Administrative personnel are easy to approach by residents, family and employees. I am comfortable talking to them about any concern. [name removed], the marketing person is very pleasant and knowledgeable, a big help. Maintenance is efficient and prompt. Medical backup is easy to set up with nurses in the building.

The staff, managers and maintenance are, and all have been great. Thank you for finding this place for Robin, my daughter. Yes, I would recommend Elliot Place to other families based on the experience so far!!!

Ashford Court has been absolutely amazing to work with and we couldn't have chosen a better place for my grandma. They have been wonderful helping my dad through the process and taking care of my Grandma.

A month and a half in, and my mom is so happy. She's making friends, but at her own pace. Lots of activities that she can choose to participate in or not. No one pushes. She has her dog and now has her new routine which makes her happy. It's quiet and cozy, and after talking with several other tenants, that seems to be the norm. They had nothing but great things to say about the apartments, the staff and their new friends. It was definitely the right choice for my mom, and it's great to see her smiling so much. She didn't realize how lonely she had become in the 18 years since dad passed and has said she wished she'd made this move sooner.

Definitely recommend very good and versatile aka cart med services. Visit and be ready to move in.

Not that great. I think it's a nice community and nice housing, but my personal experience wasn't great. This is more so because my father ended up not being a great fit with them as he had greater needs they couldn't meet. This ended up causing a lot more stress for me as I had to remove him from there shortly after moving in and constantly had to have him in and out of the hospital. I think they're a good choice specifically for lower support needs elders. For people that don't have bad agitation and aren't exit seeking.

Staff, activities, and facility were all very friendly and clean. My Mom eventually tried some of the activities there and enjoyed them. At first she didn't think she'd like it there but in the end she ended up liking it and wants to visit again some time. The staff were also attentive to concerns and questions.

The staff at Ashford Court was caring and considerate. They really got to know our mom and her needs. The care team was excellent - we were supported at every transition. When our mom was at her most independent, the facility was perfect for her to navigate on her own. When she needed more care and transitioned to the memory care unit, the only drawback was the socialization in the smaller community (she didn't need memory care, just more physical support). All the individual apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Happy to address anything else specific. We really did have a great experience.

My dad thought the food was good. He also could get the meals delivered to his room if he did not want to go to the dining hall. I liked that the cleaning staff made sure the bed was changed each week. The additional services through Homestead help me know that my dad got his medication and that someone helped him out of clothes at night and into his clothes in the morning. The front office staff was very helpful when I needed to have someone go to my dad's room and hang up his phone. They helped me with faxing some documents and even printing a few pages when I needed a rush job.

The staff have been very nice and helpful . The activities are great and the activities directors are lovely and encourage participation which is nice especially when my parent cannot remember to go

Elliott Place has been a good place for us to start a new season of our life. We have been here about 6 weeks now and everyone has been accepting, from the office staff, to those who help out on the grounds and with the food and with the cleaning, and those who are neighbors. We also have found that they have a good selection of activities that allows us to keep as busy and involved as we want to be. We are quite satisfied here and enjoying our new digs:-).

They were able to get my Mom in quickly. Everyone there is very nice. It has been a good experience for my Mom. She has been there for 3 months. It took her a few weeks to settle in but with the anxiety of putting a loved one in skilled care I am pleasantly surprised at how well she is adjusting. Very thankful!

Elliott Place is a perfect fit for my parents! [name removed] was very accessible and helpful as they prepared to move in. The apartment is very nice, the meals are large and tasty, and the staff is helpful. They like it there very much!

Sentinel Pointe has team of caring people who strive to make each day a great day for your loved ones. From management to each individual staff member they treat my in laws with kindness and respect. Every request I have ever had, has been taken care of in a timely manner and with grace and kindness. Health Care Associate is a great addition to Sentinel Pointe's care for any medical related needs. They are also a kind and caring team and we have used them multiple times throughout my in laws time there. I would whole heartedly recommend Sentinel Pointe as an outstanding option for a love one who needs a little care, but would like to independently live in a community. I have not experienced the dining, but I can give an A+ rating on all other services we have utilized. Thank you Sentinel Pointe Team for all you do!

Value for the money is what won me over and the cleanliness of the facility.

5 on all but food which was good most of the time but once in a while not very tasty. They do have activities but [name removed] was neither interested nor able to participate. Yes l would recommend this community to other families, even for myself if(heaven forbid) it was necessary
