The staff is always positive and caring. They take excellent care with all the patrons. La Costa Glen is a bright spot in the memory care industry, always a smiling face to greet you. From the time you enter the building and leave you have a positive feeling that your loved one is in a safe and happy place and be assured they will be safe. They have activities each day, all day long to engage the memory care patrons . You don’t have to worry about nutrition.I would say this is the best facility around. So glad we found it.

My Patient has been living her for a few month. [name removed] is so caring and really takes care of her residents. They always communicate and the nurses are angels.

I am a Home Health nurse and my patient lives here. When I visit her in the afternoon she is out in the patio area. She is always smiling and looks well cared for.

I referred my client to this facility a few months ago. after months of going back and forth her family decide to move her in. Everyone has been so caring and compassionate.

I moved my mother in a while ago and she is doing very well. She participates in all the fun things going on at the facility. The staff always smile and they take good care of her.

[name removed] and [name removed] were extremely helpful and go above and beyond. I am not sure that the staff who perform day to day activities, such as respond to the alert buttons, provide the level of care that should be provided. the door bell should be fixed and remove the paper sign.

My aunt lives in memory care. We have had a great experience overall.

My father lived here before he passed away a few months ago. It was a huge transition but he did have the best quality of life. I now volunteer. I went back this past week and many changes have happened. I recommend this place!

My mother lives in memory care. I really appreciate Diane and her caring heart. She truly cares about all the people she has in her memory care. Thanks to her my mother now goes out to participate in activities.

Mom is in memory care. They have been very good. (Originally a little short staffed, but have been working on that and have hired peple)Very responsive!Very friendly!

Our family had an in person tour and we liked it equally. However there were so many residents that were not mobile with oxygen, wheelchairs and walkers that I didn't feel my mother fit in. It was explained to me that they have an additional License that allows them to take care of more severely disabled patients so that is the population that they sometimes attract. The place was very nice though. If my mom was more physically impaired she might have gone there.

I came here after hospitalization from a fall and covid. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very attentive to the resident's need. The menu is varied from meal to meal and offers a selection to satisfy the resident's culinary tastes. No concerns about security. Even residents have to request re=entry via the full time receptionist if you just go outside for fresh air. All the staff members know each resident by name, always pleasant, attentive and create a pleasant atmosphere. Sunrise exceeds all expectations located in a quite and pleasant area on Lake Cascade.

I am a referral agent locally and my client move into this facility. She is doing very well and she looks very happy. She came out of a rehab from a fall and prior to the fall she was living on her own. I went to visit her this week and saw her in the bistro dancing to music. I was very happy to see she has settled in.

I have lived here for 5 years. I love the new look of my home. They just upgraded everything. I have many friends and the food is great.

While touring the community the sales woman [name removed] did a fantastic job showing me around and explain all of the activities and different rooms available for my mother the community is well kept and I absolutely loved it. This place is definitely at the top of my list.

The staff at Sunrise of Henderson seems very dedicated and friendly. Although my mother feels that the responsiveness of some of the staff is slow, but those people are the exception. I like how clean this facility is. The friendliness is great also. They prefer to have one appointed family member be the contact- which is VERY wise. I would still recommend Sunrise of Henderson to family and friends.

Looking for an assisted living place for a loved one or dear friend can be challenging when all you want is the very best. In these days following Covid, many assisted living places, nursing homes, and medical facilities have struggled to keep help which is very important to the residents living in such a facility. Upon visiting some places for my dear friend who needed assisted living, Sunrise Assisted Living of Findlay brought a warm, cheery atmosphere the minute we walked through the door. The staff are very caring and accomodating. The dining room is elegant and the food is very tasty. The menu offers lots of choices. The activities are entertaining and the residents appear to enjoy themselves. The facility is clean and inviting. There is a beauty shop which is always a plus. The cost is a little more expensive than a regular nursing home but has much more to offer. A nice and caring place for your loved one.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this assisted living facility, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. I always feel safe and cared for in this community. I have friends and a lovely living space, I have everything I need here. The staff is caring and wonderful. We have a wide variety of activities and dining options available to us.
