We love Sunrise. Everything is 5 star. The staff is wonderful and caring. And mom loves the meals. No issues with her appetite! Sunrise does a terrific job with staying in touch.

The staff have been so welcoming to my father. He was not happy about needing the extra help and having to leave home but the staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable and help him get acclimated to the community. He is now thriving, has made friends and his health has improved since moving in.

Sunrise Bon Air is a wonderful community. They have a great team and truly cater to their residents. Residents here always look well taken care of and happy!

I searched and searched before I found a place that could meet the needs of my 68 year old husband. He has Alzheimer’s, is diabetic and on a sliding scale of insulin. He is also in a wheelchair and requires 2 persons to lift him. Sunrise has been the best place for him.

Sunrise of Lincroft is an extraordinary home for our loved one. He is always engaged in activities and loves his meals as well. Medical attention is top notch. I highly recommend Sunrise of Lincroft! It’s the best!

I was lucky enough to tour Sunrise Mount Vernon on the day of their Monthly Brunch. It gave my brother and I a great opportunity to try the food, see the community members and the team, and take a nice tour. Their director of Sales is an awesome guide, she has been with Sunrise for awhile and her care for the community shows; we stopped the tour a couple of times to help residents get their laundry back home or navigate a tricky corner with a wheelchair. That resident was kind enough to share her experiences with Sunrise, and we’re very grateful to have heard from her. We met several team members, and the person with the least tenure was 6 years; to me that’s the sign of employee satisfaction. We also lucked into meeting a family member who had just moved her parents in within the last 3 months and she shared how smooth the transition has been for them (and herself!) and that she no longer has to worry about them.

For 5 1/2 years, my mom has found a home at Sunrise of Fair Oaks, receiving exceptional care that eased my worries and filled me with gratitude. The responsive wellness team addresses concerns promptly, ensuring my mom is in caring hands. What sets Sunrise of Fair Oaks apart is its long-serving, dedicated staff, providing familiarity and comfort for my mom. It speaks volumes not just about their dedication but also about the nurturing work environment that encourages such loyalty and longevity. The beautiful surroundings and quality meals exceed expectations. The ambiance created by these surroundings has played a crucial role in making her feel at home and at peace. During lockdowns, the staff's exceptional care, including emotional support via video calls, was invaluable. I'm immensely grateful for the profound impact Sunrise of Fair Oaks has had on my mom's life and mine. It's more than a care facility; it's a true home away from home, filled with compassion and quality care.

Very warm and friendly place. Everyone working here are so friendly and personable! Such a warm homey feeling here. Staff is attentive, remembers family, and encourages interaction through events with family. Open door is a very good way to describe the overall feel.

A year ago when my dad moved here he was so hesitant, so afraid of change and something new. His quality of life is so much better than it was when he was living alone and having difficulty caring for himself. They take great care of him, it is clean and friendly, with active residents. It makes me happy to know my dad is well looked after.

I love the fact Sunrise takes wonderful care of my grandma. She 90 years old and she seems very comfortable to allow assistance when needed the most. Thank you Sunrise for showing love and compassion for all the residents especially my grandmother.

Staff always welcoming, helpful and professional. It is a very happy place. The staff take such good care of the residents. It is like a home here and every body is like family. This is a welcoming, well run facility.

The overall community was as beautiful inside as it was outside. It is in a very nice location. I was impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. I would definitely recommend the community.

After my father passed, his wife, [name removed], needed more care than I could provide. So I reached out to [name removed] at Always Best Care. She arranged for a tour at Sunrise Raleigh and the rest is history! [name removed] moved in and is doing very well. She now has the care she needs in a healthy and safe environment. The entire staff at Sunrise has been so easy to work with and helpful.

Sunrise at Mount Vernon is AWESOME!!! They have the most caring staff, fantastic & FUN activities at every level & meals - breakfast, lunch & dinner - that are healthy & DELICIOUS- better than many restaurants!!! The medical staff perform regular check ups on residents to ensure our health is the best it can be!!! I did not know my blood pressure was high until it was taken by a Sunrise technician! Medication was ordered from my pharmacy on file & daily blood pressure check ups are performed in room! I appreciate this care SO much!!! It is so great also meeting the other residents at meals & activities! Everyone is so friendly!!! Finally I was so happy to learn that my cat, Rosie, could come with me!!! She settled in quietly & loves Sunrise too?? !!! My thanks to all the Sunrise staff for making my new residence my new home!!!

I love living at Sunrise at Mt. Vernon, great fellowship, fun and engaging activities. The food is delicious, you receive loving care and attention. The way the community is decorated in the interior and exterior is gorgeous.

When it comes to the cleanliness, the main areas are very clean, decorated beautifully. Patient rooms/bathrooms need renovation due to usual wear and tear, especially in bathrooms. We would recommend this community to other families.

Our parents are moving to Sunrise Villa tuckahoe next month. All the family has visited the property multiple times and are always impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone is, both the staff and the residents! Also, the physical community is cheery and inviting as well. [name removed], sales director, has gone Above and beyond to answer our endless questions, show us around repeatedly, and to work diligently to make this transition as smooth as possible for Mom and Dad. We are excited that our parents will be joining this warm and friendly community.

My mother was briefly a resident at Sunrise of Leawood and overall her experience at this facility was good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great! The staff was great, as well. The care services, activities and value for cost were good. I would say that the meals were okay. The biggest positive was the house dog- Gunther. Overall, I would recommend Sunrise of Leawood to others.

Sunrise Richmond is a wonderful community. They are filled with caring, compassionate staff who always put their residents first! I have a special place for Sunrise in my heart! I have visited the community several times and they have always been consistent with the care they provide!

Loved one is safe and very well cared for. Staff is friendly and kind. Nice activities. :)
