I would rate all the above categories a five. I have told my kids if my health gets to the point I need your type of services I want to be put in your facility .Yes I would recommend North Woods Village community to other families. The staff went above and beyond what I expected

The care at NWV was wonderful. When one of her caregivers saw her ring on the dresser they quickly took it into their possession to hand to me so that no resident would sneak in there and take it How thoughtful!

Based on the items you had in your survey, overall I was very impressed with deer creek, I would recommend highly to anyone looking for elderly care, the most important of all is my mom is happy .

It has been the best thing for my dad and my family. My dad is well taken care of and has made friends. He feels at home.

Every staff member has been exceedingly welcoming and kind. They have especially offered reassurance and acknowledgement of my transition from caregiver back to being a wife and have readily coordinated my husband’s care with his many physicians. There is constant interaction with all the Residents and every staff member helps wherever needed.

What we like the most about North Woods is the staff. The staff is very kind and accommodating and the activities are interesting and appeal to a wide variety. Yes, we would recommend North Woods Village to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Mom has lived at RCC for a few years. She has been cared for by the staff like she was their family member. I would not have her any other place because I can count on these people to give her good care. Any concerns that may come up from me or my family are addressed by management immediately. The management team of [name removed]and [name removed]do everything they can to help you manage your loved one’s stay. They have helped arrange their wheelchair available bus to help when you need it. The staff in the memory care unit is always there when you need them.

My Aunt was a resident. The care she received was personal and caring. She enjoyed going to the dining room for meals. Visiting with new found friends. The activities were so much fun. Thank you Residences at Coffee Creek.

I toured this facility when looking for a place for my mom. We chose the facility, but unfortunately, my mom passed before she was able to move in. I was hopeful my mom would be able to call Coffee Creek her home and enjoy all of the offered services. The presentation of the facility and compassion from the staff were exactly what we were looking for.

My husband and I are staying at NorthWoods Village for a few months because we are both undergoing medical treatments that require frequent doctor visits and extra care. The staff and accommodations at NorthWoods Village have been a real blessing for us. We have experienced a couple of unexpected emergencies that we would not have been able to handle at home. NortWoods staff took very good care of our needs. They are kind and patient and take away the burden of the day to day routine so that we can concentrate on getting well.

My mother and father have been at Coffee Creek for the past 9 months. They are happy with the facility and staff. The facility is very nice and staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. My sister and I are happy that our parents are safe and happy.

What a beautiful place. I'm looking into a safe environment for my dear 85 year old mom. She has dementia and I've looked at quite a few places for her to live. This was the most welcoming group of people. It's super clean, has lots to offer for activities and the food is amazing. It also felt very safe which is super important to me. They even invited my mom and I to Christmas brunch so she could see the place. [name removed] was wonderfully kind and understanding.

The staff, in every department treats the residents like it is their own parents/grandparents. Kind and caring. Everyone was friendly, lunch was delicious with lots of options. The residents were even nice and introduced themselves.

Residences at Coffee Creek is a phenomenal place to live. It is a warm like home like environment to retire at. The friendliness and kindness makes it so easier to naturally feel welcomed. The Staff members are so supportive and respectful towards the residents in every way shape and form. The quality of care for nursing side is phenomenally complimented!!! The housekeeping is phenomenal and strive to keep all of the apartments well cleaned, dusted, vacuumed and shiny. The Kitchen staff are all so pleasant, respectful, kind, caring , friendly, supportive and patient.
