My mom has recently moved into this community and so far we have had no complaints. She has really enjoyed the meals that they serve as well as the dinning experience. I like that she is now slowly starting to get involved in some of the activities that they have to offer all of there residents. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in an assisted living.

When I toured Kingston Bay, I thought it was a very nice facility. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The tour guide was able to answer my questions and give me good information. It was a good experience but we found another community in a better location that for my loved one's needs better.

This is a beautiful facility and the staff was very warm and welcoming. It's main draw back was the distance from my house.

They had a community fee of $1500 and I found a place that did not have one. However, the tour went good and it was very helpful and the sales person did their best to show us all they offer. There was nothing bad about the place. It was all very nice and clean with nice people.

This community is great for my father. The staff is caring with him. The staff is great at getting him to be involved with the activities. He is dancing and staying quite active. The food is very good and he enjoys the meals. We would recommend this community to others for the great care that is given for a good value.

The food is better than good and dad is eating very well. The staff are friendly and make you feel like you are welcome there. They offer daily activities that he enjoys participating in. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

The home is lovely, the dining room is spacious with many windows. The entire facility is wonderful. She is very happy in her studio bedroom, It includes her TV, Computer, Desk, bed and small kitchenette. She really enjoys all the activities; Bingo, Chair exercise, Music-Karaoke or singers and instrument players.

This facility had a wonderful sense of community with staff genuinely enjoying their time with residents and calling each of them by name. Common spaces are beautifully furnished and well taken care of. The bedrooms are small with a high price tag.

I like this location and people who work there seem nice. rooms to share are a little small..but like the counter with refrigerator and micro and sink.

They have been very friendly and make the residents feel very welcome there. They provide plenty of activities to keep them busy. The food there is also very good, and they are very accommodating on the dietary requests. We did look at a lot of different places, and we picked this one because of the friendliness and the small home-like atmosphere.

My mom has only been there for a month and a half. They've gotten a new activity director, but up until now the activity has been lacking. Hopefully with the new director that will change. The people there are very nice, my moms room and the entire place is always very clean, the food is very good, etc. I really like everything. The only thing I'm not totally thrilled about is the activities, but like I said I see that turning around.

This is the 3rd place my family member has been. They all have issues but what sets this facility apart is the staff. If you mention a problem, it is addressed unlike Dallas Commons that gave lip service but did nothing. The caregivers ask what my family member likes in regards to all aspects of care. The med techs are friendly and outgoing knowing how to convince residents to take their meds. The receptionist is wonderful beyond words, always going out of her way for the residents and their families. I would have done an overall rating of 5 but there are a few employees that need addressing in dementia (not following guidelines and this area of the building needs to be given a face lift) and the third floor needs some addressing in regards to flooring (cement floor is breaking up so carpeting not sitting flat) and common area windows need cleaning also, one of the cooks is heavy with the hispanic food which my generation will love but the current residents not liking very well. The other cook presents meals more to what they are use to keeping them well balanced. Also feel laundry should be done more than once a week.

The family all liked this place, but my mother was here once a few years ago and had one bad experience. She now refuses to go here. I will keep it in mind if nothing else opens up.

We have been overall happy with the way things are going. The staff are very nice and the facility itself is clean. The only issue we have had has been with the meals. They do not seem to be very nutritious, especially at dinner time. I think they could improve on this and offer more balanced meals for the residents.

They could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. The individual apartments are clean and they come and do housekeeping, but the common areas need more cleaning, as far as the hallways, the grounds, the patio furniture, etc. It is a really old facility though, and some of the rooms need to be redone. Everyone is extremely friendly and accomodating here! Also, they offer activities for the residents. They do crafts, play BINGO, and they even had an Elvis impersonator come in recently. The value is okay. They've been very accomodating and are very nice!

The admin staff are not very neighborly. The food is not so great (you better like chicken). The laundry & housekeeping are very good. I just have a room that fits a twin bed and recliner. Bathroom also. They do include a small refrigerator.
