It is a great place to move a loved one into. The attention to detail, and willing to assist the residents and families are a few things that stand out to me. The room is very nice, spacious, and all new amenities for my loved one.

In case any of my friends are realizing they might want to live somewhere warm, secure and happy, let me know and I will describe Village life. During these hard days we have had it the best of anybody in Austin. Our admin team is the best anywhere!

We chose Village on the Park Bentonville because when we toured everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the residents seemed to be very happy. It was also recommended by a doctor. The room size she has seems adequate for her needs. They have been really good during the virus with communication and keeping the residents safe. I would definitely recommend.

It was nice to know my Aunt was well taken care of and SAFE!

They have gone the extra mile to make my mom comfortable. They are very efficient and they have handled COVID with grace.

All of the residents are a family. Everyone is nice and we stick together. The staff is friendly and I enjoy living at the community.

We moved my father into the Independent Living section of Heartis Mid-Cities this past November. He tells me everyday how he really feels welcome and enjoys the other residents. [name removed] and the staff have been more than helpful.

The location is amazing, and the people are really nice. We think the dining service is good based one what our loved one says, but the food could be a little bit better. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not. Our only issue we have is that it could use a remodel. The storage in all of the units is minimal and is just outdated.

Spoke with [name removed]. She was very helpful, answered all my questions, provided facility pictures, etc. Waiting on my dad to let us know when he wants to schedule an actual in person tour.

Village on the Park was great my mom loved it here. They have a ton of activities to choose from and my mom was doing them every day. We chose this because the overall facility was very beautiful and when we toured the residents all looked very happy and that they were having fun there. She was looking for a place with friendly residents and staff and this fit the bill. They really encourage families to come visit when they have parties and big activities when they are able which really stuck out to us. I would absolutely recommend.

I think they do a nice job. I would tell people to look at Spring Creek. The activities director is remarkable. They do more things during COVID, than prior to the pandemic. They have worked tirelessly to make sure the residents aren't just sitting in their rooms. I feel the activities director is the most creative person I've seen. There are some other caregivers that have gone above and beyond. This care is sometimes not consistent with other caregivers.

The Village community is expensive, however the communication during this time has been great. First impression was excellent, they were so helpful with the entire process. We chose The Village because of it's high end level of care. Everyone is super helpful, it is a beautiful facility with a beautiful view of downtown Houston. The administrative staff was just unbelievably helpful.

My cousin toured recently for our parents and we were impressed by the friendly staff and saw several happy residents. Our visit with [name removed] was great, she was very kind and understanding to our needs. Not sure this location will work but it’s by far the nicest place I’ve seen in Spring, Texas.

This is a first-class establishment who has taken exceptional care of my mother during a global pandemic. I couldn't be happier that my mother lives in this community. Everyone there has become her extended family and we are appreciative of each and every one.

I chose this community because of the convenience and it is close to my house. The meal plans were tasty and presented really well. The dining staff were sensitive to resident requests. The staff were great and worked with our family. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families. My experience was great.

The service is great. All the give have been wonderful to me.

I have lived here for 5 years and I consider everyone in this community my family. I appreciate the staff that does an exceptional job providing care.
