It seemed like a nice environment and I'm happy that my mom is staying there. They could have more activities from what I noticed.

So far we like the staff and the Reminiscent program for memory, which is what sold us on this facility for my cousin. I think it will be a good fit for my cousin.

went out of their way to ensure our visit went well. Moved to top of the list. Friendly, clean and bright.

I think they've done an excellent job at Sunrise of Dresher so far! My loved one can be quite a handful to work with, but everyone here is so dedicated and very easy to work with. I feel like Dad is safe and well looked after here, I don't worry about him at all!

My dad seems to be very happy at Brighton Gardens. He is clean, shaved, and dressed, and appears to be eating well. The staff seem to be very friendly and attentive. His room is clean, bed made, and the facility appears to be clean also.

The staff has really gone above and beyond, extremely friendly, sweet, caring, loving, and warm. Everyone that works there I have been very impressed with, especially Susan.

We selected this community after spending the evening visiting with Shelley, touring the floors and observing staff interacting with residents. Even the memory care "locked" unit felt warm and inviting. I could easily picture my Dad in that setting and that made the decision to move him so much easier.

Dad is very very happy there at Brighton Gardens of Edison. It is a nice facility, dad is clean and shaven and is very happy there.

Mother is almost 100% disabled and they take excellent care of her. They get her out of bed, get her dressed and clean, and make sure she is well fed and cared for. One area where they could improve would be to have an emergency button that the residents could push at any time to get immediate urgent care if needed.

A family member has been at Sunrise for well over a year and is very happy here. I believe that it takes a LOT of patience and a very special person to handle the elderly with memory issues. On my visits, I have observed the staff interactions, not just with my loved one, but also with the others who live here, and I am amazed at how sincere and caring the staff is. I believe the key to success in any business is finding the right people for the job and there is no doubt in my mind that Sunrise excels in this category. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

They are doing a really good job at Sunrise of Louisville. I have talked with some of the residents at Sunrise of Louisville in addition to my loved ones that stay there to see what they think about it and every one of them is really happy and has nothing but great things to say.

My parents lived here (one in the "regular" assisted living part and the other in the memory care unit) for about a year and a half, until August/September 2013. We were very happy with the care they got. The staff were friendly and helpful. With any facility like this you need to stay in touch, and some people communicated better than others, but overall we felt very good about the choice. We especially liked the memory care unit - I would pop in at different times of day and there was always some activity available for the people who could participate and wanted to, but plenty of space for the nappers as well. The memory care unit has a really, really nice garden area that got a lot of use in warmer weather. The staff always seemed to know where people were. They left to move closer to family. We are grateful for the time they spent there.

They've done an absolutely fabulous job at Sunrise of Staten Island so far! The people here are absolutely wonderful, and they're always available and happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. My loved one is having a little trouble settling in, but whenever she gets upset or mentions wanting to leave there is always a staff member there with a friendly word for her. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they do a great job taking care of the people who live here.

They are really great wonderful people at Highland Trail , and it is a really nice cheerful place. There were a couple of things promised by the person I signed up with that did not come to fruition, and that person is no longer with them. That was a little disappointing. Also, sometimes when I call and leave a message for mom she does not get the message. I also wish they had driving services on the holidays and weekends. Those are a couple of areas for improvement, but overall they have been great and it has been a wonderful experience.

Sunrise of Arlington is a great wonderful place. They certainly seem like they really care about the residents. The person at the front desk (I forget her name) knows everybody by name and can tell you how everyone is doing and what they are doing. The food there is appropriate and very good. My mother in law is very happy there.

I think some of the aids could use a little improvement. Some of them are not very friendly with my mother. Other than that everything has been great. Everyone with just one or two exceptions is incredibly friendly, and it is a very nice place. The dining experience they provide is also quite nice.

I felt really comfortable going to Sunrise at Fleetwood and meeting with the people. What I liked the most is that everyone there was very friendly in how they greeted us and got to know her personally. I really like her room as well. It is a very nice set up with wonderful people. It is a bit pricey, but then I know all places like this are, and for the value and peace of mind I feel that it is worth it.

I really can't think of anything they can do to improve. Especially Marsha, the nurse there. She has been simply wonderful. Everybody there has been really great. I am just very pleased with Brighton Gardens of Dunwoody and would highly recommend them.

The staff at Sunrise of Norwood was superb. Everybody that I spoke with, from the top level to the ground floor, was just wonderful. We were in a crisis and they really went out of their way to help us out. The food, environment, etc., is all just wonderful. The only negative I can think of is that they do not have any flexibility on the finances. My mom is in a lower income bracket and is thus eligible to receive some aid to help, but they would not allow us to tap into that for whatever reason.

Things have gone very well so far with Sunrise of Shelby Township. My loved one is having a little trouble settling in, but the staff are doing a wonderful job of helping her feel comfortable. There is always someone available to help, and they do a great job with the one on one care. The only real issue we've had is that the dining service can be very slow, and as a result my loved one has been ordering a lot of room service.
