especially those who cannot speak Spanish.

Caring staff and leadership. Very accessible and responsive. We would highly recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Our health aide has been great! She has become like one of the family. She has a very good relationship with my husband with dementia. She gets him to exercise which I can't seem to do. She has been good for my husband, giving him companionship and keeping him active and among other people. Before the health aide my husband would just sit and stare out the window if no one was around. (Even with the curtains closed.) she helps him get groceries, get a haircut, go to the bank and hardware stores. She has been a big help to me freeing me up to go line dancing on one of her days and to take care of personal business. Home Instead has worked out very well for us.

Home Instead was very professional, they met with mom at while she was in the hospital and put her at ease about home care . I love that Home Instead's caregivers are background checked and insured . Mom's caregiver was a blessing at a time I could not be there to help her myself. She took mom to doctors appointments, prepared meals , and helped with household chores while she was recovering from a severe illness . As a healthcare professional myself, I always recommend Home Instead.

The speed in which places responded your follow through and helpfulness.

Cornerstone has been wonderful, we have had the same caregiver since our inception with the agency. They have worked with my father on any scheduling needs he has, and everyone has been very friendly.

Me and my family can not say thank you enough for the top tier care my husband received. We appreciate the entire Mesa team and the love they showed him during his worst time. He has since healed and back to normal but Endeavor will definitely be on our speed dial if the need arises again. Thank you, again!
