The professionalism and genuine concern of the staff and more especially the caregivers we had 24 hours a day 7 days a week was the best it could possibly be. The sensitivity to our needs and selection process to select the right caregivers for us was exceptional. The two caregivers we had for the entire time were so very special. Both were loving, caring, gentle and dedicated ladies. Within hours of their arrival in our home we came to love them and appreciate so much the obvious fact that what they do is not just a job to them it's a calling to serve. It was our pleasure and indeed honor to have these ladies in our home and in essence be a part of our family for the weeks they were needed. I know that God blesses them in the comfort they bring others and your company is truly a blessing to a community of people who need professional care in a critical time of need. They are consistent, compassionate and have accommodated the needs of my Dad, even extending care for his dog. I recently made an emergency request for round the clock care and Allie had it covered immediately. We are very grateful to [name removed] and her team.

Affordable Family Care has gone above and beyond for me multiple times. The office staff is wonderful; they even came to my home to help before I was matched with a regular aide. My aide, Danielle, is prompt, reliable, enterprising, and terrific company. I couldn't ask for more. This agency is far superior in every way to the one I used previously.

Affordable Family Care Services took care of my loved one and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They took all of the stress off of us as the family. We never had to worry if our mom would be left alone or not taken care of. Our caregiver did amazing care and always went above and beyond for us and our mom. When the normal caregiver couldn’t make it the office team sent a replacement in a very quick manner who did just as amazing as our normal caregiver would of done. Affordable Family Care Service is a 10/10 company and you can’t go wrong with them, I recommend them to everyone who is looking for care, I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without them!

They provided round the clock care. They were more of a sitter/assistant service for my loved one. They offered to cook meals, and we didn't feel it was necessary. I would recommend them and use them again, if the time comes.

The service was accommodating and they returned calls back quickly. We had one very nice caregiver that was amazing and one that didn't fit our needs. I would recommend this service to others based on my experience.

We have been using Affordable Family Care Services for my father-in-law for the past few months as his physical health has declined to the point that he is completely unable to care for himself. We chose them because the owner, [name removed], answered the initial phone call personally and was personally available for any follow up questions. Since then we have found the office staff and caregivers to be extremely friendly and helpful. We were even able to take a week long family trip without any stress because we knew that he was in good hands for the entire duration of our much needed trip.

Affordable Family Care Services has done an excellent job providing dependable, competent caregivers for my family member. They are flexible in their scheduling and understanding of our needs. Affordable Family Care has been caring for my father, who has late stage dementia, for the last several years. I feel they have gone above and beyond by not only providing physical care for him, but also companionship and supporting his emotional well-being. The caregivers I have met have all been very kind and caring people. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are there with him, especially since I live out of town and am not able to see my father as often as I would like to. I would highly recommend AFC to anyone in need of care for a family member with dementia or other special needs.

Over the years, I've utilized the services of a variety of large and small caregiving agencies, so I understand what sets apart a high quality agency from the others. Affordable Family Care Services has earned all five stars. For me, it's difficult to release "control" of caring for a loved one. I'm particular. I'm an advocate. My standards are high. Here's the good news. So are they! First, they are committed to matching my needs with the right caregiver. Not just from their pool of talent, but also through creative channels. Second, AFCS is a great partner because the management, staff and caregivers are dependable, reliable, and flexible. Third, they understand the nuances of the caregiving business, such as insurance, billing, and working with the client on affordability, etc. Finally, this group of leaders are dedicated problem solvers! Anyone who has experience with home health care agencies knows that there will be problems (staff is sick and you need a replacement fast, some issue with billing, a caregiver issue, etc), but Affordable Family Care Services is lightning fast in addressing the problem and resolving it. I love that!

Have a good relationship with Affordable, much better since [name removed] joined. Have been with Affordable almost 2 years. Started out with shift caregivers and this was good and bad at times. Affordable called me in and suggested live in care and gave me a choice of two caregivers and this has worked out real well. They just hired a new nurse who is great and very helpful.
