Nice place. Good people.

I am very familiar with this one, my dearest neighbor and friend has been there for 8 years. I have the literature, and altho the rates are less than most it is an a la carte sort of set up.

Nice rooms, high ceiling lots of light. Only about 35-40 residents, Asst'd living only, assigned a nurse/ nurse would also care for dog. Mom would fit in w people, but many seemed older than mom. Fenced in yard for dog. Garage parking (limited space, but could reserve.) Privacy could be an issue - not much buffer between open area & rooms.

Ate lunch and toured Very large campus with shuttle service to other bldgs. prn. Liked the facility and activities.

What can one say, it is a beauitful country club environment. I think it is more suitable for those persons who need just assistance and are not experiencing dementia problems. I was a little disappointed in the room my aunt would be occupying, it was very cramped for space and too many windows, too much light for her.It did not give the feeling of warmth and safety. The staff, however, did seem engaged and appeared to interact well with the residents. It did not seem to be a suitable placement for my aunt.

This was the first assisted living facility I've seen and the Director was very helpful in explaining the facility, giving me a tour and answering my questions. As I noted with Sunrise of East Brunswick, I like the concept of designated case managers, life enrichment managers, and the community pets.

When I first got there the woman at the front desk did not leave a good impression. I did speak with Director and we had a very nice visit.

Really liked the facility and the staff seemed nice.

large rooms the halls are dark and long and all look the same but the best price is the best i have found

very possible -- downsides are small bathroom and no closets at all. I like the levels of care available and the setting.

Nettie really liked this place best. If we can swing it financially, we will seriously consider it.

possible admit, will be revisiting next week. brought dad to lunch but he was not responsive to a move. will keep on list.

We enjoyed our visit at Sunrise and director was very informative, pleasant and friendly. Her presentation of Sunrise was so informative and she showed us all over and explained everything as we were going on the tour. However, when she gave us the price it exceeded the amount we are already paying by $500.00. However, it was so enlighting to hear how Sunrise came about and she is well versed and has so much admiration for the founders and Sunrise and it's mission towards the elderly. We enjoyed our visit very much!

MEMORYCARE all sunrise same atmoshpere

I was very impressed with the setting,it was like a five star hotel!There was a private dining room where I ate lunch(which was delicious) and conducted our interview. That dining room is always available for residents and friends or family to dine privately.There is an enclosed porch and a grand piano in the main foyer,as well is an upright in the dining room.The rooms were spacious, but refrigerator was small and there were no burners.The cost was more reasonable than Atria Longmeadow Place.They have a CNA assigned to each resident (certified nurses assistance). They each carry a pager, and when a resident pulls a rope safety cord in the bathroom or bed room the CNA's pager goes off and she can attend immediately.I found this very comforting, as well as the services that were included; housekeeping, laundry, maintenance ,a hair salon, a dentist once a week. and a bistro always with coffee, tea, and snacks. There seemed to be a more frail population there but I will re contact to verify this.

Very cheery, apt. doors all open. Tea time going on, the staff was very friendly and the residents seem to be enjoying the tea and making jewelry. Lots of bird feeders and flowers. Like the package for people with low vision, no one else offered that to us. Meal times were more flexible.

Liked this place, particularly management. Does not have full nursing care. Decor not as nice as Sunrise on Providence, but cheaper rates, and closer to Beverly Woods and Mom's friends. Don't like the add ons for additional care as it adds some variance in what we might end up spending.

we are still considering Brighton gardens as the best option in this CT area but they don't have vacancies in the dementia neighborhood.

Beautiflu clean. Designated Care Managers, Homehealth aid or CNA certified. 28 clients in Reminence Care unit. Doctor from Valley. Can do one month respite care. Have to put money down to save place.
