This community is beautiful and a great place for your loved one. . My mother is happier than she has been in years. The people here make a huge difference in her life. She has made a lot of friends and is really happy here where she is.

Food and staff are wonderful.

I placed my husband in New Haven's Memory Care unit. Their facility is clean, well kept and safe, and the rooms are quite large. However, their biggest asset is the wonderful kind and caring staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is well taken care of and feels loved. That means so very much when you can't be with them every day.

The staff members have such extensive knowledge for memory care which made us feel comfortable and they have state of the art equipment and services. The staff really show so much empathy for the residents there and for their families. Also the value for cost is one flat rate.

No place is perfect, but it was the closest thing to it. It was a lovely place. The people were wonderful. My mom was happy there. I wish I would have moved her there sooner. I would highly recommend them.

We chose Haywood Estates because it was closest to my home, it met all of the requirements that my dad wanted as far as having an apartment he could walk directly outside from, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The apartment sizes are good, his is about 500 square feet so it is adequate for what he needed. I would recommend to others looking.

I give them a good rating. The staff is very, very nice. I think it's a nice place for someone who needs to be in some type of retirement living. Just being around other people I think is good for my loved one. He enjoys the activities. The apartments are very nice. They have their own kitchen, so residents can cook in their own place if they want to. The cost is reasonable, especially with three meals a day provided.

I have friends who live at Haywood Estates, and every time I visit, we have a great time. They will often invite me to lunch, and the food is outstanding. My friend's apartments are much larger and nicer than my other friend's apartments who lives at Westminster. Also, the overall look of the place is prettier, and I find the residents are so much more friendly. Besides the incredible food, my other favorite part about Haywood is the excellent well-lit walking trail that meanders through the most beautifully landscaped grounds, especially in the spring when everything is in bloom. I have toured most of the Greenville retirement communities with Senior Action, and Haywood Estates is by far my favorite.

We chose Dogwood Terrace because of the convenience of the location, the layout of the apartments is great for seniors, and just the overall appearance of the facility, it is very inviting and more homey rather than institutional. Each apartment has their own little patio that they can do what they would like with. They do have laundry on all 3 floors. They have something different on each floor such as a library, game rooms, theater, etc. They do offer on site physical therapy which my dad is using. The staff have been great and so far my dad has been happy. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The staff was great as my mother was moved in. Very responsive, helpful, and empathetic. Truly it helped us all during this transition.

I used to live paramount. I moved to better place to live.

We were very impressed with Sunrise of Boynton Beach. [name removed] who helped get new residents in was great and he was so caring. They actually just called to follow up with us recently to make sure mom is doing well and happy where she is. The facility is newer and there were not as many residents who had moved in yet when we were looking.

Our family had an in person tour and The Blake is an absolutely beautiful place. The gentlemen was wonderful and gave off a great first impression. He showed us all around the community, it was lovely but they had no available rooms at the time. We were very surprised to learn that for how nice this community is, the price is very reasonable.

This community is a great place for your loved one. Orientation was fantastic and it is well managed and clean. It is bright and inviting. If I had to make a recommendation in this area this is where I would say to go.

This community was our second choice. It was a good community and well appointed it just did not have enough staff to keep a close eye on my loved one. The tour was very nice.

From the beginning all the way to the last day he was here, the staff were amazing. They had an aid who was able to come in and that really helped to ease our mind. He absolutely loved the food and the variety that they offered, he has a special and they were accommodating to that as well. They have a van that takes residents to and from doctors appointments which was a great asset for us since I live far away. He was not able to participate, but from what I saw they had a lot of activities provided for residents and they kept them busy and entertained. It is worth every penny knowing your loved ones are taken care of. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend to others looking.

We really like our apartment, the meals, cleaning of apartment, laundry facilities, and balcony. The staff is friendly.

They have had a few issues with being a new facility but they are getting it under control now. I would recommend this community for your loved one. They are very resident conscious and taking care of things. I am surprised at how much my loved one is participating and things are smoothing out.

Our tour with The Blake was great! The facility is beautiful and they were so informative about the VA which was very helpful to us.

This was a beautiful community. The community sits on a highway with no views. The marketing person was amazing to work with.
