Everyone really took the time to make sure he felt right at home. We're so Happy to be a part of the Hudson Grande family!

This is a brand new clean community. They are clean and helpful and try to meet your needs. They decorated for Christmas with music and more and I have even seen them making candles when visiting one time.

Our family had an in person tour and the lady we worked with was outstanding, and we met with the cooks and aids and all were extremely friendly. However we just did not like the shared bathroom in the apartments.

They do a good job.

The sales team was so helpful through the whole process of finding a community for my dad. It is not easy but they really helped me understand assisted living. Another huge benefit is that there is an open meal plan, meaning the dining room is open from 7 to 7. This was a huge selling point for dad. Recommending to friends whenever I can.

We're very happy with them. The staff is very caring and kind to the residents. They make every effort to make sure the residents are comfortable and safe. The environment is very cheerful and clean. My loved one really likes the food. She would like to see some healthier options though. She enjoys the activities. It's pricey (they all are), but I think it's worth it. I don't have any concerns about her care.

My mother spent the last 7 months of her life in the memory care section of The Boulevard. I am so grateful to the staff for the love and care provided to my mom (a special call out to [name removed], the director and [name removed], LPN, others too but don't know the names). [Name removed - LPN] is very engaged with the residents and staff. She is truly passionate about caring for the residents. I am so thankful that we moved my Mom to The Boulevard. Good care is difficult to find and unfortunately Mom experienced some very bad care from another facility prior to moving to The Boulevard. Keep up the good work. You are truly a blessing!

This community was okay but they may have had some issues supporting my loved one if there was a hoya lift needed. Nothing negative just the care at that time may have not been there for my loved one.

I have lived at Walden 9 years. It's a perfect place and my home. I am very comfortable here. The management is outstanding, the staff so nice. They all really care about me! The activities are mostly good there are some I cannot take part in due to my age and physical abilities. The food is so so. Need a better variety and things for old people..

I really love it at Walden Place and end enjoy all the activities and amenities it has offer. Everyone is super nice and always make you feel welcomed.

Our family had an in person tour with The Parkway and it was amazing, they asked us so many questions about our loved one and really listened to all the concerns we had.

I liked this community a lot but I had to change areas because the loved ones that were close to her were out of town for a long period of time. The tour guide was very nice and were very good and informative.

The Gardens at Arkanshire was really nice. The staff were very kind. They walked us around and showed us the common areas. And then we went up and looked at a couple of apartments. It was a beautiful place. But at that point, our loved one needed more assistance due to an injury, and they didn’t provide that. But for what they do offer, they were excellent. We didn’t have a chance to try the food, but the menu looked good. We found them to be very helpful and very honest in answering our questions.

The Madison Senior Living is a wonderful place. We were very satisfied with our experience we had with them.

I did not get a chance to tour but they were very helpful with my love one and helping me get on the right track. They even reached back out to me when my loved one moved in to another home just to make sure we were good.

They've been phenomenal across the board. They definitely go above and beyond. They're great with communication to me about my parents. If I call them and ask questions, they know what's going on. They know my parents. My parents are not a number to them. They're treated like a person. The staff will let me know if one of them is having a bad day, or if something happened. They give wonderful suggestions and have excellent input. I'm still a caregiver in a way, and they keep me in the circle of what's going on. My parents have nothing but excellent things to say about the food. There have had some limits on activities due to Covid, but what they've come up with has been phenomenal. This Saturday they're doing a flag ceremony for Veterans' Day, and they've asked family to come to support the veterans. They just go out of their way to find out what the residents like, what they enjoy, what makes them happy, and then do the best that they can to make those things happen. All of the assisted living places are high priced, but considering the service Castlewood provides, the way they go above and beyond, and the way they treat my parents, it's worth every penny.

They provide great service. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The residents who live here are very friendly and helpful as well. We're just like a family. The food is great. They give you a variety, and it's cooked just right. They keep us busy with plenty of activities. We are very comfortable here in our apartment. And they come in once a week to clean your bathroom, mop your floors, and do the vacuuming.

This community is quieter which I like and I really enjoying walking around outside in the gardens. Based on my experience so far I definitely would recommend this community to others.
