My dad recently was invited to attend a veterans lunch. The camaraderie was something he had been missing as a proud lonely vet. The lunch was nice and he met a lot of wonder new people. We hope to move him in the near future.

The only person available to me & my questions was [name removed]. She was so concerned for my family member & was right on my concerns. If only they had more staff as friendly and approachable as her, I would give more stars.

During my recent tour of the assisted living facility, I was truly impressed by the beautiful farmhouse theme that created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor made the place feel like home. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff was incredibly kind and caring, making it clear that they genuinely prioritize the residents’ well-being. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I left with a great impression of the facility.

We took a tour of this facility and had a wonderful experience. Atrium is a beautiful facility. The staff were very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and wonderful with my mother. Looking forward to my mother moving in.

The Atrium staff was very accommodating to allow my mother a period of respite memory care while she was visiting PA in 2025. The staff was very caring and allowed her family and friends to make frequent visits. I would recommend the Atrium for respite or permanent care.

The staff is absolutely lovely!! They are extremely pleasant and friendly! They have made no doubts for us in choosing Abode for our father. [removed name] was so extremely helpful and sweet! She made us feel like family!! The facility is extremely cozy and clean! Staff does an amazing job with the decor as well! My father has literally started to thrive at Abode because of the atmosphere. Thankful for everyone at Abode!

We recently placed our family member in this facility and have had nothing short of a great experience. [removed name] is amazing and so loving towards all the residents! Truly treats the residents like family! I feel a sense of relief knowing my family member is in such good care

My father just moved here and I couldn’t be happier for him. They do so many activities!!! They also celebrated the holidays very nicely with everyone!! He is really happy and that means so much to our family! I highly recommend this facility!!!

I enjoy the daily activities and the wonderful care I receive. There is always something fun to do. They have pet therapy, field trips, BINGO and other fun events. This is a warm and inviting community.

Being here is the next best thing to being home. This is a warm and welcoming community and the level of care I have gotten is excellent. The dignity and respect I have gotten is uplifting. [removed name], the Executive Director and the staff have given me excellent medical care . I have truthfully improved my over all health in the 10 mos that I have lived here. I have gotten physical therapy and lots of activities. Living at Abode has been a positive change in my life

Visiting old friend .Staff could not be more receptive and helpful. Had a great visit that was made more pleasurable by the staff at your facility. So glad our friend is being cared for by such dedicated people.

Friendly staff and willing to work with family concerning care of resident family member.. Recent improvements made enhances a family atmosphere. Beautiful Christmas decorations and inviting entrance area having seasonal decorations.

Liked the surroundings of trees around the building. Kristin was very friendly and welcoming. I first noticed how spacious the various rooms are and especially clean. Even the staff were friendly. I immediately fell in love with the place. It felt homey. I felt that my husband would be treated well here.

Went to visit a good friend who is a resident at facility. Spoke on phone prior to arriving with members of the staff and they couldn’t have been more friendly and answered all of my concerns before I arrived. Four of us travel one and one half hours to get there and when we arrived the staff had a room set aside for us to visit with our friend. It was perfect! The staff check with us for any needs, chatted with us and made us very comfortable visiting with our friend. Great experience! We left feeling good about seeing our friend and I feel he’s in good hands. He seemed very happy and comfortable there.

Abode Care Of Monroeville could be a good fit for your senior loved one. They offer a clean updated facility, with caring staff, and a pleasant environment. My mom has seemed to enjoy her stay there over the last year. Unfortunately her medical needs have changed, and she’ll need to be moved to a skilled nursing facility. I just hope that they’re as friendly, and treat her as well as they did at Abode.

My mom has been in the facility since June. All of the staff so far is wonderful! They’re very friendly and professional, and really care about the patients. No complaints here. I would definitely recommend Abode Care.

Quite impressed. They had a room and provided balloons and banner for my brothers birthday. Place always decorated for the holidays with residence function. Several activities each month and family invited. Love website that post pics of activities. Place clean and staff friendly and caring

My mother is very happy here. The entire staff seem friendly and are always helpful whenever I or other members of my family have questions or requests. Mom is well looked after. She especially enjoys the afternoon activities. On a recent visit I sat in on the Bingo game. [name removed] was running the games and I was very impressed with how active she was in ensuring all the residents were able to participate and enjoy themselves.

I am from Windber, I woke up in Pittsburgh. And my children found this place for me and with all the staff help I'm getting my brain better All the staff are all excellent caregivers . And our activities are second to none, [removed name] goes above and beyond!

We moved my 90+ yr old mother her a few months ago, as she could stay in her house anymore. She has improved her health and mental well being dramatically. Abode care keeps her busy with activities and physical therapy. For Halloween, they had residents families come in costume and the children were allowed to trick or treat in the dining area. Everyone enjoyed the festivities and interacted well. All the staff are friendly and diligent with the residents. My mom loves when they just stop by to say hi, or take her to the activities.
