We have been incredibly pleased with Hearthstone and my grandma loves living there! All of the staff members are friendly and attentive. The neighbors are kind and she absolutely loves the activities. It's great to have a shuttle for errands and the community is quiet and clean. Definitely the best place we could have found for her!

I love it here at Savannah. It's the best move that I've ever made so far down here in Florida and thank you very much places for mom for recommending this place and I am so happy being here and I wanted to support you people by saying thank you very much for doing the best job that you can for the senior citizens of the word of the United States and thank you very much for Sovana for treating me like a human being and the people here are so polite. It's and there's a lot of activities.

I like it here its clean, peaceful, staff is attentive and friendly. I love my apt, it's spacious and bright. I also enjoy the fact that some stores are within walking distance, Stewarts, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Denys is right across the street there are 2 churches within walking distance as well. Overall I have no complaints

What our family likes the most about the Schaffer Heights community is that they have a 24 hour front desk, they have security cameras and the staff members are friendly. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is very responsive to requests and problems. I do know they have open houses all the time for people who are interested in this property. We have a bus that take our residents to doctors appointments, to the movies, to go shopping, out for dinner etc. Quite a few of our residents do not drive. There is no food provided, but they do have excellent food when we have a party.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is efficient. The move in process is easy, as long as they know when they know the date. I would highly recommend this facility to others. This is an independent living complex.

I am currently a resident at The Alloro at University Groves. This is an excellent Independent Living apartment complex for 55+ seniors. It is ideal for active seniors who do not require constant medical attention (there is no clinical staff on site.) There are many activities geared toward seniors like exercise classes and local field trips to museums etc. The community bus also provides transportation for shopping and doctor offices, if needed. There are limited meals available daily and also weekly happy hours. Amenities include: fitness center, pickle ball court, pool and jacuzzi, gardening center, hair salon, movie theater, game room. It is a brand new apartment complex with excellent facilities. It has the feeling of a luxury condo. I highly recommend The Alloro at University Groves as a wonderful community for fully independent and active seniors.

If you need services like housekeeping. You can get it within a week or so of moving in because a number of agencies already serve residents here.Totally unlike other retirement communities. More geared to very independent seniors who want a good residence that leaves you peacefully alone to do what you want, but the staff is there if you need them. So is the County. The County Agency on Aging is headquartered within the building. (And there is a good hair stylist at the comnunity.)

The residents are welcoming. The staff, especially the manager, are very flexible with your needs and very responsive. The apartment is very nice. They ofer quite a few activities. I think it's a great value.

I would highly recommend The Sovana at Stuart. Whenever something needs to be done, it gets done. Everyone who works there is friendly. My mom loves the apartment - it has everything she needs. We've had no problems at all.

Arrived for my tour and was very impressed with everyone and everything! [name removed] and her staff were so professional and informative — great new spot in Sarasota. Wish my family was closer, definitely a future prospect for me.

We have been coming to wine Wednesday for about two months and meeting new tenants like us who are anxiously waiting to move in. We have seen all the tile and rug samples so we know what to expect in our apartments and we’ve seen the fantastic refrigerator at the clubhouse. The staff members have been very helpful and let us know what’s going on. We love the feature that the garage is right on the first floor and we will have good parking spaces.

Whether your closer to 55 or 85, this is a great place to live. Neighbors are great, activities have something for everyone and the staff is wonderful. Dog and cat friendly with a great dog park. The apartments are beautifully appointed and a great staff.

The Sovana at Stuart is a great place to live. I have never had so many activities, in any other place I have lived. We play so many games, have lectures, luncheons, movies, etc. The facilities are also great- movie theatre, beauty parlor, gym, hot tub, pool. In addition, the staff is very caring, and the people are friendly, and also caring. One of the best things hers though, is the bus ,that takes you to Publix, Walmart, doctors, restaurants, etc. if you don't have a car it's great.

This is a wonderful community full of caring people on staff and the residents themselves. Great events are always scheduled. They put so much work into making holidays festive and everyday living fun.

I have lived here since [dated removed]. I love my apartment and the people in the community are all very nice and fun to be with. I walk in the pool and use the exercise room. I enjoy having coffee with friends on Friday morning and there is a variety of games to play. Lunch and learn is informative. The socials are good to end the day and they have music too. The staff go out of their way to make sure that people living here are happy. I am very happy that I moved here.

Beautiful setting with pool and palm trees. Good gym and clubhouse. Responsive and competent management. Many enjoyable planned activities as well as spontaneous ones initiated by renters. Apartments are well laid out with great appliances.
