My name is Barb I've lived at the Legacy at Willow Pond for 5 years with my cat snoopy. We love the community and I enjoy meeting new people daily. I have made so many friends here and have picked up my new nickname "Higgy" over the years! The activities they offer are great and a great variety same with the meals they offer there is something for everyone. Getting together for activities is the highlight of my day meeting more people. The staff here is amazing and so caring and go above and beyond when you need any assistance. I would recommend Legacy at Willow Pond as a great fit for anyone looking for a retirement community. Come visit!

This has been one of the most complex decisions I have ever made for a loved one. I was blessed enough to find this facility for my father. My father, a veteran, is struggling with dementia. Tylers Mill assisted him with memory care while allowing him to maintain a feeling of independence a chance to socialize and, assisting him with daily activities. The staff is attentive, caring, and responsive to each resident's needs. The grounds are beautiful and clean. I could not have asked for a better experience and would do it again. The staff are dedicated and kind people. They have fun with the residents and laugh a lot. I recommend this facility to anyone facing the challenge of finding a facility for their loved one. Tyler's Mill has exceptional management and top-quality care. Cheri, the Executive Director, and Kristin, the Director of Sales and Marketing, made this transition seamless. Thank you so much to Tyler's Mill, whom I will ever be grateful to.

What our family likes the most about the Legacy at Willow Pond community so far is that is it a smaller community and conveniently close to shopping.

Overall experience: excellent. Information packed. Tour detailed. More of a brotherly conversation rather than corporate. Cleanliness: better than most. Friendliness of staff: family is more like it. Good for independent living. Too many assisted living are at the Gables which makes me think it needs to be recategorized. Meals/Dining: Hmmmmm. It is an experience. Something I do struggle to understand. Activities: many and varied. More seem to be scheduled and I would like to see even more. Value for Cost: for me I like it. A room with a view. Was the deciding point. Comments: every place has issues. I understand that. I have a few questions and concerns. Mostly between meals and the amount of assisted living patients that need more than the gables offer. Personally I am home. I am happy. I have a sense of purpose with my choosing the Gables. Without putting my finger on it. I KNOW i am supposed to be there now. The staff is always friendly. The residents are warming and more than caring. I am not alone anymore. I feel as others care. I have already started a writers group there which seems to have a fair following.

Staff has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Good communication at every step. Everyone is friendly. We are always greeted when we pass a staff member. They have helped a reclusive person into one who is engaging in activities and programs. There is a full calendar of activities Great value for the cost.

Feel very fortunate that my mom is there. Did not tour other places but proximity and cost were both factors.

The Village at Penfield, a Willow Ridge Senior Living Center has been so kind and caring to our brother. He is a younger resident (67), dealing with brain cancer and they have gone above and beyond to make him feel special and loved. They take the time to listen and hear his thoughts and feelings. They even have made him special meals, upon his request. He feels safe and supported but maintains his autonomy. We are very fortunate to have found this place to care for our brother so we can be his siblings again, instead of his caregivers. They say it takes a village to care for someone you love and we have found our village…in Penfield. We cannot say enough about this place!

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Residents all seemed happy. Facilities were well kept and offered many activities. Dining was restraint style with a chef.Highly recommended but our experience was short lived due to health.

Based on my experience so far, I would recommend Legacy at Cranberry Landing communities to others. Everyone is so nice and learn your name overnight. It's very quiet most of the time. The meals are well balanced.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Gables of Brighton and everything has been great for her here so far. The staff are amazing, all that work in all areas are kind and very helpful. The move in was seamless. The food, they are working hard to make all requests happen for my father in law, but he is just picky. They offer so many options for outings and many activities in house, as well. I would recommend The Gables of Brighton to others, for sure.

We picked this community, because it was a top recommendation of A Place for Mom after screening. Tour visit showed smiling, engaged staff and happy residents. I highly recommend.

I picked this community because of the affordability. The experience with the community, has been friendly.

My loved one is currently a resident at Anthology of Olathe and the experience has been great so far. The staff is very helpful and communicates well. The friendliness, care services and activities are great. The maintenance staff is great. The food quality has also been great. I would definitely recommend Anthology of Olathe to family and friends!

My mother and I toured Legacy at Erie Station apartments and villas. They were very nice, as were the folks who work there. Definitely seems like they have a plenty to do there. The sales guy...I don't remember his name...gave us a calendar of all the monthly events. They served us lunch as well...CHICKEN FRENCH! Mom isn't ready to move just yet, but I hope that when she is we can get her in.

I’ve lived at Legacy for almost 17 years and am so happy to call Willow Pond my home. Being in a community with so many friendly people makes Legacy such a fun place to live with so many things to do. The location is perfect within walking distance from wegmans and target. Very happy with my move to Legacy!

My mother has been living at Legacy Willow Pond for couple of years and loves it. The staff is extremely helpful, carrying and accommodating. You get a sense of family in dealing with them. The rooms are spacious, well kept and typically updated with each new resident. The kitchen and maintenance management/staff is fantastic; they are extremely helpful and greatly accommodating for my mother’s special dietary and maintenance needs. Management is very engaged and has established a great culture focused on the needs of the residents. I’m very happy my mother is in this place.

The staff and administrator at The Manor House Independent and Enriched Care were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the family was good. We had no problems with the moving process. They referred us to a mover who was very helpful. The housekeeping and the food are decent. They also have a "hotel room" where I stayed when I went to visit my dad. That was handy and let me see more what the facility was like. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

My mother has been a resident of Crimson Ridge Gardens for almost 2 years. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and conscientious. There are a variety of activities to keep the residents engaged. The common areas are bright, clean, and nicely decorated, and bedroom/bathroom are a good size. We are very pleased with Crimson Ridge!

Mom was convinced this could be her home during our initial visit. We were invited to sample their dining experience. The staff took time to introduce themselves and explain how the restaurant style dining worked. Wide selection of fresh made deserts that change daily. Residents came over to introduce themselves. Housekeeping is interactive and makes her feel cared for. She has joined their exercise classes twice a week. The book mobile comes by every 3 weeks and the facility has a sizable library of their own. And it costs less than half. She has a 1 bedroom apartment and the all inclusive rent is costing her less than half of what an area nursing home was quoting for a shared room in their assisted living wing.

My moved into Willow Pond and it has been a great experience. She loves the food and the friends she's made. [name removed] and [name removed] are great to work with as is all of the staff! I would recommend it to everyone.
