I toured Vitalia Active Adult Community and I liked it, they had a ton to offer for the residents. For my loved one the size was just overwhelmingly large.

We had a great tour experience with Vitalia Rockside. The facility is brand new and was very nice. It is larger, they offer independent living as well as assisted living and memory care here. They had a lot to offer. The staff that we interacted with were helpful and seemed interested, they were great with following up with us.

I have already recommended the community to others. This has been life changing for my loved one. My loved one is going to chair exercises and other activities to socialize with other residents. I haven't seen my loved one this active in a while. There have been times that I have had dinner with my loved one, and the food is fabulous. The Chef, [name removed] is wonderful. The front desk people are fabulous to work with, and accommodating. There is one individual that is attentive and can point me in the direction of where my loved one is every time I visit.

The people there that run the community are just class act, they are very professional and really do whatever it takes to make your loved one happy and comfortable there. The meal and dining service is very good and they have so many different activities going on. They have exercise classes, outside speakers and different outings. They also have monthly meetings where the encourage the residents to come and bring forth new ideas for them to do.

I toured Carriage Court with a friend who was looking for an assisted living facility. The entire staff has been friendly and helpful. My friend will be moving in soon. The facility is so bright and welcoming. It feels like home immediately! What a blessing, as we have been searching for months!

Excellent in person tours also very quick to answer follow up questions in following days.

We had an amazing tour experience with Carriage Court of Hilliard. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and understanding of what we were looking for. For us it just came down to that "feeling" we were looking for. I have nothing negative to say about this facility, it seemed like a great place.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The care, food and the friendliness of the community stand out to me. The room, utilities, laundry, changing of linens, and laundry service is included in our monthly rate. The care package can be a separate price. Medication management is one of the types of care the community provides to the residents. The staff communicate well with the family and keeps us updated on our loved one's conditions and any concerns. The community has transportation available for the residents to use for doctor's appointments.

This was really nice community. I could live here but my loved one wanted something a little more cozy than what this community had to offer. It was a lovely community just not the right fit for my loved one

This was a very, very nice community.

The tour that we got from Carriage Court was great. We got to eat lunch and it was very good and we got all sorts of little gifts. While touring I noticed I did not see any aides in the hallways which was strange to me. We took my loved one here and after assessing, it seemed like they were not interested and wanted someone who was more independent. We did not get a call back from them until my loved one was already placed.

They were real flexible with us. They were able to transfer my loved one to a sister facility after a few weeks to be closer to her spouse. They were very accommodating and we appreciated it.

We chose Mallard Point because of the cottage arrangement they have set up. They have cottages that are separate from the main building and they are very large with an attached garage. The staff has been super friendly and helpful so far. We would recommend them to others who are looking.

This community just didn't seem to be what my husband needed. The tour was good just not what we needed for my loved one.

We were very pleased with The Madison, and out of all the communities we were exposed to they treated our loved one the best. Our of 5 stars The Madison gets 10. At times due to his dementia he was not the most well behaved but they treated him with dignity and were so patient.

We went with Montvale Estates because of the cleanliness and the ambiance of the facility, is has a very nice atmosphere. We like the apartment that he was shown and we were given a sample menu during our tour and it looked great. He enjoys playing bingo, going to concerns, and ice cream socials. The food is excellent, they are chef prepared meals and they have a nice variety. He really feels like he gets personalized service here. We would absolutely recommend to others.

I chose The Westbury because it was brand new in November when I moved in, I have a one bedroom apartment that was bigger than other facilities I checked into, and I just really liked the staff members. The staff is really excellent, I lived in a different facility before so I have something to compare them to, they are just super. I would definitely recommend to others.

We went with Vitalia Senior Residences because they were very personable from the start. While I was thinking about mom to go to a home, they would drop friendly cards but they were not pushy with me at all. The facility is clean, they were up front with everything, the rooms are a very nice size. The staff are extremely friendly, every single one of them is just fantastic and they treat you like you are at home. They always know who we are when we walk in, even when we had masks on. They know my mother personally and what her likes and dislikes are. The staff decorate the residents doors and always recognize their birthdays to make them feel special. They stress that you bring furniture from home so that your loved one will feel more at home. They are also a pet friendly facility as well. I would absolutely recommend them, my mom is thriving here and very happy. She is getting great care.

The aids do an awesome job. The kitchen is awesome. We compliment them everyday. They got my loved ones weight up.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The Township is the most active and independent community that we looked at and this was important. It didn't feel like a nursing home and it felt more like a high end hotel when we walked in. The staff have been good to deal with if we have questions or concern about our loved one. The housekeeping could use a better job and not just cleaning down the middle of the room. The menu is the same and this is the biggest concern for my loved ones. It would be nice to a rotation of menus for the residents in the dining room. Some of the activities are mystery, religious services and more for the residents to choose from.
