Abode Care Group

This was the first place I toured and I was really impressed. It was super clean, residents were engaged in activities, staff were friendly, & it's beautiful. Nice location. They're good with communicating with the families when needed.

When [name removed] moved in, they were in the process of repainting the main lobby area, and you could tell the rest of the building was freshly painted as well. It looked as though it had been recently renovated, to a modern/trendy rustic farmhouse style. The rooms seemed generously sized, the bathrooms modern and safe with walk-in (no step) showers. The couple of staff members we encountered were very friendly, greeting us with a smile and making small talk with my kids (7 & 5). [name removed] has told us on multiple occasions that the food is very good.

The staff at Abode are kind and friendly, not only to the residents, but to each other. They truly care about the residents & strive at making this a place that feels like home. I know that my loved one is in good hands there.

i feel content that my mom has a place that is safe, great food, and activities all available to her. I no longer have to worry. The process to enter the facility was great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. My mother raves about the food and how good it is - which is a plus. On improvements I would like more communication on what their activities are during the day either on a website or email. A person at the welcome desk more frequently.

When my mother moved into Atrium, it was unclear until the last minute if she would leave her house voluntarily. When she finally agreed, Atrium ensured that a room would be ready for her the very next day. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Atrium for helping this transition to go as smoothly as possible. After 1-2 weeks at Atrium, my mother settled in very nicely. As a resident with dementia, she resides in Memory Lane. She is happy there, loves the staff and new friends, the food, and enjoys the many activities throughout the day. The facility is new and decorated very nicely. With an on-site salon and visiting doctors, dentists, podiatrists, physical therapists and nurses, all of her needs have been well taken care of.

My sister is in Memory Lane. It is a small unit, where the staff are able to keep a close eye on her. They always know where she is at. She is kept clean and as nicely dressed as my sister will allow. My sister has behavior problems, that the staff handle competently. The meals are tasty. Snacks and beverages are offered often, and kept on hand. The common room/dining room is a very social area for the residents. My family and I are well pleased with Abode, and feel fortunate that she is able to be taken care of there.

We toured Atrium and right away my mom was happy to see a great looking facility with a home like atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and responsive to all questions. I think my parents will be happy at Atrium.

They promised and delivered what they promised. They took good care of my loved one.

The community is wonderful. There are times my loved one's room has had a smell to it and it was very strong. The director is quick to respond to requests and questions from family. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Some of the care can include medication management, bathing and dressing assistance, and hygiene care. The community works well with hospice.

We picked this community because we felt welcomed. The residents were well managed by the staff. They adjusted furniture the in my parents room, and they are able to do puzzles. The staff has been accesible and responsive, whenever I reach out.

So far things are working out very well for my family members here and we have had no complaints. From what I have heard they have said the location is great, the facility is clean, and they are happy with their rooms. The staff have bent over backwards for us and been extremely accommodating. We are very pleased with the experience with Abode Care.

So happy that mom has settled in to Abode Care. She smiles alot and has made some friends. This has made my brother and I so happy. It was sad when the was at home, and cried alot. Must say- I like the meal plan. The food is darn good! Just wanted to share, because we were nervous to make this big decision. And now really happy we did.

I know multiple people who have family here, and they all say they like it and are happy. I would recommend it for other people. I like that they make my friend feel at home, and she likes it there. A lot of people in these types of communities say they just want to go home, and my friend doesn't feel that way. She likes the girls who take care of her, and they all love her. She's very happy there. As long as she's happy, we're happy.

Before COVID there was a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The people were very friendly and very helpful. We would recommend Above and Beyond community to a family or friend.

This has been a very good experience. After a very short adjustment period ,my mother is happy there and has made friends. She feels cared for and is treated kindly. She is not isolated like she was when she stayed with my sister and they were at work all day and busy in the evenings as well. Even thought I live across the country, I have seen how they care for her and interact with her and it keeps me from worrying.

The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Mom likes being here. There is always something for her to do and we can check her out if we have a family event to attend. I'd recommend this to facility to anyone needing a place for their mom or dad.

I would recommend Above and Beyond to anyone who needs care for their loved one, the staff is so caring, the facility is very clean, the food is wonderful, if you have a problem let them know and it will be addressed immediately. The staff gives all their love to everone.

Our experience with Above and Beyond at MountainView has been a very good one! Any time I've had a problem or concern the staff have addressed it immediately (within 24 hours!), and the facility itself is clean, well kept, and organized. My loved one is doing very well here, and I'd recommend it highly!

My mom had a short stay here before passing . This facility is very well run and staffed. Basima is a highly trained RN who understands the issues in the industry and runs a very tight ship. Michael the main administrator is great to work with and very responsive. Rooms and overall facility are clean and nicely decorated, Staff is trained to keep individuals involved in many activities. They made a very trying time much easier. I would highly recommend.

Above and Beyond at MountainView has been a good experience. She saw a dentist in the facility and I thought that was unique. When she transitioned to this facility it was hard getting new doctors. This facility has helped with that. She has had some towels missing. I'm not sure what is happening with that and I am hoping it doesn't happen again. The staff would sometimes wake her up too early in the morning. I would like them to tailor more to her needs because she did not like that at all. She is comfortable there overall.
