Your feel is confident that your loved one is doing well. Their communication is very good with the family, I would definitely recommend this community to others.

From our understanding our loved one at the community seems to be enjoying the meals. Our loved one also says they offer a nice variety of activities for the residents to participate in.

We chose Mallard Point because when he was there he did not really need any extra care, he was pretty independent. The location of the facility is excellent and the staff that we interacted with on the tour were top of the line, especially the head of sales. He had a 1 bedroom studio apartment and it was perfect for what he needed, especially for what we paid. I just think all around it is a super facility and would recommend to others looking.

We chose The Boulevard of St. Charles because of the availability, we had urgent need and they were able to get her in quickly. The room sizes here are very good, they have 2 sizes to choose from, a studio and a 1 bedroom. The staff members here have been wonderful especially with what has been going on. I would absolutely recommend.

The community is really good, and the care services would be a five plus. Especially during this pandemic they have really gone above and beyond to make sure the residents still stay active. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

I would tell others to give this community a shot for their loved one's. The friendliness of the community was wonderful. The community was supportive of the transition of my loved one's passing. I feel they went out of their way for the family.

I would highly recommend this community for your loved one. The community is very receptive. They were always available to answer any of my questions. The room was beautiful for my loved one. The food was good.

With COVID the activities are a little difficult, however they are taking our loved one out on little outings, they are doing the best they can. At this community you can order food off of a menu throughout the entire day from 7AM to 7PM. This is a newer facility, so it is very very clean. Our loved has some trouble falling and their is staff member there all the time to help if he needs it. The communication is great and our loved one is being well taken care of.

The Kent Ridge is extremely friendly. You will have to go with this community's pharmaceutical group. I wish we could've kept my mom's pharmacy without a financial cost. The activities were amazing and even assisted with advanced memory care residents, in getting them involved. The chef would come to me and see what my mom would eat, and brought it directly to my mom. If it wasn't the Chef, it was someone from the kitchen and do the running. The staff would try and help memory care residents in eating food, since it is sometimes hard for them to keep themselves eating. The staff was very cognitive in knowing which memory care residents to sit with each residents for meals. They explained the memory care and why your loved one would say things to you, and not to take it personal.

This community is beautiful, and was on the more expensive side for me while I was there. The rent was raised about 10% each year while I was there. I had a two bedroom and a one-and-a-half bathroom. I was the first person to live in my apartment. The activities were great while I was there. They had trivia, Wii bowling, bingo, happy hour each week with entertainment and more.

They no have housekeeping every other week due to Covid, so my sister and I have to clean his room on the off week. The management staff is very good and caring. The residents are very friendly they bond together and help each other. The food is excellent. They have a lot of activities. I have recommended them to others. They have an outside agency that they use for caregivers that is wonderful.

We met with [name removed] on Saturday. We were able to talk in a room inside and see an independent living suite but there was no tour of the community or the assisted living facility. They do have 2 studio apartments available on the first floor but they look out onto the courtyard and are not accessible for window visits. They seem to take the care of their residents very seriously and we were impressed with our conversation with [name removed] but were unable to see any of it first hand. The facility is in a good location. My concern would be the cost of my mother's care with the point system they use.

Had a cousin live there and now a brother in law. Have eaten there many times. Food is great. Managers and staff have been very kind to me and my loved ones. I tell everyone that it is a place to be when you get older and want someone to cook for you. Would like to see more active activities for those that like to do things out in the community.

My 94 year old mother lives in a cottage at Arkanshire. She has enjoyed every minute for 3 years. During this pandemic the staff has worked tirelessly to provide the services mentally & physically to insure the residents stay happy & healthy. My mother has been a trooper during this time of uncertainty & loneliness, but the staff has been instrumental in her wellness & attitude. Thank you so much to Arkanshire. Well done!!!

The Gardens At Arkanshire has been such a blessing to my dad. I always leave with a thankful and happy heart for this place and the people that work there. I absolutely LOVE the homemade rolls, the pecan pie, the hand breaded shrimp, the overnight barbecued pulled pork, the every Sunday fried chicken, and the prime rib! I miss eating with my dad during this pandemic but I am glad he continues to enjoy his home at Arkanshire!

The staff at Cambridge are the best. My dad loves them all, & I have found them to be friendly, helpful, and caring. I appreciate the extra care during these Covid times. I do wish Holiday would insist on regular testing of staff and residents. Considering the age group, testing needs to be a part of the procedures. I called Holiday and left a message, asking them to call about this, but I never received a call back. Otherwise, Cambridge is a great place and my dad feels at home there!

I've lived here 8 years. Very good managers. Very friendly and good employees.

I live in this community and I love living here. It is clean, the staff is excellent, kind, friendly and helpful. The food is good. Exercise is good and helpful. It is a great place to live. A great place to call home!

I really can't compare this place with any other assisted living. I have talked to people that have been here, and they give this place a great rating (etc.), housekeeping, food and other amenities. I know I have been satisfied. We have great management and staff that are doing a great job.
