They were able to get my Mom in quickly. Everyone there is very nice. It has been a good experience for my Mom. She has been there for 3 months. It took her a few weeks to settle in but with the anxiety of putting a loved one in skilled care I am pleasantly surprised at how well she is adjusting. Very thankful!

Elliott Place is a perfect fit for my parents! [name removed] was very accessible and helpful as they prepared to move in. The apartment is very nice, the meals are large and tasty, and the staff is helpful. They like it there very much!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They know the residents and notice when there is something not quite as usual. I have recommended this place.

We like the small size of the facility and the "non-corporate" atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Sentinel Pointe has team of caring people who strive to make each day a great day for your loved ones. From management to each individual staff member they treat my in laws with kindness and respect. Every request I have ever had, has been taken care of in a timely manner and with grace and kindness. Health Care Associate is a great addition to Sentinel Pointe's care for any medical related needs. They are also a kind and caring team and we have used them multiple times throughout my in laws time there. I would whole heartedly recommend Sentinel Pointe as an outstanding option for a love one who needs a little care, but would like to independently live in a community. I have not experienced the dining, but I can give an A+ rating on all other services we have utilized. Thank you Sentinel Pointe Team for all you do!

Value for the money is what won me over and the cleanliness of the facility.

5 on all but food which was good most of the time but once in a while not very tasty. They do have activities but [name removed] was neither interested nor able to participate. Yes l would recommend this community to other families, even for myself if(heaven forbid) it was necessary

While other facilities in the area have a sterile "brass and glass" hotel look, Elliot Place has a very warm and homey look that I prefer. It's a one-story facility so no elevators or stairs and parking is close by. The staff are most accommodating and don't have the corporate business attitude I have experienced at other facilities. The staff truly feel like friends and display compassion and a willingness to serve.

Well kept property. Staff is responsive to questions. Communication. Felt welcomed from day one.

She loves it there. Good value for price. And so many nice people! While we were "shopping" facilities, they were so helpful. One of the big "pluses" for us is the Cardinal DOES accept Medicare for advanced services. While my sister lives there independently for now. She will not have to change facilities when she requires additional care!

From director to support staff they are very friendly and concerned about their residents. A big life change for elderly is not easy but the staff went above and beyond to make my mother comfortable and safe. Thank you!

[name removed]the administrator was amazing. She was great to work with and very flexible. So thankful for Elliot's Place. Location and cost is what stuck out over other places.

I love the overall care my mom gets from the admin and staff. The workers there are consistent and no turnover. They spend time with mom and actually know her.

Our mother has been at Ashford Court for 2 months and we are very impressed with all the staff members. Although elderly people can be difficult at times through major adjustments, like moving, every Ashford team member from director to support staff are caring and patient. Great amenities and food quality.

The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. The community has a calendar full of activities including opportunities to socialize in some way almost every day of the month.

The staff and nearby residents are wonderful. They meet all of my needs. From the layout of the apartment to the activities they offer everything is so perfect for me. The staff is always happy to help and they respond to each request for service immediately. I love it here!

When searching for a local facility for my mom's placement I somehow got linked to A Place for Mom's website. Within a few seconds of hitting submit i receive a phone call from A Place for Mom and a sales rep named [name removed] From the start he was pushy and I continued to say I'm not in need of any assistance as we are just beginning our search. The places that were recommended by A Place for Mom were all facilities we had already known about. In our conversation I mentioned a facility that is a few minutes from my house that we were planning on visiting bc I had heard very good things about. That was Evergreen Estates. [name removed] continued to push to allow him to set up a tour and i refused. He continued to hound me with phone calls and texts. We did end up placing my mom at Evergreen but had nothing to do with [name removed] but yet he collected a 80% finders fee which in my mind in stealing. He did nothing for this placement. Needless to say I am more than disgusted.

Summerfield is great. We chose them because of the size, cleanliness, location, price, appearance, residents room size and layout. Very friendly, helpful, kind to residents.

They have great staff and very responsive. It is very clean, no issues there. The staff are very kind and friendly. Care quality is good, however family should be attentive and maintain communication for best results. The meals are OK, they do offer selections, and homemade meals, but should provide better desserts and better juice and fruit options. For activities, memory care is much less activities. Need more one on one contact bc memory care residents have poor ability to participate in most group activities. Movies are pretty much ignored and provide background noise. It is good value for the cost. Nice room space. However, they need to replace carpet in memory care, trip hazard on uneven carpet.

It's a larger facility but still feels like family. My mom is very social which did make the transition from home much easier! I also was a hands on activities volunteer and we made lots of friendships. It was a great recommendation!
