I think they do a great job at Sunrise of Bloomingdale, we're entirely satisfied with the care and services that they provide. Out of all the places we saw Sunrise of Bloomingdale had the best caregiver to resident ratio, and the amount of individual attention that each resident receives is top notch. All of the residents I spoke to had nothing but good things to say about the meals, staff, and activities.

I think the Sunrise of Springfield is a nice place. They have a very caring staff. They really seem to care about the individual residents. They take time out to give the residents their individual plans. I am extremely pleased with this facility. It has been a good and positive experience here. My father lives here. He is very comfortable and satisfied here.

The facility is nice and clean with larger rooms with big windows. It is located near the hospital and many doctor offices. the staff is very and knowledgeable.

The rooms are well-cared for, clean, with all new kitchen appliances (for those who will cook). There is full meal service, so those appliances may not get used much. Everyone is very friendly and the support staff very helpful with a variety of odd questions ("is there a consignment shop close by?") It is convenient to Annapolis for major purchases, but Severna Park has stores close by for every-day needs. There is a church, library, and fitness center within a block for soul, mind, and strength and lots of activities in the center for social interaction.

Your first hand experiences really help others. Thanks! Brookdale has turned out to be the best situation for our Uncle. Having lived in his home for over 89 years, the adjustment to living at Brookdale has turned out to be a very smooth transition due to the excellent support of the staff at Brookdale. What a great feeling to know that our Uncle is being looked after and receiving such wonderful care. Our family cannot thank you enough for all your assistance and care.

Sunrise provided exceptional care for Mom. Their staff was extremely friendly and attentive from the first day and their nursing staff provided frequent and timely feedback. She has been able to recover to the point that we are planning to move her back into an independent living facility in the next few weeks. Thank-you, Sunrise!

Excellent place. Father is in Memory Care Unit and the respect he receives from all who work there and the care and cameradery have made him very happy. Highly recommend Sunrise of Morris Plains!

The place is great. We are very happy with them. The food is very good, I had lunch and tried the food there first. I don't have any complaints so far. The staff are all very friendly, and they take good care of him. I would rate them very highly and give them a five.

1. Best looking facility we've visited so far. Wide hallways, high ceilings, and professionally designed interior decoration. 2. Well-trained, highly knowledgeable staff especially for dealing with memory care patients. 3. Two outings a week and a full activities calendar.

Sunrise of Randolph is a safe and trusted facility for a elderly loved one. Both staff and management listen to your questions and needs,and adjustments are made as needed. I would and have recomended this establisment to others.

My brother is currently living at Quincy Place and he doesn't seem to have any complaints. The staff there seems very nice and helpful. One of the reasons he chose the place was because of the food - they have three good meals a day with quality food. The management staff are all very helpful and all the residents there are nice and seem to enjoy living there.

From the first phone call, our experience with Belmont Village exceeded all expectations. Staff interactions have been consistently caring and professional, indicating a uniformly high standard of hiring, training and personnel quality. The facility is gorgeous, with a real sense of warmth and fun -- dedicated to actual senior living, not just keeping seniors alive. The on-site availability of rehab and additional support services makes it do-able and convenient to accommodate our parents' physical and mental needs, with flexibility as needed for individual concerns. Our family has checked and experienced numerous other residential facilities, and this has been by far the most positive. We're delighted to have our parents at Belmont Village and that they have a sense that this is "home" even after a relatively short time.

We toured here when we were looking for options. It was nice and they were friendly. It was expensive, but not as expensive as most of the places. Residents were in one room singing.

The folks that work there at Bedford Court are really wonderful and outstanding. They are very attentive to my mothers needs and responsive to any requests. So far we have been very pleased with them and can't even think of anything they could do better as they have been so great.

The place couldn't be cleaner, and as far as we are concerned it couldn't be a better place. The staff are friendly and responsive, and attentive. They have activities going until about 5:00 in the evening. It's very expensive, but we feel like we get a good value for what we are paying.

We had a very good experience with Sunrise of Buffalo Grove, they really have done an excellent job! The staff here are so helpful, and so friendly, they really helped us through the whole process! I don't have a single negative thing to say about this place!

They were really helpful and very friendly and welcoming. They made it a very smooth transition. They are also very flexible in terms of the care that they provide, able to make decisions on the fly on how to best handle situations. The rooms are really bright and they have nice balconies with a good view. The residents themselves are very welcoming, and the staff have an actual program to help new residents get acclimated which works very well.

Really enjoyed this place. Clean, staff was super nice. Residents there looked happy. O saw a studio & 1 bedroom. 2 large windows in each, super clean & large.

The staff is wonderful. My mom is really happy there. There is plenty for her to do at her level. It's just a great place. I'm thrilled with it. It is worth every penny. The facility is always spotless and the staff is so friendly! I am so happy with the experience we've had, and especially the care my mother is receiving. We're very pleased.
