Transforming Age

It is fantastic the environment suit my mom very well. It's nice and well taken care of and they have a bunch of activities going on all the time in the great room. We like the nice indoor pool that is heated open to family members. The family can come to swim especially since being in Minnesota. The staff are welcoming every time we visit. Mom likes they have younger residents around her age.

My tour of The Rivers went well, but the place was expensive and an advanced level of care for what my mother needs. There were people just sitting around and were not as social as the community we chose. It was a nice place but just not what we were looking for.

My tour of the Heathers Manor went very well. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. The place, from what I was able to see, was very clean. The reason we did not choose this community was simply because of the area it was in.

My tour of the Heather Estates went great, the place was very nice. From what I saw, the place was very well kept up and all of the people I had contact with were very nice and helpful. The reason we did not choose this community was because we were not comfortable with the area it was in.

Everything is going great for my parents since their move to this community. I know they are safe and in good place. Everything has worked out very well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. Everything about this community is great.

This is where mom was suppose to go then we ended up needing a different type of community. The staff is good. Mom liked this place a lot and that was what mattered. It is a older community and a little ran down, but they always had it cleaned.

This is a nice community, but I found it more to be like a hotel then a community for my mom. The staff was very nice and caring. They had nice meals and a good variety to choose from. "i would recommend this to other familes for great care.

[Removed] was a very pleasant and friendly tour guide. She had all the answers to my questions. The housing is well appointed and cared for. My only concern with this location is that a move would be required in order to go from independent living to assisted living, rather than having additional services offered in the current apartment.

The staff are friendly. I liked the food, however mom only likes some of it. They offer some variety of choices. The community is well maintained and I would recommend this community. The only small issue we have is there is a dispute with the cable company and she has not been able to receive this service.

I have lived at Tradition for 11 years. There have been changes in policies and staff but the changes have usually been an improvement. The staff is friendly and caring. The food is great! We have residents that also care for each other. The staff really tries to make each day special for us.

This community is wonderful to my mom who is just settling in. They have a wonderful staff who are caring and always helpful to her. She is happy with the food and the choices that are available. They offer activities that she is enjoying and sometimes she is able to take small trips by bus locally. This is very nice and clean environment that I highly recommend for loving care.

The community Heathers Manor is a beautiful community. The community is very well kept and clean throughout. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and addressed all of our concerns. We enjoyed the tour and were pleased with the staff. They did not offer the level of care our loved one needed so we chose a different community.

They were informative and answered my questions. The way their independent living worked wasn't what I was looking for. It is a nice community with kind people.

My parents are slowly adjusting to this community, but so far everything is going pretty well. It is a good looking community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. They have a very good staff here, they are very nice. The food is excellent, and that is impressive considering my mother is a very picky eater. There are activities offered for the residents. I know they safe and in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend.

There is resident parking available. I took a tour of this community and really liked it. Pets are welcomed. They offer a wide variety of activities. Meals are provided for the residents. It is very clean and up-kept. Great staff in this community.

Looks just wonderful with all the amenities but for me too far away from the metroplex and my sister for now.

My loved one was only in this community for a few weeks before he fell and had to have surgery. The staff were very quick about contacting me and asking which hospital we wanted him to go to. Unfortunately he is not able to return to this community as they do not offer a memory care unit. I did have an issue with the housekeeping department not cleaning his apartment or washing his clothes. The director of this department did not do anything when I contacted her. The food is good and the staff were very good.

The food at Heathers Manor is excellent. They offer a wide variety of activities during the day that my dad likes to participate in. The staff are friendly and they are working to resolve a small issue we had with the staff on when to come in to check on dad. The community is clean but the maintenance needs some reminding to correct some minor repair issues.

This is a good community and I am doing very well. They are treating me very well. I really like the staff, they are all very kind. They are always willing to help. The food is okay, I wish it tasted better. There are a few activities offered. I enjoy my room and the other residents is very friendly. Overall this is a community I would recommend.

I have tired some new activities. I enjoy the meals and the dining area. Overall it has been a good experience. I would recommend it.
