I would like to give friendliness of staff 10 stars out of 5, they are just really sweet! We have never had a problem , but we know if we did, they would take care of it immediately. Because of that, I can't ever foresee any issues. The staff here are just ready and willing to do anything we need done anytime. We have found it to be a very welcoming place to live. The activities director is so good at planning things to do, she is wearing me out! Yesterday, we had bowling and played family feud. We go walking and do so many wonderful activities. We really like our apartment. We have two bedrooms, two bathroom, a lovely kitchen, and a nice sized living room, so we never feel confined. They have three chefs, and the food is very good and plentiful. We have made several friends at our community already. This is just a really friendly place to live.

The key to this community is it truly lives up to the word community. The leadership is strong. The director and assistant director are accessible, available, and responsive. The staff are very accommodating which brings the families comfort. They have such great strategies to protect the residents and keep that safe. The community is well managed which is a key component to a great place which then translates to great staff.

My sister, [name removed], lived at Montvale and enjoyed the life she had there, for almost six years. I am writing this review because my sister was shown great hospitality by her neighbors and the staff which always gave her excellent care. Whenever we visited or came to her home at Montvale they cared for us with a wonderful banquet environment as her family. I saw them love my sister and respect her and she maintained her dignity in her retirement residence, there. I salute them and believe God honors them for how they cared for her before her transition to Heaven. Thank you all. Sincerely

Castlewood..Excellent and.Lovely facility... clean homey atmosphere, friendly and informative tour, Receptionist very kind and [name removed] gave excellent tour and very understanding of situation.

I love living at The Wildwood Senior Living. The people are so nice and helpful and the residences are so friendly. They have an expert Chef that prepares the meals which are served in a restaurant where you get to order off of a menu that changes daily. A friendly lady comes in once a week to clean your room and changes your bed sheets every other week. I have a one bedroom apartment with a nice size kitchenet, large living space, large bedroom, a deck, a washer and dryer, a front closet and a bedroom closet, both fairly large. I am so thankful I found this place to live!

Excellent facility; very clean; great interaction between employees and residents

this was a beautiful facility in a quiet location. The food is restaurant style with a chef and you can eat when you want. I would recommend people. They had no openings in the assisted living at this time.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and really like not having to cook meals and eat alone everyday. The apartments are clean and the staff and everyone else are very friendly.

We recently moved to Mallard Point and everyone is so friendly and nice. The staff are welcoming and make you feel at home from the beginning.

Mallard Point is a great place to live. The food is good, the people are friendly, we have a fun time laughing and participating in activities. Wonderful entertainmennt and best off all I no longer have to worry about cleaning my apartment, and shoveling in the winter.

Arkanshire is housed in a beautiful building with a friendly staff and other residents. They have a wide range and lots of activities throughout the week. And the food is really delicious, with a selection of four different entrees at lunch and dinner. Although it is an independent-living facility, there is a separate assistance business on site, with whatever level of care is needed.

[Name removed] was very personal with us, even asking questions about our private lives. I like the idea of trying out a respite program first in order for my husband to get used to living in a home permanently. This facility also offers memory care.

It's a difficult transition for an elderly parent to be moved from their home into a care facility due to their increasing in ability to care for themselves at home safely. I have been impressed with the professionalism and care shown to my parents , both of whom suffer from decline in cognitive status and can be challenging to care for . There always seems to be some activity going on that my parents are encouraged to attend. The staff and facility are welcoming and readily available to assist families in coordinating appointments outside of the facility . This is a better than average facility and I happily recommend it for anyone considering the needs of their aging parents

This place was gorgeous! So many active, well cared for people and the staff was definitely "Over the Top". I was ready to move in here myself!

Lots of services...prices higher , but you also get more. 3 meals a day at any time. work out room with exercise pool. cleaning service 1 a week. Thanks for the tour !!

The Boulevard of St. Charles is an excellent place. I really love the staff, they go out of their way to help make this transition as smooth as possible. My mother in law has been making new friends and been taking advantage of the many many activities. We really do believe this place is the best choice for her and we feel extremely confident that she will be very happy there for many years to come. : )

My uncle lives here and has for several years now. He is 89 and absolutely loves it!! the staff is wonderful, caring and friendly. He still lives in his own little studio and has his independence. He loves the food and the friends he has made keeps him social. Highly recommend this place. The cost is very reasonable compared to other places.

we have started the process for them to evaluate mom tomorrow for possible admission there. It has smaller rooms, but otherwise very comparable with our other choice.
