Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise on Providence Assisted Living is wonderful! I assisted a client who could not return home after a rehab stay with moving in to this community. From the initial contact with their sales dept [names removed] through the move-in, they made this process so smooth and easy to manage. So many staff came by that first day to introduce themselves and greet my client. Since moving in, the care has been amazing and the wellness team [name removed] is so responsive to questions or concerns. It’s been a great move for my client…he enjoys his meals and the activities so much. I appreciate all they have done to give him a new, happy home so much!

I have a friend that lives in memory care. They absolutely love it and makes them feel at home. The engagement and care of the staff is unlike no other. I would most definitely recommend this place 100% . Thank you for all you do.

I had the pleasure of visiting this community. The director and all of the staff are amazing here. The facility is clean and bright and has a welcoming feel to it. Sunrise will be on my list to recommend to our clients looking for assisted living and/or memory care.

I have lived in the community for 3 and a half years. The Team is helpful with laundry and making my bed in the morning. I love meeting the new friends at the community. The group exercise class is one of my favorite activities. I have enjoyed my time here and I’m excited to live here for more years to come.

Sunrise of Flossmoor has been the absolute best facility for my dad. We wanted a facility where he could feel at home, have delicious meals, be able to enjoy a variety of activities, and receive the medical attention that he needs. Every day has been a day well lived at Sunrise and I as his daughter I can now live in peace, knowing that he is well cared for. The staff are some of the most top-notch people I have ever worked with! We've found HOME??

I have the peace of mind my mom is being well taken care of at Sunrise of Naperville North. From the moment you walk in front door, you are greeted by receptionist, nurse and case managers on floor. They listen if you have any concerns. My mom always has a smile when she sees or talks to staff.

My father resisted moving for over two years… After visiting Sunrise, he decided that he wanted to make the move. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dad’s room is very nice and welcoming. We’ve had several meals with him in the cafe, and I have to say that the food is really very good and delicious.

Having a full time RN was important to me. The facility has pleasant rooms with a view and a secure outdoor garden. I would and have recommended Brighton Gardens of Friendship heights to others.

I’m with my husband who had dementia and required the Memory Care Here. The care and staff are excellent . The Memory Care Coordinator is outstanding. The food is very good and we enjoy the meals here. We thought it was a miracle that we got in. Our daughter checked other facilities and found Naperville North was the best of them all. Also, location was perfect from my daughter’s house and work place.

The management and occupational employees!! Does extremely well with the care of myself and my wife who lives here. We both find the food and services very successful. The memory care department activities towards residents has been increased substantially. Verified by the interest of the residents helping with cognitive development. The memory care staff maintains a well trained staffing system.. The participation of residents has increased significantly. I feel like the new Memory Care Coordinator [name removed] has been an absolute blessing to the department and community. The staff is very responsive to residents and family needs.

I would give 5's for all categories. Every aspect of my sister-in-law's experience was exceptional. She was only there for 2 weeks before she passed but I would recommend Sunrise of Lafayette Hill very highly.

It was a great pleasure to serve the residents at Sunrise. The staff was so friendly and particularly, [name removed] with Activities encouraged many residents to participate in our time of music. It was clear that the residents were well-cared for. I also enjoyed the festive atmosphere.

I had the opportunity to stop by and tour the community at Sunrise, the exterior of the building was well kept as well as the entrance Into the building, the Receptionist and Executive Director greeting me with a warm welcome an smiles and offered me a tour of the community.. The building appeared clean and smelled fresh, residents seemed very happy by the smiles on their faces. Supporting Staff were actively assisting residents and to my surprise there were no agency staff in the building which was a huge plus. Overall, I would say Sunrise Senior Living is a lovely community for our Geriatric Community !

My father has made Sunrise his room for about six months now. He is so happy there and so are we. His room is very comfortable and the staff strives to meet all of his physical and emotional needs with care. From regular housekeeping to delicious home cooked meals daily. We are so grateful for this caring staff and creative activities team. Christmas as Sunrise has been especially joyful…from the beautiful decorations throughout the property to the many fun programs and activities. Thanks to the Sunrise team for making our dad feel like he is part of something special…..the lovely Sunrise community.

We had a very pleasant welcome lunch on December 12, 2023, marking the day our mother moved into Sunrise at Dix Hills. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. Three of us had lunch which was delicious. Chris was our waiter. He explained the menu, took our order, and brought our food quickly and seamlessly. Our mom was thrilled to be welcomed to Sunrise in such a wonderful and special way.

My dad was in memory care at Sunrise of Flossmoor. The care he received was extraordinary. Every single person is kind and truly cares about the residents. Sunrise is in a beautiful setting, the gardens are peaceful and the building is clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my dad was comfortable and that my family was cared for as well. This was the second memory care my father lived in…the difference was noticeable. I recommend Sunrise of Flossmoor to anyone who is looking for a place that will give you the peace of mind that the person you love is being well taken care of.

This is a great community to visit! The staff are all so friendly and nice and the residents seem so happy! I have enjoyed working with this community over the past few years and often refer my clients to them!

Please look at the years that the staff have been working at the facility. This shows the dedication and care that the facility not only has for its residents but the staff as well. I would absolutely recommend Sunrise of Scottsdale to others.
