Spring Hills

The facility is brand new with great staff to resident ratios. They have lots of great activities supported by their activities team including crafts, games, and fitness. The facility has three outdoor spaces and a movie theater. The staff performed a very special "clap in" when they welcomed my mom and gave her flowers. Very specialized experience. The facility has nice views of the trees and hill ridge on the horizon. I would recommend this facility to others.

[name removed] and [name removed] are incredible and show genuine care for not only the residents but their families. Absolutely would recommend this community to others! During our initial tours some of the residents even expressed how much they liked it there. Felt good knowing it wasn't a "show" they were putting on.

I want to say A BIG THANK YOU - to ALL of the wonderful and caring staff at Spring Hills Hunters Creek for assisting my mom in the 1 month period that she has been living there. It was very hard at first for my mom - she wanted to leave and she refused to accept that she needed more care and could no longer live alone. But - the staff really made her feel like family. I would highly recommend this place for your loved ones - especially if they are in need of some TLC = Tender -Loving - Care!! God Bless ALL of the Staff at this facility and Thank You again for all the patience and attention that you've provided to my mom.

From the front office, front desk, all of the caregivers and maintenance, they were all very nice, loving and care to my mom. (Even on her bads days when she could be difficult)I would definitely recommend Springhills to anyone and everyone.

very knowledgeable and friendly and passionate about what they do. Community smelled great and was very clean. Staff were out and about and friendly. The list of activities was amazing. Residents were engaged.

When I was looking for a new place for my mother, I visited and spoke with several facilities. My mother hadn't left her room in 1 1/2 YEARS and I felt she deserved more! [name removed] and [name removed] said they would get her to participate in some of their activities, like bingo, cards, music nights or whatever. I literally would have bet the farm that mom wouldn't go. WELL, I thrilled to say I was wrong. Mom goes at least weekly and had a week where she went to 5 activities! The staff here all seem very caring, friendly and professional. Sadly, that's not what I saw at the last place and the cost is much more reasonable. I recommend Springhills to my friends and neighbors. They truly are the CATS MEOW! LOL

In the beginning, things were a bit [name removed] but then [name removed] started to work and all was going in the right direction. Each time you ask Yasir anything I mean anything he gets done for you. I recently had a pizza party celebration and everything was well organized by [name removed] and his team. I mean I do not have anything but good words

I have a nice backyard view. The staff are very friendly. I like the food here too. Each time I asked staff assistance they are there for me. I cannot complain about anything. The Sunday brunch there's a lot of food

Me and my wife moved here not long ago. We used to be in the community not part of Spring Hills. Right now we are in the Spring Hills community and both of us are ok here. The food is good, and when you walk into this place it smells really refreshing.

The community is always lively from the staff and the other residents. We always have fun activities and don't ever feel like missing them. We have movies of our own tastes. [name removed] and her staff are always very kind to work with. [name removed] is the executive director and he made quite a few good changes.

To begin this I am very happy here. I believe I was the first one to be here when they opened Spring Hills in Livingston. The staff are lovely and they do anything to go out of their way. We get our housekeeping service without a doubt my room is clean, The Concierge, [names removed] are very friendly. The food is delicious and feels like going out to the restaurant.

I want to say a few words Spring Hills makes you feel very special, and they make you feel like "we are family". When someone makes you feel this way why would you be happy? I believe I always need assistance, and every time I ask [name removed], he's there to assist and handle my concerns.

We started to look around some places because our kids were concerned about us. We came all the way from Long Island to be closer to our family. As soon as you walk into this place smells uniquely amazing. We decided this was the place for us. Yasir speaks our native language and it's always so good to see him. He's always polite and professional. I'd like to mention that the executive director [name removed] is also very nice. If we have a question, he's always able to answer. I do recommend this place very much.

I don't know how to begin but since we moved in here, it has been amazing. The service and the community itself a top-notch. It feels like I am staying in 5 star hotel. The staff are wonderful and they make you feel like family.

I wasn't too excited to move to any senior living communities. It is very hard to leave where you spent your entire life and choose your new home. I like it here, and if there's anything that I am not interested in, they make it happen. [name removed] is the admin for Spring Hills and is very easy to work with. He's very polite and professional and he makes it happen. Also, I'd say that [name removed] is also very sweet. You ask him something it gets done and you never have to repeat yourself. When the management is so professional no wonder why all the staff are marvelous. [name removed] and [name removed] at the desk are always smiling and they are good people.

I would love to share what I have experienced in this community. Let me begin to say that [name removed] and [name removed] are just wonderful. It shows they came from high-end hotels, and it shows all in them. They are always very polite and professional. They always make me feel welcome with their warm greetings. [Name removed] prefers to be called [name removed] and he is an amazing executive director, and he has a great team. I'd say that coming here was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Since day 1, when I moved to Spring Hills everyone is been wonderful. They make you feel you're at home. The staff here are very nice and they will go out of their way to assist you. The aids just make sure I have everything I need. This experience begins with the great management and wonderful leadership.

What our family has enjoyed the most about Spring Hills Livingston so far is the entire experience itself. We have met such wonderful people so far and the staff members there are amazing. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

From the bright and comforting entryway, to the clean and fresh bathrooms, every inch of Spring Hills Middletown is warm and inviting. Every staff member makes my Grandma feel like she's part of one big family. Nothing makes me happier than knowing she is living in such a caring and wonderful place.

The staff and facility at Spring Hills Middletown is absolutely fantastic. You can tell they care about their residents. My grandma loves the events they have. She loves that the food isn't bland. It's fun for all ages, it's a family vibe here.
