We had many caregivers for the year and a half that my father was ill. We finally got it right when we hired AFCS! They were very responsive and listened to our needs and provided a wonderful caregiver that was a perfect match to our needs. She was excellent at communicating and did all of the required tasks and got along with my Dad really well.

Affordable Family Care Services was one of the only agencies that answered on the weekend. Their nurse came out to do the visit the same day. She was very kind and helped us get through the mess of my grandparents coming from a rehab. You can tell she loved what she does, she was able to answer questions and if she couldn’t answer them she called someone who could. We were told that we may have to wait to get coverage for my grandparents but they started the very next day. The caregiver was nice and knew exactly what she was doing. She helped with their baths, and giving them meals. They loved her coming on and making breakfast. I’ve recommended them so many times!

We have had great service by caring individuals. The three care givers we have worked with have had experience and are so willing to perform tasks needing done. They are friendly, caring and willing to assist where needed.

Mom fell an fractured her skull on Thursday and was hospitalized for 3 days. She had been taking care of dad, who has Alzheimer’s. It was immediately clear that we were going to need help. My brother and I both work and have families so we contacted Affordable Family Care. We had a phone interview with an available care giver and she was a perfect fit. We now have full time care givers and my parents are extremely happy with their care.

I found Affordable through A Place For Mom. All the ones they suggested responded to my inquiries but Affordable was the only one that listened to what we (my mom and I) needed and then helped tailor a program to fit those exact needs. All the other places were simply here is our min hours.,.here is our price ....take it or leave it. The caretaker ([name removed]) they sent was very good and developed a bond with my mom. She even came to the funeral service when my mom passed! The support staff especially [name removed] (director of this branch() was fantastic! If I had a question (even outside of regular business hours) it was always answered quickly.

The professionalism and genuine concern of the staff and more especially the caregivers we had 24 hours a day 7 days a week was the best it could possibly be. The sensitivity to our needs and selection process to select the right caregivers for us was exceptional. The two caregivers we had for the entire time were so very special. Both were loving, caring, gentle and dedicated ladies. Within hours of their arrival in our home we came to love them and appreciate so much the obvious fact that what they do is not just a job to them it's a calling to serve. It was our pleasure and indeed honor to have these ladies in our home and in essence be a part of our family for the weeks they were needed. I know that God blesses them in the comfort they bring others and your company is truly a blessing to a community of people who need professional care in a critical time of need. Our experience with the team of care givers and director [name removed] has been wonderful. They are consistent, compassionate and have accommodated the needs of my Dad, even extending care for his dog. I recently made an emergency request for round the clock care and Allie had it covered immediately. We are very grateful to [name removed] and her team.

Affordable Family Care has gone above and beyond for me multiple times. The office staff is wonderful; they even came to my home to help before I was matched with a regular aide. My aide, Danielle, is prompt, reliable, enterprising, and terrific company. I couldn't ask for more. This agency is far superior in every way to the one I used previously.

Affordable Family Care Services took care of my loved one and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They took all of the stress off of us as the family. We never had to worry if our mom would be left alone or not taken care of. Our caregiver did amazing care and always went above and beyond for us and our mom. When the normal caregiver couldn’t make it the office team sent a replacement in a very quick manner who did just as amazing as our normal caregiver would of done. Affordable Family Care Service is a 10/10 company and you can’t go wrong with them, I recommend them to everyone who is looking for care, I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without them!

This company has made a tremendous positive impact on my mother’s quality of life. We contemplated a facility, but I’m so thankful we decided to use this company. .

They provided round the clock care. They were more of a sitter/assistant service for my loved one. They offered to cook meals, and we didn't feel it was necessary. I would recommend them and use them again, if the time comes.

The service was accommodating and they returned calls back quickly. We had one very nice caregiver that was amazing and one that didn't fit our needs. I would recommend this service to others based on my experience.

Affordable Family Care around the clock are able to attend to my needs and concerns. Every time I call their staff has always been friendly and resourceful for us. And when given constructive feedback they are attentive to it. We have been extremely pleased in the selection of staff as it has grown in size this month. We have been using Affordable Family Care Services for my father-in-law for the past few months as his physical health has declined to the point that he is completely unable to care for himself. We chose them because the owner, [name removed], answered the initial phone call personally and was personally available for any follow up questions. Since then we have found the office staff and caregivers to be extremely friendly and helpful. We were even able to take a week long family trip without any stress because we knew that he was in good hands for the entire duration of our much needed trip.

Affordable Family Care Services has done an excellent job providing dependable, competent caregivers for my family member. They are flexible in their scheduling and understanding of our needs. Their care is comprehensive covering safety, medications, activities and providing many other services I highly recommend Affordable Family Care.

Affordable Family Care has been caring for my father, who has late stage dementia, for the last several years. I feel they have gone above and beyond by not only providing physical care for him, but also companionship and supporting his emotional well-being. The caregivers I have met have all been very kind and caring people. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are there with him, especially since I live out of town and am not able to see my father as often as I would like to. I would highly recommend AFC to anyone in need of care for a family member with dementia or other special needs.
