VSM is pleasant, safe during COVID, apartments roomy. Staff friendly and helpful. Food is good with variety. Variety of activities. Cleanliness could improve. Trips on van should pick-up. Not too happy with chairs on 2nd floor by elevators.

I really liked The Windsor and felt that they had a lot to offer. All of the places I looked at were very close in comparison and made it a hard decision to make.

We had previous toured this community long ago and actually hard friends here who said they had a great experience. We are looking to possibly have our loved one here so we hope it is just as good as an experience.

We have been very satisfied with this facility for my Mother. She likes that they only serve 2 meals a day since she doesn't eat much in the evening. She is still adjusting but finds the residents and staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage and a small but full kitchen. She does not require assisted living services but they are available.

great studio & friendly residents. very long walk to elevator, but meal escorts available. Check-in button by bed area to let staff know resident is all right in morning. Breakfast buffet includes eggs & oatmeal. Soup & dessert always an option for lunch. Leftovers can be taken up to room for dinner. Good outdoor space front and back.

It was really nice but for the price, not worth it. It was much more expensive and the rooms were smaller than all of the other places we went. Some of the things weren't included, which would have made it even more expensive. My aunt knew someone there, but she knew way more people at another community so she decided to move there.

Staff sometimes is unfair to residents, lie, discriminating.

I'm unsure if its their fault, but they're going through personal care systems like they're going out of style. They have lost 3 or 4 since my loved one has been there. They have replaced some of them, but very inefficiently. I don't know if they're having troubles hiring people, but the lunches don't run on time either. They're being delivered at different times for Assisted Living residents. They just hired a new set of people for housekeeping and they're going through employees too. I'm unsure if its a contracted company, or if they're through their staff, as they arrive in a car marked for a cleaning service. Independent Living residents who can come and go or drive themselves - they can actually deal with it easier, rather than the people who are handicapped or dependent.

This felt like a retirement community.
