Ultimate Care Senior Living Management

I am very pleased with what the staff members have done for my dad at The Bristal. He is a big walker and they have been under quarantine, the staff took it upon themselves to still go get him and take him for daily walks. They have gone above and beyond and he is just thrilled with the care he is receiving here as am I. The food is good, the people are phenomenal, and he has made some friends. Overall, we are very happy, it gives me peace of mind knowing he is being well taken care of. They have been great with communication and always call me with any updates. I cannot say enough good things about the facility.

After selling the home she lived in for over 60 years, my mom moved into a beautiful apartment While there she became unhappy and lonely, and after giving up her license and car, felt isolated. We heard about a new assisted living facility opening in Sayville and were hopeful that this was the answer. It took some convincing, but she agreed to the move. She was one of the first residents! She made friends and started to socialize and to really enjoy her life. Its been over 6 years and I feel The Bristal has extended her life. She'll be 95 in two weeks. Thank you to the Bristal staff!

When we are there we know the care services are good, and the cleanliness of the community stood out to us. Visually it is a nice place to bring your loved one, and it has a certain feel that it resembles an own living space, it is not run down and the staff could not be nicer.

The Bristal at Lake Road is really amazing. My father recently moved in from another facility and the difference is striking with the Bristal being far superior. Everyone at the facility that I’ve interacted with has been great . moving in the middle of Covid was challenging but the high level of communication and transparency of the staff to the family has been remarkable. My dad is very happy here and shares how pleased he is with his interaction with those caring for him. Choosing an assisted living facility is difficult I am grateful we found the Bristal at Lake Grove. I highly, highly recommend.

The Bristal is great! My uncle is in their memory care unit. The care here is great, and they know the residents. The staff is very easy to communicate with. The community has allowed virtual visits for the residents and their loved ones. The food is good.

I would recommend this community. I think this community is beautiful, clean, well maintained. The food is ok, and they have changed Chefs since my loved one has been there. If you have to live in a community with a loved one then this is the place to be. My loved one has been able to make friends and this allows her to talk to people. This is a plus over having someone come in to the home.

The Bristal in Englewood As a Daughter who realized that her Parents needed a Safe,Friendly,Active Community.I couldn"t be more grateful for the Bristal in Englewood,NJ Tiffany and her WHOLE Staff,are wonderful caring and attentive . We chose this community because of the availability, cost and location. The food is good, they have a diverse menu. The room sizes are very appropriate and comfortable. Our favorite part about this facility is the peace of mind that we get. They have a confident staff and it is safe and clean. They are also very good with communication and reach out when needed. I would recommend Bristal At East Meadow to a friend or family member.

We chose this community because of the cleanliness, location, and the activities that are provided for the residents. Some of the activities include interactive games, entertainment, and they also take them on outings. Some of these outings include local theaters, shopping, and the aquarium. The food was fine, the servings were small. The room sizes are fine, but they do not like them being in their rooms a lot. I would recommend this facility.

100% Recommend the Bristal at Sayville -Reflections section. First we had a tour with [name removed], Director Of Community Relations, who answered our multiple questions. The place is clean, busy, and friendly. Another visit & follow-up questions were answered and they helped us with the paperwork. We brought my aunt from out-of-state. Everyone was helpful. [name removed], Director of Reflections who is in charge of the Reflections unit and their staff are available, responsive, and friendly. My aunt is very happy there and likes the food.

The community was brand new and very clean. The staff was very friendly. Because it was a new community, they were able to give a lot of undivided attention to the residents. We did think The Bristal At Garden City was a good value for the price.

The community is usually pretty clean. The staff does a great job interacting with the residents and they know them all by name. They also have a rapport with each of them and have no problem accommodating you when they can. They are also very attentive and listen to our concerns. They do an excellent job with my mother's care and are very accommodating. It gives me peace of mind that she is there. The activities at the community are good and my mother loves the bingo. Other than that, they bring in outside entertainment and will bring the residents on off-community trips. While expensive, The Bristal does give very good care for the price you pay. If you can afford this community it is a good value.

Mom and I do waving from her second floor window...when lockdown started she lost her tv remote which was replaced quickly then couldn’t find phone trying to get a hold of her until I called front desk they swiftly brought up a phone and made sure she called me! Oh then the tv died...lockdown no tv I brought one over and was installed Hopefully one day soon we can hug mom but right now she is safe and healthy couldn’ Ask for anything more! My parents needed to make a move to a senior community due to medical reasons. After their first move to another community and a short stop at another location, we found the Bristal at Englewood. This was not our first time with the Bristal. My parents had originally looked at another Bristal community. When they considered Englewood, Fraser who is the Director of Sales remembered us. It was all up hill from there. The community was welcoming and the decision was clear; this would be their new home. The community is perfect. Beyond clean and warm. The staff could not be more perfect. The staff is special and treats my parents as if they're residing in a 5 star hotel. I couldn't possibly describe ALL of the great things they've done, especially as the world is gripped by this horrible pandemic. Senior living was a transition for two people who independent at 80, but times changes. The Brital at Engelwood made the change EASY!!!!

They truly care at the Bristal Garden City!

Although we have only had several months of experience with The Bristal at Lake Grove, we have found both the office staff and medical staff very helpful and caring. More importantly, the prompt response to any inquiries and issues is very much appreciated. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained.

Our aunt has been a resident of The Bristal at Lake Grove for 9 months now and we are very pleased with her care. More important, she is very happy there. The staff shows genuine concern for its residents. Everyone is very responsive to her needs and work with us also to see that her physical and mental well-being are maintained. Especially during this difficult time, with COVID-19 being rampant in many facilities, we feel secure that she is safe.

Everyone in the Bristal goes above and beyond to make all the residents and their families part of their family. Their perseverance and determination to keep all residents safe and healthy really shined through over these last 2months! They really need to be acknowledged for all their valiant and heartwarming measures to help both the residents and their families during this very difficult and trying time. Maybe one day we will be able to give them all the hugs and attention they deserve??
