What a wonderful place. If the decision was mine to make, it would be my choice. Wonderful value for all the amenities offered. Went back in the evening with my husband and he loved it as well. Next step is to call my mother in law to tell her about it and to find out if she can afford it and if she is ready to make a decision.

Recently moved my parents into The Lodge at Bridgemill. We weren't sure exactly what type of community my parents needed (assisted living, independent, etc.) but once we determined independent living was the right choice, The Lodge was the best option in the surrounding area. It took several weeks to work out the details of the move and the staff at The Lodge, namely [name removed], was super responsive to our every need. [Name removed] was available nearly every hour of the day, including weekends, to answer questions and ensure the leasing process and move-in happened flawlessly. The entire staff is friendly and responsive. The restaurant is terrific, quick service and great food. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The residents are very friendly. My parents are very happy and that makes the family very happy!

Its everthing my mother needs they do weekly trips at no cost to my mother. They take them to grocies stores weekly.and there is always someone there 24/7 if needed

When we arrived everyone knew our names and extended<br />warm greetings. The staff was always wonderfully avail-<br />able with help and advice. We have been here for two weeks and look forward to meeting everyone. Our endless<br />unpacking has prevented us from taking part in all the<br />proferred activities but we plan to catch up as soon as the<br />last dish is in place.

I can't think of anything to say that isn't wonderful. The employees are welcoming and kind. The apartments are beautiful, clean and well-equipped. The safety features are up-to-date. The food is restaurant quality. The amenities are first rate. The most important part to me was how the employees relate to the residents. They know every resident's name and the names of the family members who visit them. They greet you when you come and make you fell at home. They are never too busy to lend an ear or a hand. This place is the best!

The 2 bedroom apt is very big, there is a walk-in closet it could be a small bedroom. There are always have activities in and on the outside. They are very friendly. It's a nice place to live and convenient to a lot of stores restaurants nearby.

I really didn't participate in the activities. They did seem to have a lot over at the Clubhouse. They had a lot of going out to restaurants , theaters ,markets and day trips. The ladies would attend and seemed to enjoy what went on. I did go to about 3 of their dining. It was fine. My apartment was a 2 bedroom 2 bath. I found it too small for myself. Not enough space to store anything extra. The appliances when I first moved in were old and the washer and dryer didn't work. It took couple of weeks to replace. I was given a key to an empty apartment to use that washer and dryer. They also finally replace my stove. My carpet had a large rip in it I did notify the office however, nothing was done. I know there was no way to replace wall to wall carpeting while still residing there .Hopefully, they will now replace it. My apartment also had a problem with fruit flies from the time I moved in and it continued. I did purchase a plug-in that helped a little. I do know things happen and management was wonderful trying to help and always polite and honest . I found the people in my building were so friendly and nice always willing to help. The grounds are kept wonderful and so beautiful. It was the fact they were increasing my rent by 8.9 percent may my decision to move! I just felt that for that price I would rent a brand new apartment with new appliances! Otherwise I would've never moved! I just felt I came in at market value so how could it jump so high in one year. Please keep in mind I never really used anything there by choice. I would say the place is good with a caring manager and very caring people!

Staff is very good ,takes awhile for maintenance. No food service except for special occasions. Apartment is great ,closet space, quality of fixtures and overall size.

The pool is not cooled so my parents barely use it but pay for it. The gym & activities are good. The maintenance seem to deal with issues in a quick manner.

They are currently filled to 98%. A washer and dryer were in each apartment, there was a pool and a hot tub on site.

On rent increase most of us here live on a fixed income, and just knowing that after the year lease is about to expire our rent will be increased, its very stressful!!! We are seniors and i think most of us deserve a b A break, not living for free, but on the rent increase. However, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far

Apartments are very bright and spacious with generous closet space. My utilities bills are very modest; my building is well insulated so heating bills are not high, even in cold weather. Apartments are quiet; I rarely hear sounds from nearby units. Administration responds to maintenance needs in a timely manner and quickly addresses priorities. Rent is reasonable in comparison to other senior complexes. Location is convenient. Neighbors are extremely friendly and conscientious. Layout is safe; no stairs. Showers are large walk-ins with safety bars. Convenient washer and dryer in each unit. All units have a patio or balcony. Other amenities are available, but I'm not currently taking advantage of them because I'm still working full-time. (E.g. pool, organized activities and outings, shuttle service).

I think it's helpful to know that you are only paying for breakfast with your rent. There are many options for rooms/amenities.

People are very friendly. There is a good sense of community among the residents. However, the majority of the people are older, far from 55 but I don't mind. There is also a lot more women than men.

I found the staff at The Sovana at Stuart very friendly. [Name removed], the leasing manager, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We don't have housekeeping and there are no daily meals. They have a continental breakfast Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

In all categories that are listed, I would give The Alloro a 4+. What our family likes the most about the community is the modernization of the entire development and the activities. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The people are very friendly. Everyone seems happy and eager to welcome you. The staff is amazing. From the custodians to the restaurant servers, to the office staff, there is a 'happy to help you" attitude that makes you feel comfortable and at home. There have been really good activities and they just hired an activities director that should add more. After three months, I know that I made the right decision for myself and look forward to a long term stay. I had a good tour experience with Sandalwood Village - it is a great place for independent living. The reason I did not choose this facility was because the bathroom and shower space was very tiny, I could barely fit. The closets were also small as well.
